This purse has met all of my expectations. I was looking for a cross body purse that would carry the essentials. The outside zipper pockets are great for organization for small items. Fossil has been one of my favorite brands for many years. This product did not disappoint for quality.

I just bought this yesterday and within 2 hours the the tab of leather holding the strap tore along the stitching line. I really like Fossil products, but I can't decide if I should get this repaired or ask for a refund.

Love this bag! The leather is so soft, buttery, and rich. I intended this to be a travel bag--my carryall when I'm at the airport. It fits my phone, wallet, kindle, sunglasses, and a few chargers, with room to boot. Yet it's not bulky. Because I intended it to be a travel bag, I wanted to waterpoof the leather. I was a little wary. I took it to a reputable shop in town, and he said I could use the spray waterproofing, and that he recommended it NOT have silicone in it. That's what makes the leather color darker. And since the tomato color is so bright and rich, I wanted to maintain that. I used the Kiwi stuff at Target. I didn't know if it had silicone, but a quick google search said it didn't. I did about 10 light coats, 15 minutes apart. The bag is breaking in wonderfully, and I highly recommend it. I've only taken it on one trip so far, but I anticipate it will be with me for years to come.

This bag is beautiful and the leather is thick and soft. The zippers are heavy and substantial and zip easily. I have waterproofed this bag and am looking forward to wearing it.

I bought this beautiful bag at a Fossil store in Chicago. It is beautiful and made from such soft leather, with plenty of room. This is my first Fossil in many years and I love it. I always look for crossbody bags so my hands can be free. This has the option to adjust the strap and carry shorter. I will definitely be looking for another one this winter.

I got this a a gift and carried it for 1 week and the little leather tabs on the back side of the purse broke. The thread came out. Macy's wouldn't take it back, but that is another story. My dad found a shoe repair place that fixed it. It was just a bad design. I love the purse and it is comfortable to carry but I don't know if I would get another Fossil purse.

I tried to like this bag but I am not into looking like I am carrying a mail bag. The strap was to long for my 5'2" frame and I somehow looked like I was going to deliver mail in it. Just not a good look.

I love the look of the bag and the feel of the leather. Unfortunately, that is where my positive feelings end. The bag is really heavy when you get your stuff into it. The worst part is that I've only been carrying it for about a month and its filthy. Every single scuff, dirt mark, everything shows up. The leather is not forgiving at all. I tried cleaning with leather cleaner and it didn't help at all. I have other leather Coach bags that are much more durable and clean up easily and beautifully. Overall, disappointed with the purchase, especially at the price.

Cranberry Red. I'm a 52 year old professional woman and this has been my bag of choice for the last year plus. Easy organization, relatively small size. Don't overstuff - or upgrade to a larger bag! At my age, I'm into downsizing and hands-free! This bag works!

This bag is gorgeous!! It is everything I ever wanted in a bag. I bought the metallic and it looks like it is a distressed, vintage type metallic. I absolutely love it! I cannot say enough good about this bag. The organization is great. Love the large zipper pulls. I am not usually a crossbody type girl, but this bag looks and feels good across the body or on the shoulder. The only downfall is that it is heavier than a lot of other bags out there, but I do not care and will get used to it. I will carry this bag every day! Thanks to Zappos for their lightning fast shipping (as always)!

I love my new purse! Seems to be well made. If there are any negatives to it, they would be that it is actually a fairly heavy purse, due to all the metal components (multiple, large zippers and pulls as well as heavy-duty buckles) and the top zipper is a little difficult to open and close at times. Otherwise, beautifully made and a great size if you want to be able to carry a lot. Will be great to use when traveling!

I really liked everything about this bag except the enormous zipper tabs. Three of them to be exact. Otherwise it is simple, practical, and classic. It is made from lovely soft leather. Oh, well...

