Getting ready for an overseas trip and wanted to add one more shirt to garment folder -- while unpacking, velcro detached from threads. Now the pack wont close tightly in that plane because the velcro is detached. Disappointed in this item -- contacted customer support and they said it was likely a "one off" problem but too bad it was a "one off" problem on my set.
