I ordered these shoes and was very disappointed to find that they were very far from the color displayed on the site. In reality the shoes are a bluish grey, and not nearly as white as they appear. The laces and holes are the all the same color which I didn't like, so I am returning them.

Kudos to Zappos for freakishly fast shipping. I ordered the 8 1/2 and I found the shoe to run large! Plus they are completely flat. No arch support. My feet looked like duck paddles and slapped down with no cushioning. Though the color options are terrific, with fit issues like this, I can't get on the Superga bandwagon.

These are not comfortable at all! There's no cushioning or lining so the rough canvas rubs against your feet & toes, which I feel would create painful blisters after wearing. And they're very wide; my heel kept slipping out of it even after I laced it tightly. Back they go.

Too heavy

I wear a 5.5 (35), I know size 36 is way too large. I have been on their "notify me" list for more than a year for this size. European shoe size 35 fits my 5.5 foot. I have quite a few. But this Superga fit like a size 5.. my foot was squished from all directions and it offered no arch support on top of that. I have a pair of Superga purchased from a retail location abroad in size 35. It shouldn't have been a problem. For comparison, the pair I have is brick red, the laces have metal ends and there is a very modest ribbed rubber toe cap and moderate arch support. I'm now convinced that Superga is either manufacturing them differently/cheaper now, and/or that Superga sold in the US are outlet versions, or knock-offs. There is zero arch support, they only seem to come mostly in white, shades of grey, black and navy. 

I got these because they’re so talked about on fashion websites as being comfortable, fashionable shoes. I found them to be uncomfortable and poor fitting - too small in the toe box and ridiculously big in the heel. I ordered 1/2 size down and my heel completely slipped out on both feet, even when snugly tied.

These shoes are very stylish. Unfortunately they are super heavy, hard and very flat.

It was too heavy

While it says the shoes are true to size, the size 5 was too big for me, my heel easily slipped out of the shoe.

Not much shoe for the price. The canvas is very difficult to keep clean.

Nice shoe but no arch support and insole was not removable for me. Had to return.

I wanted to like them, unfortunately they were uncomfortable and didn’t provide enough padding and support. I returned them.

Canvas felt stiff and was at least 1/2 size bigger than normal. Too big in the heel.

My left foot is larger than my right foot. Thus I have to buy an 8.5M, with my right actually needing an 8M. With this pair of shoes, the left foot was actually a size too large, and the right shoe a half size larger, which didn't make sense. I love the style and am going to order both an 8 and a 7.5, since it appears that the shoe runs large overall.

There is no cushioning in these shoes, which seems to be the case in all shoes of this style. Length was a little long & width was roomier than most.

Shoes run large Ava there is no arch support at all.

Really like the look but the sizing is very off for my narrow foot. Not very comfortable either.

The fit was awful. I just had my feet measured at a running store, size 7. I ordered a 7. They were huge! More like a size 9. Also, they are very heavy. Sent them right back.

I love Superga sneakers but the sizing is very inconsistent across colors. I have the grey sage (I think that's what they are called) in my usual size 8.5. I ordered the black/white in that same size and they fit like a 9. I returned these. Unfortunately, they are sold out in the 8 in this color combination :( *General tip for arch support - I wear Vionic 3/4 arch insoles with Superga sneakers. Super comfy.

Loved the clean styling and the pink color but they ran very small and have little to no cushioning ……so back they went !

As much as I liked the style of these shoes, they were at least one half too small and very uncomfortable. I had to return them.

Very closed in the toe area. No arch support, but if you're young with tiny toes and don't care about these things, it's a super cute shoe!

I've read so much about this brand and how the movie stars love it, etc, so decided to try this style. Cute shoe. But, the support is hard, like Vionics. If you like a hard, molded sole, then this is your shoe. But, I need cushion and a little give. Not the shoe for me.
