Not as great as I thought.

I love ugg boots and have had over 8 pairs this is my second black pair and I won't be buying again! Black is such a classic color and a must buy but it wear and gets creased and dirty so quick. After my first day of wear there was a white crease mark on both of my boots. So yes buy ugg and yes pass on getting black

These boots are too big. I typically wear a size six in UGG but these boots are very big, which is shocking.

I highly recommend buying the waterproof spray, this has helped tremendously so my boots have not got wet at all this winter.

I got these boots and have bad them for a fairly long time, and I like them a lot, but the problem is the fur lining the sole and the back of the boot wears down to quickly and if you step in a puddle you are screwed because they get soaked and it takes among time for them to dry and when they do your left with water damage.

I buy a pair of Uggs for my daughter every year. This year there is a noticeable difference in the quality of the lambs wool inside the boots. It actually lays down rather than stick out and feel cushy. I hope this is not what is to be expected from Ugg. The prices certainly haven't gone down, nor should the quality.

The boots were perfect...my daughter wore them for about 3 months and the side part that connects to the bottom rubber sole, tore away. She also got them wet and they never looked the same after that. They had rough patches and looked blotchy. The company is amazing - they replaced them ASAP

I purchased these originally in October 2012 for my 7 year old. By December they had to be returned due to fraying. Got my free warranty replacement pair and after 3 weeks they have turned from black to gray and have begun fraying already. I sprayed the boots with the Uggs protector and gently clean them with their cleaner so I am not sure why they lightened so badly.

the color is not durable enough for a simple walk to the car. must always be cautious of where I am stepping.

I love my UGG boots, But I did have to return them after only wearing them 2 times. The fur on the inside of the heel was coming off. I am still waiting for my new pair. This is the second pair of boot I had to return because of this issue.

I am a long time Ugg fan....but I believe that the Uggs of the last couple of years do not seem to be made with the same heavy duty quality suede as they have been in the past. My reason for this observation is how much more quickly the Uggs we have purchased in our family over the last 2 years seem to have worn out much more quickly than the Uggs we purchased in the previous 5 to 10 years.

T^T OMG !!! never ever happen before w/ others , BUT only BLACK one !!!!!!!! make ma feet Black !!! is it oaky ??? nobody hv prob like me??? OMG !!T^T so do i hv to wash ma BLACK feet after wear it Everytime?

This is a very good product but the size doesn't seem right, I brought mutiple pairs but this specific one fits differently

I bought these uggs for me last winter in the chesnut color and loved them. I wore them in the snow just a few times and now they have big, ugly water stains on them even though I used the water protectant. I also have a little rip in the toe that happened within the first year. I loved them but they just don't hold up well.

I got my first pair of uggs i was so happy but i was kinda let down....They were to big I'm usally a 7 so i got a 6. i think the 5 would of been perfect. and i got alot of blisters from the boots. so i put a shoe pad in there. it feels so much better. i was kinda disapointed but they are really warm! I love them and i usally ware them to school or around the house. ether than the size and comfert..there pretty good.(:

Great product, wrong size, still waiting for my replacement. Taking a little long for shipping, when I called they said to have computer issues.

I buy Uggs for both myself and my daughers. We LOVE them but have found the quality is not like it used to be. Ugg was kind enough to exchange a pair of UGGS that were worn once and one of the boots lost their color. Seems even when they are treated to protect them, when they get wet, they stain, then my girls won't wear them because they look DIRTY! UGG!

I've bought tree pair OF Ugg Classic from your site . Only this pair is not good. The leather is slim and the internal too. They Are not so confortable like the Other ugg . They seem slimmer than the Other and I don't like it.

I found the Ugg's to be too big even though they were the same size as I had had before. The inner lining was very clumpy in one boot which is very uncomfortable to walk in.

I got a chestnut pair for my 12 yr old daughter. She loves them and keeps them in good condition. However, the next month the back side of the sheepskin ripped! My daughter and i was very disappointed. I bought mine at [...]and i asked them for a return but they said they couldn't give a return because my daughter already wore it. I went to a shoe repair place and they stiched it back for me. Couple months later they ripped again. The day i got my 12 yr old daughter a pair my other 14 yr old daughter got one as well. Hers however is perfectly fine and in good condition. Someone in her school spilled some water on my 12 yr old daughter's ugg boots and the front of the boots were damaged. Last year the classic kids short ugg were [$] and the price keeps getting higher each year. I clearly thought it was a waste of money. There are better, cheaper boots out there.

I bought these boots because of all the good reviews. I'm outside a lot and here in mn it is cold! When I tried them on in the store, [...] the smaller size because they don't come in half sizes and they will stretch. So I did. I would say these boots are great but one boot is too small, therefore my foot is always cold and uncomfortable!!! I would absolutely say yes these are great if I didn't have that problem. I have never had that problem in buying other shoes or boots and for the price??? A little disappointing

I thought I would get the ugg Australia with the label but didn't

I have several ugg shoes I just didn't like the fit and feel of these boots
