I’ll be returning this item

The first pair that I received, one of the shoes leather was really wrinkly and the other was really smooth. It looked weird so I exchanged them for another pair. Like always, Zappos has great customer service! They sent me a replacement pair right away and I got it within 2 days! Now the replacement pair I got, the front of the leather shoe had a small leather tear. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning again so I decided to put some leather glue on it. Hopefully it doesn’t rip more. Not sure if the quality has gone down? My other Vince Camuto flats are still in good condition.

Great basic leather flats! The black Napa leather is really chic and good quality, especially given the price. Was able to wear these flats right out of the box, no wear-in time needed! Very comfy right out of the box. One of my best Zappos shoe purchases of all-time! I’m going to snap these up in more colors for sure.

Bought both the black lamb and the bisque patent. Keeping the supple and soft black lamb and returning the bisque patent. The heel line hit at just the wrong spot and the rigidity of the patent made it uncomfortable and I am unwilling to invest the time/pain/blistering of trying to wear them in.

The shoe is beautiful in the new nude patent but it seemed so much wider then the black patent pair I purchased a few years ago. Unfortunately I had to return.

I have these exact style pair in black patent that I purchased a few years ago and despite them being broken in, this style seemed much bigger and wider so I am going to return.

Love these shoes. Foldable. Great for travel. I decided on another pair because the others had a slight heel and little more protection on the sole of the foot.

Stylish, comfortable ballet flats.

Perfect pair of ballet flats! There’s not a lot of arch support so I? wouldn’t recommend doing a ton of walking in these flats.

The shoe itself is very soft; however, I was disappointed at the quality of the shoe. I did wear them pretty regularly, and within a month of having them, one of the shoes had a hole in the seam (where it meets the sole.) My foot also felt squished. I am going to reorder these because they were so soft and just hope that they hold out better. I am going to order 1/2 size larger, and I do believe that would help too.

I bought 2 colors. One is a patent leather, the other is not. This is an exceptional flat. I normally have a hard time with flats, but these are comfy all the way around.

As another reviewer posted....I have low volume feet that are normal width, but my heel is micro narrow. These flats are very comfortable and once I put a gel heel liner in the back, felt like slippers. Need more colors!

A stylish, versatile and good quality shoe. I really like this shoe, but it does rub on the side of my little toe. Other than that I have no complaints.

Super cute but no support. I ordered my normal size as well as a half size bigger based on reviews and Zappos amazing return policy. I decided to keep my normal size. It seems like the shoe would need to break in a bit and the 1/2 size up would be to large to wear. I'm going to add an insert to aid in comfort. If they break in well I might get another pair.

I really wanted to like this shoe, but the stitching around the top irritated my foot so I knew I wouldn't be able to handle wearing these all day.

This shoes is absolutely gorgeous. Really comfortable.

These shoes are very cute. Unfortunately, they don't come in half sizes and the 10s are just a little small. I am wearing them with some thicker socks to break them in and I think they will be fine. If you are normally a 10.5 (or other half size) I would recommend going up to an 11 (or other full size).

fits like a size 9 not a 10

Pretty shoe, but no support and the top elastic and ridge cut into my upper foot.
