Leather upper is somewhat thinner than previous pairs and are ripping in the creases and I've walked a hole on one side. This last pair hasn't lasted as long as previous shoes, this was a pair I ordered when they started making them after taking them off the market for a bit.

I'm size 9.5 to 10, with wide feet. I tried on the size 10 which was just a little too small, so I ordered a size up. They're just a little too big. I feel like a 10.5 would have been PERFECT but they don't make it. I intend to get some inserts and thicker socks, which I think will work fine.
*Style is low because these are butt ugly. But who cares, I'm on my feet for 10 hour shifts, I need arch support, not style.

I work for the airline industry and we literally stand 8 hours most of the time. My heels would bead at me after work was over. I read the reviews for this shoe and tried them on and I MUST tell you that my feet notice a huge difference since wearing these. I added the gel inserts to better assist with my heels and I must say that I'm a happier person

Beautiful shoes and very comfortable. They are so wide that they actually winkle on the outside by the toes,so again i hve to send them back. Thank you again for being such great understanding .

Very comfortable, good support, I like the cushioned insole. My heel is narrow and it gaps a bit but still very secure fit overall. Definitely recommend.

The PRO Renova has been in my rotation of work shoes for quite some time. I work 12+ hour shifts in a busy neonatal ICU. I decided to get a new pair, so I ordered the same size as my current pair. The new pair of size 8 PRO Renova shoes were too small. My toes felt like they rubbed against the side of the shoe. I exchanged them out for an 8 1/2 and they fit the way my old size 8 fits.

Bought it for a friend of mine who's a nurse. it's the second time she had them. She loves it; the only thing i've heard is that they make a squeaky sound when she walked

What an amazing shoe! This is my second pair. Truly anti-fatigue, I have been wearing for my long 12 hour shifts (which are really 15 hr shifts) on my feet but I don't feel the tired ache any more, even my husband noticed that my feet don't ache as much when I come home from a long day. My arch is supported and my Achilles tendonitis rarely hurts anymore! Love these shoes and definitely worth the money. However, the last pair I bought one shoe squeaks/make noise when I walk, rather embarrassing and annoying to say the least. Don't give up, it takes a few shifts to really break in the leather, after that they are perfect, minus the squeak. I must have gotten a faulty pair.

These shoes are awesome! However, I could not remember whether to size up or down. So, the very first day of wearing them to work I could not make it a few hours. They were too small. I have to size up. They run small. I am sending them back for a larger size. They are really true to size.

The inserts don't come out, unless you have a shoe repair person take them out. Then they are to big. But with my personal inserts in they fit fine.

I've purchase the Renova Pro slip on so loved the comfort and softness .. a perfect show for the medical professional.
Then it was discontinued.
But now it is back by popular demand! I ordered as soon as it became available. The dorsal part is higher than the former and the leather is stiffer and not as soft and the toe is hard... not as hard as the Newbury, though. It also runs a little small.
I've returned the 2 pairs for an exchange of a half a size up.
Hoping it will be perfect like my old ones and that the new Renova will just have to break in.

I loved these shoes, BUT they are so squeaky on the floors of my office that they are making me and my coworkers crazy. Beware of the type floors you will be wearing them on.

Got these from a gf of mine absolutely love them, but now I can not find anywhere. I got one of the ones with print they are easy to clean off. My feet no longer feel like they are breaking in the morning from my plantar fascitits. I really hope they make more available. Love them.

I bought these while I was in nursing school and also wore them to work in the hospital. Once I added an insole, they were great! Before I added the insole they were not nearly as comfortable as they should have been for being called "anti-fatigue." Overall, I think it's a great shoe. I have it 4/5 stars for comfort because once I did add the insole they were plenty comfortable and they don't hurt my feet.

I work in busy surgical operating rooms and am on my feet ALL day! My shoes are very comfortable and slip resistant. They are very squeaky in O.R. but not on other floors.
If you don't mind squeaky shoes these are a good buy.
Would give 5 stars if they didn't squeak!

I love these shoes but I am disappointed I can no longer get other colors such as Garnett's, blue and other designs. Bring them back please.

I wear these shoes to work at a high volume restaurant. Shifts are 8+ hours a day on my feet. These shoes remained comfortable throughout. Some people say they fit large, but I don't find that to be true. I wear 8.5, ordered 8.5, and they fit as expected. They are wide, but I have a wide foot so I love it. They squeaked constantly at first, even walking on cement. After about a month or so they stopped. I have had them for a little over a year. I walk holes in most of my work shoes in 6 months or less. At this point the inner and outer sole are starting to fall apart. I've tried ordering other shoes, but I keep returning them and wearing my timberlands. The reason I didn't reorder these is because they don't breath AT ALL. I've tried wearing moisture wicking socks and sprinkling corn starch in them, but neither keeps my feet dry. In fact they are still wet when I go to put them on 15 or so hours after I take them off. I've been using my blow drier on them. Foot odor has never been a problem for me, but it is with these shoes. After I dry them I sprinkle odor eaters in them everyday and they still smell. It's the only real complaint I have, but one that will keep me from repurchasing.

Very comfortable! I work 12 hour shifts and no complaints of how bad my feet hurt. I love these shoes and very easy to clean if they get dirty.

I found this shoe hard to get on and off because of my high instep. The shoe seemed much too hard for my too sensitive feet, and it rubbed my right little toe where I once had a corn that I do not want to return. I am returning the shoe. I hope that Zappos doesn't give up on me!

I bought these to wear to work in the medical field. I've only worn them a couple of days. It is going to take some time to break them in to be more flexible. They are slightly squeaky, stiff, and my heal slips but they fit well other than that and seem like they are going to be comfortable.

These are the best shoes for work that I have ever bought! I'm a manager in a retail grocery store and I work 50 plus hours per week, most of which is standing on my feet on hard floors. Prior to buying these shoes my feet hurt all the time, especially after working all day, but now they hardly ever hurt. I recommend these shoes to all my co workers and anyone that has to stand on their feet all day!
