This is my 5th pair of uggs and not my favorite. The fur has clumps of glue in multiple spots, the fur isn't as soft as my other pairs and they were made in China. For some reason I thought an Australia UGG would be made in Australia, not really a $100 plus product any more. I still love the UGG products just expected more.

I wore them a couple of trips to our cabin in pinetop, and the seams on them have come undone. The ugg tag on the back has shreaded up, and the boots seem about the same quailty as the[@] knock offs which are A LOT cheaper then the price i paid for these. They are however comfy and warm.

I have a pair of Paisley UGGS (Made in Australia, NOT China) that are over 3 years old and look BRAND NEW. I have worn them SO much! And my brand-new Made in China, Tall Chestnut UGGS that I have had for less than a month (and do not wear daily) look worn and stressed. Also, the edges of the sole are not as stain-resistant as my countless other Australian Uggs! The company seriously needs to reconsider their manufacturing options. Nonetheless, UGGS do have a fundamental benefit of wearabiliity and convenience.

I got these boots for my daughter her arch is very low and when she wears the boots they turn in so the inside part turns flat and ruins the shoe even with insoles. so for us no arch support no more uggs for her.

Uggs are a waste of money. With 180 dollars i can buy like 2 or 3 pairs of shoes. Also you can get the same boots at other stores for less. They're nice boots but i just wouldnt waste that much money on them.

My daughter loves these boots. We are so disappointed. Both boots have a big hole in them (w/in the 1st year of use). My own personal uggs have lasted for years but are a different style than these. The quality of the classic uggs is not up to par with some of their other styles. Hopefully, we can find a simple, tall pair of black uggs that my daughter can enjoy for years:)

When I saw these freaking boots being worn by stars, I thought they were KIDDING...when I saw regular human beings lining up to PAY MONEY to LOOK HOMELESS in these eyesores, I nearly went insane... When I saw my daughter wearing them & striking a sexy pose in order to look "cool" in her Uggs, I had to try them myself. Comfortable, sure...but so is a Snuggie & you won't see me wearing THAT in the mall. Holy banannas...I sure wouldn't say after getting a hole in the toe on the inside of a month that they were worth what I spent on them. Isaw the new glittery ones & I'm thinking how INSULTED I'd feel if I gave a black tie & someone wore them to my party. (We don't do a whole lot of farming during holiday cocktail parties, after all.)

I have worn UGGS before, this time I purchased the tall black & shorter chocolate color, the dye from the black sheepskin stained my feet and was VERY hard to get off.The stain from the chocolate color was less I was very disappointed in this. Be aware while UGGS are still great this dye transfer is a problem that perhaps should be told to customers when they are thinking of buying a darker color

Couldnt wait to recieve my 1st pair of brown tall uggs in the mail and when they arrived.....there were multiple staints on one of the boots! :( Come on now, for all the $$$ they cost they should have been perfect. Apparently they stain easily so i exchanged them for a black pair instead hoping it wont show stains as much [...]

i have the classic short uggs, and they are wonderful. but the classic tall uggs make me mad because the diameter is much too small for my calves. if they had a larger diameter the boots would have been amazing.

My return was wrong color, I have yet to get correct color, will be second time sending boots back. The first pair were irregular, one boot larger than the other. I paid a lot of money and can't get what I paid for.

I wanted to love these boots! Unfortunately, I ordered my usual size and they were alarmingly tight! My daughters Uggs, which are a half size smaller than the ones I ordered, fit me better than mine did!!! I was very disappointed.

I purchased a hat for my grandson, who just turned four years old and is an average-sized boy with an average-sized head. The size is supposedly for ages four through six, but the hat would not even go all the way down on his head. I believe it is sized incorrectly, and I was very disappointed.

I've owned knock-offs before and they always wore out so quickly- so I decided to treat myself and purchase a pair of Uggs, which I assumed for the price would be more well made. I bought the classic tall in Navy blue and loved them when they first arrived. Within 6 months the leather had ripped away from the sole on the right side, and then ripped further up onto the top of the boot. When I returned them (albeit a couple months later) they would not replace them because they're out of warranty? I bought them new and have had them for less than a year, but I guess because they were manufactured over a year ago I'm out of luck. It's kind of lame for a huge corporation to not stand by their workmanship. Why would I spend so much money on a product that I can't depend on from a company that would rather save a buck than make a life-long customer by making it right? Too bad...