This bag was too heavy for me. Even without my wallet, it felt like it overwhelmed me. I was going to try to get used to it, but couldn't get past the extra straps holding the main strap. For one thing, they are a different color than the bag. Secondly, they have absolutely no function. They distract from the lines of the bag and are not necessary. I have a friend who has an older version of the same bag, and the straps on her bag are connected directly to the metal piece on the bag. No extra off color strap/buckles. I am sorry to return this bag, as Fossile doesn't seem to be working for me lately. Zappos has provided great service. I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Monday. Keep up the good work Zappos! You are my go to for shoes, bags etc. You service is fantastic!

I Love the look of this bag and it is very comfortable to carry! The biggest downfall of this bag is the material, I have carried this bag less than two weeks with normal wear and the material is pilling and looks worn. I really wanted to give this bag five stars all around but I could not because of this.

I wish I had returned this bag, as I have used it twice and most likely will never use it again. It is very nice looking and well made, but the 2" width just does not work for me. If I stash my wallet, eyeglasses, tissues, and a small note pad into the main compartment, and then put my cell phone and sunglasses in the outside compartments, I can barely get the zippers zipped. And then it is difficult to get things out of the main compartment. I usually love Fossil bags, and this one seems to have worked for a lot of customers. Give it a trial run at home to make sure it will work for you. Zappos service, of course, was terrific.

I cannot believe that I have owned this bag for over a year and have not reviewed it yet! I love it. I got it in black, and it looks fantastic a year later with every day use, even on trips. You cannot put anything in the lowest exterior pocket because it will poke through and stretch the leather. The pocket is too narrow. I keep a pen in there and that is it. Maybe some papers, but no keys, lip gloss, etc. The higher exterior pocket is where I keep my keys and lip gloss so I can always find them. I keep my cell in the fabric pocket inside, and the interior zippered pocket is great for tampons, Band-Aids, things that would otherwise get lost at the bottom of your purse. I keep a large zippered clutch wallet and my sunglasses case in the main compartment, along with other small things (hand sanitizer, etc). It is indeed a heavy bag, but I am petite and it rarely bothers me (usually it is just because the type of shirt that I am wearing). I hated spending so much on a bag, but I am too picky about needing an organized bag with easy access to everything. It is worth it. This is my third Fossil bag, and possibly the best in terms of quality. I get more compliments on this bag than my previous bag that I thought was much more stylish and feminine.

Love this purse! I got it in the smoky blue color. The leather is buttery soft, and the storage in this person is completely perfect. Yes, sometimes the zippers stick a little, yes, I think the straps could be a little more reinforced, but overall this purse is a dream! I did not waterproof the purse, and it has a few spots because it's a light color. All in all this purse is amazing, and I'm so happy with the purse, and my Zappos experience (as always!).

This is the perfect travel bag. The large compartment is big enough to stash my kindle, wallet and sunglasses, while the small pockets keep everything else organized in easy reach. The strap is wide and comfortable, even after walking around the city for 8+ hours. It's big enough to hold what you need for the day, but small enough to carry to dinner or a few quick errands. Good quality construction, the leather is gorgeous. I hope they issue new colors for spring!

The Fossil Explorer Crossbody is one of the best purses I have had. I now have them in four different colors. I can separate what I carry and can zip it up so that things do not fall out.

I love this pocketbook. It's great to take to the city. Carries just enough essential. Love the one strap. Very comfortable.

I love my new bag! It's just the right size, has plenty of compartments, and looks good to boot. It seems to be very well made too. I have the matching wallet and it's great as well.

I am always looking for the perfect purse and Eureka! I finally found it! This purse is the perfect size...big enough but not too big. The zippers work great and the leather is luxuriously soft. When I scratched the leather all I had to do was rub it with my wet finger and it was forgiven! I tell you I have definitely found the perfect bag! I love it!

This is exactly what I was looking for in an everyday handbag. Just the right size with great outside pockets plus plenty of room inside. The leather is soft and supple. I weather-proofed it right away plus will periodically clean the leather. This will last me for a long time. As always, Zappos rocks!
