Although I love the looks of the shoes, they are very heavy and the inside is very hard - hurt my feet.

I so hoped to love these shoes, but alas they are very heavy and stiff on my feet. Not at all comfortable. I'll be returning them.

I wanted to love these. They look great but the heel comes up when I walk. Sadly they aren’t wearable for me.

Men’s size 8, not women’s size 8. Not listed as unisex and should be.

First, I have to say, I am very hard to fit. I can try on 12 shoes and maybe 1 will feel comfortable and wearable. I now wear a 10.5. I did not like this pair at all. There was no arch support. I felt like I was walking in a cardboard box. Sending back which makes me sad. I love the look.

They were too roomy in toe area and back of shoe slipped. No arch support at all.

The toe box in these shoes are wide. Even when purchasing the next size down, there was still too much width.

These shoes are very cute, but are very uncomfortable. They run large, have zero support, and are super heavy. I would not buy again.

These shoes are so cute. But as other reviews have stated it's so heavy (feels like 7 pounds) and kinda hurt (walking on a carpeted hallway). This shoe is probably best suited for very healthy feet and for minimal walking. If you need arch support, look elsewhere. These are going back.

Incredibly uncomfortable; the tongue of the shoe feels gritty against my feet. Awful shoe.

my normal size 7 was very large and shoes very heavy but advertized as 8oz.

These shoes couldn’t possibly fit any woman’s foot. The heel is as large as the toe box and slips terribly. I’m sorry I even tried to wear them!

I am SO sad I have to return these adorable sneakers. The fit was terrible. The toe area was too small and the ankle and arch area were somehow way too wide? My toes were squished and the ankle kept coming up when I walked , which pulled my socks down past my heel. I tried ordering a smaller size that failed miserabley- waaay too small. I tried insoles and that did not work. There’s are super adorable but I’m not sure who they were designed for..

Returning mine. The shoe fit fine, but there is no arch support and it felt like I was walking on concrete. No cushioning and the insole is non-removable so you cannot change it out. Such a disappointment.

The heel was too big. Foot slipped out.

I ordered a size 8. I was sent a size 8 1/2, which were to large. So they have been returned.

This is my 3 order and Zappos keeps sending me wrong orders. Don't order from Zappos!!!!!

Theses shoes are sized incorrectly I normally take a Women's Size 8.5 and these shoes in aWomen's 8.5 were way too big and even an 8 was too big . It said a women's 8.5 and 8 but they were not that size as I found a women's 8.5 at DSW and they fit perfectly

These shoes are huge...feels like mens size.

Style was not attractive for women since sizing was styled for men’s fit not women’s fit. Immediately returned item!

I cannot tell what I think about the shoes because you sent the wrong size. I ordered 45 (EU) and you sent 43 (EU). They were returned.
