I love Ugg boots and slippers but their sizing has changed. I am a very true 7. The women's Uggs are huge in length and width. In an effort to find a pair that fits I sized down to a 6 and found them a little small and still very wide. Having owned a pair of the big kids classic boots I ordered the 5, which fit perfectly. I love the grey color but I don't like the height. I wish they were taller like the women's tall. It's kind of a dorky size for a 51 year old woman. Sadly there are no perfect Ugg boots for me any more. I don't know why Ugg changed their sizing and everything runs so wide.

We loved these boots. But after wearing them 3 times a small rip appeared on the top of the boot. My daughter wore them around town during a snow fall. Very disappointed.

This review isn't for Zappos for the shoe itself. I bought these shoes expecting the "Ugg comfort." They don't have much support and after walking in the snow in these they slowly fell apart (my fault because they aren't waterproof but the bottom of the shoe is now literally cardboard ). The sole at the bottom quickly wears out. And there is red stitching coming out of the front of the shoe (these are real, they were purchased at Nordstrom). If you're going to spend the money on the Ugg brand I recommend going for a different model with more support.

These are counterfeit Ugg boots. The labels, the lining, the inner sole, The smell. All fake. I’m horrified. Check your items people.

Very Cheap compared to older uggs, leather not soft buttery and fur inside was not as thick. Not worth the money for Uggs anymore.

I was super excited when I received my Uggs in the mail however when I opened the box and tried them on I was very disappointed. The boots appeared to be worn previously and not just tried on once, but worn enough that the big toe area and the area of the ball of the foot and heal were worn down significantly and the fur was flattened and almost gone. I will be exchanging them and hopefully will receive an unworn pair but just a heads up, double check for wear and tear because with the price tag on these boots, it's worth getting a brand new product like you paid for.
