So far, I give these running shoes a thumbs up. Super comfortable, great support (but not too much), good heel strike and excellent fit. Fun colors, too!

Have purchased 3 other pairs of Asics prior to these. My last pair of 2170's wasn't my fave, but these are awesome! They have so much support and bounce in them, that I feel like Tigger when I work out! They work well with all types of cross training.

Love Asics! Like many others have said, I have followed this line for years. I have also tried other brands, but ended up returning them for the Asics. I have run many 5ks, 10ks, 2 half marathons and 1 full marathon in various colors of this brand and style over the years. No problems - feel great from the moment I put them on. Anxiously awaiting a new pair to be shipped as we speak!

Due to a very narrow width it is nearly impossible to find an athlete shoe to fit the Asics GT-2000 is the one! It is the best athlete shoe I have ever owned.

I am a Asics girl for sure. Started with the 2140's and have been faithful to the line thru all the variations. The GT-2000's are a nice update although I had not complaints about previous styles. Have tried many brands, styles and always come back to these. They provide with me with the cushion and stability I need while running. Have love/ hate relationship with my feet: plantar fasciitis, callouses, bunions, hammertoes. I run 15 miles winter season, 40-60 miles spring, summer, fall season and these shoes get me through my workouts. Also, work well around the gym for strength training and bootcamp. Highly recommend for any runner, workout gal or just a lady who likes happy, comfy feet. Love the colors, sizes and width choices. Can't beat Zappos for service and selection.

They fit perfectly and are so fun and funky to wear. I have very wide feet and it's difficult to find a comfortable shoe -- this fits the bill.

Love these shoes! This is my second pair of Asics...bought 2170 as first pair & love them. Since they don't make these any more, bought the GT-2000 & love them too. Don't think I'll ever buy any other shoes than Asics.

My 3rd pair of Asics. I don't think I will even try on another brand of athletic shoes. Sorry Nike, I have a new love. My teenage daughter's friends have even complimented me on how great they look.

This was by far the worst color for me to choose, because anything white never stays white for long, but comfort was unmatched. The only negative and why it was docked one star overall is because the heels kept caving in on the shoe. Any other asics I've owned, this has never been a problem.

I love these shoes. I use them for running (approximately 10-15 mi/wk) and mixed cardio/weight training workouts. In women's dress shoes I typically wear a 10.5 or 11, but I get these sneakers in 11.5 and they are perfect. I do have to lace them pretty tightly for my narrower foot. My only issue with these shoes is that on a longer (for me) run, say after about 4 miles, I start to feel a little rubbing in one spot on the side of my left heel. These are the least rubbing/blistering shoes I've had though, all said. At least it is only one foot and not both! I have weird feet.

The Asics GT-2000 is supposed to be the replacement for my discontinued GT-2150. I found that the GT-2000 wasn't as stable in the heel. It's a comfortable, lightweight shoe, but the material seemed to compress more on the sides of the heel. I also tried the Asics GEL-Nimbus 15 and Brooks Adrenaline GTS-13, both of which gave me the stability in the heel that I was looking for. I came close to keeping the Brooks, but decided on the Nimbus 15, mostly because the Brooks feel like they have a curve and "rock" a little in the toe box when I walk, which I could see being good for some people. I prefer my shoe to be "flat" or "stable" even when I'm just standing.

Expensive, but the best feel in a casual shoe that I can remember. The info suggested it was a good shoes for over pronaters. Very good for my problem.

I liked these shoes a lot at first, because they were really comfortable. However, when the insert/foam wears down a bit they are not as comfortable as at the beginning.

The area below the shoe string looks unfinished. On the 2160, there is a strip there with their logo. Asics needs to shows a finish look on their shoes. On your width , you need to go up one - I wear Wide and had to exchange for an Extra Wide.

Love this shoe.It fits well and I love the extra padding in the heel since I have such a narrow heel. Only thing I don't like is that the first time I ordered these, I returned them because, after less than 2 months, a hole popped in the fabric under the netting near the big toe. This time, I stuck some duck tape on the inside to prevent this from happening.

Took a few times wearing to break it in. Felt a bit small with socks on. After a few wears it felt better. It's as stiff shoe unlike other Asics I've worn. Color is great at making foot look smaller.

Shoes run a bit small, I originally got my usual size a 6.5 and my piggies were crying. At first when I tried them on, on the carpet like suggested, they felt fine, until I actually used them. Pain!Thank goodness Zappos has great customer service, I was able to exchange them for a size up.

I usually wear Asics GT 2170. I had read that this is the updated version. I have a wide foot and the D width on the 2170 was great but these were too narrow. Very disappointed.

I normally wear an 8.5 and ordered these in a size 9. They felt too tight. I do not have wide feet but they rubbed the side near my small toe. These shoes run small and narrow.

Never go wrong with Asics. Support is good, I use for a daily workout sneaker, jumping and short sprints at the gym. Usually wear Saucony which are slightly lighter.

I liked the 2170s and I like these as well, but they changed the design and now the forefoot is narrower...which I don't mind, but my feet do. I started to develop tendonitis along the top of both my feet from wearing the 2000s. Alas, will have to look for another Asics shoe since this one has been ruined for me.

Well, they're definitely the brightest shoes I've ever owned. I needed better sneakers as I have an issue with over pronation. These have excellent support and are very comfortable.
