i got a pair from [...] just a few weeks ago and the boots are already ruined...i had them on one day when it started raining, they dried and looked completely normal which surprised me, but then i wore them another day when it started snowing and now the toes look like they are completely wet when they are actually completely dry :( i am currently trying to clean and restore them so hopefully it works! if not, i will be very disappointed!

Don't get me wrong, I love my Classic tall Uggs. So much actually, that I went out and bought another pair a couple years after my first to get another color. I bought the black ones to go with my sandy. The first ones I purchased have continued to hold up over the past 7 years, while the ones I recently purchased held up for 6 months until a hole formed in the sheepskin and through the fur. When did the quality of your boots turn from excellent to poor? I'm very upset with Ugg and I will refuse to buy another pair because of how they are making them now. Also, when I tried to return them- I was turned away. 6 months for a pair of [$] boots? And that [$] went a long way within the three months that I was actually wearing them in Texas, not. A little disappointing...

ok,..when i first got these in the mail,i loved them,..but i never thought that these boots would wear out so easily. im not even talking about like dirt,..its just that even if the upper part of the shoe rubs against the lower part, it leavs this grey looking line, almost as if u have had them forever,..i dont think that i would ever buy them again,..and i dont think that they are worth the money,however they do keep my feet warm..i just dont like wearing shoes that look like i have had them for years.

These classic Uggs are what you'd expect: stylish, if you like the look of Uggs, and warm. For the price, a bit of arch support could be built in and the black lining could be a better quality so it doesn't stain your bare feet black.

It's great in that the Classic UGG Tall boot are good looking, warm, can wear in summer and winter, and are well made. The most disappointing feature that UGG has blindly disregarded is that the Tall Classic only comes in Chestnut. I WANT BLACK, and so do others. I will have to purchase an imitation UGG boot that comes in black, because, UGG does not care about it's customers and is losing touch with what we want.

i wear them when i don't feel like dressing up, they are very fashionable, and very comfortable, what i find that not so great is the fact that they are not water proof and they stain easily

I'm really upset, I've been wearing uggs for years and I always loved them. The pair I bought last winter, ARE HORRIBLE. The boots I used to have were stretchy and allowed pants to fit into them, they didn't get ruined or discolored. My recent pair, which I've had for a year are STILL not stretched out, it's extremely frustrating. The boots are also almost completely faded and stiff. Cheaper products=angry customers. not worth almost $200.

I love uggs but my pair got the bottom fur ripped out after only a few wears. I loved them, and I have had others that haven't done this. I wish I could get another pair. However, I threw out my uggs that had the bad heel along with the order information because I was so displeased. I do love uggs alot though.

I got these Classic Tall Chestnut UGGs in February 09 as a birthday gift. Although that was a little too late to get them, i still wore them through mid April. I'm a little upset about my UGGs. For starters, the sole is not the same as the newer ones. They stain very easily, and the sheepskin wares of quickly. When I first got these UGGs, I fell in love. So after that, on Christmas, I asked for a grey short pair. Now those UGGs are alot better than these ones. I also got the clean and care kit, and decided to clean my chestnut UGGs, since they looked a tad dirty. My chestnut UGGs are now ruined. Even if you don't scrub hard, it wares off. Alot. But I still wear these UGGs anyway, since they are still soft and warm. I just wish I could wash them so they would look brand new! I barely wore them everyday, and they are so dirty. I'd go with the Classic Short anyday. Just make sure you take good care of them, and they'll last you forever.

this product is great trendy and stylish. NEVER WEAR TO MALL!!!!!!!!!!! i love my uggs love them, but they hurt my feet in the mall. i don't if your like me, but at the mall i'm always on my feet. i shop to i drop.my uggs are my baby i love them. i have to pairs in this (chestnut & pink) have to get knew ones. if your not on your feet all day buy uggs you will never want any other boots. ! thanks for taking the time to read this!

I love Uggs. But ever since it turned into a Tween trend, I feel odd being the 35 year old at the mall wearing these. I do love the comfort - although I am a 7 1/2 and I buy a 7. sz 8 is too big and clunky. The 7 even make my feet look too big and I want to point out to those other 7 1/2 and plus people...your feet will look big but you will be soooo comfortable. If you are a 7 1/2 and your 2nd toe is bigger than your first like me -and you buy a 7 - you will have to suck up the discomfort until the break in. I got the ones with the stitching on the back leg when those came out over 5 years ago. I'm due for another and I'm not sure what color or style will make me not look like every other teeny bopper in the mall!

If you like comfort then this is the shoe for you! I wore these for about a year and they are great! The only bad thing is that after a oouple times wearing them that start to slouch and it doesn't make them loook as appealing. If you don't want them to slouch, I would reccomend wearing skinny jeans that are short and tight-ish at the ankle. But I found out with the shorter Ugss, they do not slouch. I much rather like the short Uggs better.

I really like these boots. They are very comfortable, and by far they have the thickest stuffing on the inside. HOWEVER, they cannot be worn in the snow OR the rain! Ridiculous! Plus they are WAYYYYYY overpriced.

The sides of my chocolate uggs itch they are a bit expensive but i can deal with the price but there not waterproof but theyre cute

Quick and good service however not happy with the product. Had to return due to strong chemical smell. Don't remember experiencing this with my last pair of Uggs

These boots are cute but too narrow.

I wear boots with pants tucked in boot these boots are too tight in calf pants won't fit in boot. My calves are not fat but these boots are for skinny legs (like toothpick legs) I have to return the boots, so sad.

I have a problem. I wore my boots for the first time and it just so happen to pure down rain this day. My brand new boots that I wore for the first time were stained from the rain. I tried the cleanser that uggs has to no prevail what can be done about this matter is there anyway I can get a replacement pair.

After loving and wearing Uggs for 30 years, I have to say that they are not made the same anymore. The last 2 pairs I have purchased make my jean legs twist in a counter clock direction. It is like the direction of the fur is sideways instead of vertical. It is so frustrating. I feel like my legs are getting choked. I am so sad to say, I can't buy Uggs again until this manufacturing problem is fixed. It breaks my heart because these have always been my go to boots.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've had to return two pairs. The pairs I did receive were not the quality I remember of Uggs approximately six years ago, when I purchased my last pair. I've had two pairs in the last 8 years, and both of them were of more superior quality than the two I've seen while trying to order from Uggs/Decker. If you're loyal to the brand and like them, by all means, they're what you're looking for. I RETURNED THESE BOOTS IN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PAIR. THEY DID NOT DO THAT INSTEAD JUST REFUNDED MY CARD, I CALLED TO NO AVAIL...NO ONE EVEN PICKED UP THE PHONE, WENT ON LINE TO DO A CHAT, NO ONE CAME ON LINE. NOW I GAVE UP!!!!!!

This is my second purchase off the classic tall Ugg boot. The first pair lasted 5 years. The only reason it didn't last longer is because I neglected to take proper care of it, which resulted in the suede splitting near the font portion of the boot. I was super excited to receive my new pair. Unfortunately, Ugg has modified the width and this updated version is A LOT tighter. I figured the boot just needed to be " broken in" but after wearing/ walking around in it for a bit, the boot didn't give. Additionally, the size difference between the right and left is substantial enough where I had to double check that they were both the same size. At this point I will be exchanging for a larger size. Shame on Ugg for making the fit of the classic boot tighter. Go back to the original dimensions.

I contacted the company through your chat line before my purchase to confirming sizing because the person I was sending Uggs to would not be able to return them due to health reasons (going to post office). I was assured their information was correct in ordering a smaller size (she wears size 9, you told me to order size 8). I was reluctant to do this, but followed your advice. Her Uggs are too small, so it was a waste of money. Don't offer me a discount. She can't make it to the post office to return her Uggs. Your advice in ordering a smaller size is WRONG!!
