The Flower Crush Mocha sandals were not well represented in the pictures online and I must admit they are not what I expected. First, the color was very shiny, and second, it was a mix of green and purple painted on a dark brown suede. Actually, bright green was the predominant color over more than half the straps. Just not what I expected as far as the color.

Great shoes! Hurt a little to break in because of arches. My toes hang over the edge sometimes because they fit crooked, but room in the back.

My very 1st pair of Birkenstocks! Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks? I've learned that cork footbeds are a necessity for living on concrete slabs. As such, I've used Haflinger Grizzly Clogs for my house slippers in the past, but having recently moved to Phoenix, I needed something cooler, & the Haflinger sandals were too cute. (They'd never stay in the house!) But these Arizona Birks are perfect. I took a cue from the previous comments & ordered one size smaller. & while I've never thought of my feet as narrow, they are somewhat thin (from top to bottom), so I often have adjustable straps all the way over. Thus, I went for the narrow size, too. They fit like a glove! If this is the "Soft Footbed," I'd hate to feel the regular. They are not too soft, but very comfy, & the suede uppers are comfy, too! Behold, my new house slippers! Yes!

Definitely something wrong with the sizing on this shoe. It was like 2 sizes plus to large. I had the same style, same size I had purchased at a major dept. store and it was fine. I wear a 6-6.5. The color in the picture is lighter than the actual product. Still a great shoe overall.

I LOVE these sandals! I walked through the deserts of Jordan for 4 days and my feet never felt sore, in fact my feet were comfortable the whole way. I would recommend these sandals to anyone/everyone.

They're Birks, of course they're awesome. The straps took very little time to break in and the footbed it very comfy. Plus they will last basically forever.

Hmmm...the suede is not the nice fuzzy suede I was expecting and have seen before on Birkenstocks, not sure if there is another suede 'out there' and the line I bought uses a lesser quality but that doesn't seem right either. Really bums me out because it makes the taupe color ugly and I used to buy gizeh in suede taupe and they stopped making it in that color so I tried these but the suede is UGLY, just plain ugly so now they go back. I like this style though. VERY comfortable! I got narrow and they are great. But just ugly so its a no go.

My first pair of Birkenstocks, and I really like them. They are very comfortable from the get go, and I feel like they will get even more comfortable the more I wear them. Beware, they are very wide. I can usually wear a regular 9, and I ordered these in narrow. They are still a bit wide; I had to put the strap on the first hole.

I love all my Birkenstocks, but this pair in Jasper seemed to run a little small (short, to be more precise). My toes were hitting the top ridge of the footbed & was really uncomfortable. That never happened in all my other Birkenstocks. I ordered the same size I always am, but somehow this pair ran small. Exchanging for a different style (leather in tobacco), that I know fits well...because not sure if it's the suede ones that run small or what? I could exchange for an exact replica, but don't want to be hassled with another exchange after this second one.

These shoes are so comfortable! I am seriously in love with my new Birks! I had to exchange my normal size for a size down and the narrow kind but now that I have to right size, I sm loving them so much! Also, I have to mention how awesome the customer service at Zappos is. I got my new pair within two days and the whole process of returning the big ones was so fast and easy. I am the kind of person to do almost all of my shopping online and I am definitely ordering anything I need/want off of Zappos if they have it from now on.

Amazing shoe! Like walking on clouds; heaven for your feet. Give them 2-3 days to break in, but out of the box they were immediately comfortable. I am a female who usually wears a 7 or 7.5 and regular width, and first purchased a 37R. The footbed wasn't necessarily too wide but the straps were far too loose for my feet. Exchanged it for a 37N, which was significantly better. You definitely want these sandals to be snug so your feet aren't constantly gripping the footbed to make the shoes stay on -- talk about uncomfortable and bad for your feet!

I actually ordered these after reading so many reviews. Had never stepped in Birkenstocks before or ever even seen a pair in person. I ordered the Arizonas in black but received brown Birkenstock clog type shoes. Must have been a mistake and could've been easily rectified with the amazing Zappos service but I saw myself in the mirror and I just couldn't get myself to go out in them. Even walking in them felt a bit strange, although I have heard that they take a bit of getting used to. Maybe I'll give them another a shot but as of now...I can't do it! It took me years and several returns to accept Uggs into my life - maybe Birkenstocks will be the same case!

As always, I love Zappos fast shipping! I am very happy with my shoes. I bought a size 8 in narrow and they fit perfect!

These are very cute and comortable but in the right size! Be advised: they are very wide. I have wide feet and ordered the regular, but even that is too wide. Tightening all the way to the last hole looks weird and my feet looked like a hobbit's. I later read that because they are unisex, even wide-footed people should order narrow. The weird thing is that the size 35 does not come in narrow in many styles of the Birkenstock (says "out of stock" but a Zappos representative told me that they don't carry it period for many styles). I am a women's size 6½ and the size 36 is just a tad long, but the 36N might work. Thank goodness for Zappos' awesome customer service or else I would be walking around like Frodo.

I am a new online customer. This was my first order.It was easy, had the right size, style and color.Will order again as soon as I need them.

My mom wore these all through the 80's and early 90's and she said I could have a pair when my feet stopped growing. Well I am 30 and pretty sure my feet are done growing! Very happy with my first pair of Birks, easy and very comfy to wear, not exactly stylish but apparently trendy! They have been great this summer while I've been pregnant and am looking forward to wearing them next summer. Though my mother rocked her Birks with socks back in the day, I am not sure I am babely enough to try.

Love. My Pacific Northwest College student daughter introduced me to the comfort of these "so ugly they're cute" sandals and I'm now an official member of the Birkenstock fan club. So happy these shoes made a comeback from the '90s grunge days.

This is a very comfortable shoe and my first pair of Birkenstocks. They have conformed to my feet and provide excellent support, though they felt a little "hard" at first even with the soft footbed. Would purchase again, but doubt I'll need to any time soon, my husband has used his (lightly, mostly inside for slippers) for the entire time I've known him - 18 years!

I am a longtime Birkenstock customer and was thrilled to be able to find the Arizona on Zappos. After reading the reviews, I decided to go with the "soft footbed" and right out of the box they were comfortable. It's not a squishy footbed but nice compared to the old break in period. I have been wearing them everyday since they arrived. Imitation Birkenstocks do not even come close so just hold out for the originals. If it helps, I am 5'11" and 160 lbs., a size 11 shoe and wear a 42 regular.

I used to hate Birkenstocks because I stepped onto the hard, tough edge of my mom's crusty pair as a kid and wrote them off as uncomfortable troll slippers. After seeing them crop up with new designs and suede details, I decided to bury the 20 year hatchet and buy this pair in Velvet Grey size 38 (US women's 7). THESE ARE AMAZING! They are comfortable and surprisingly stylish in a casual way. I am a true 7, and I would say these are a tad big, but they aren't supposed to fit like a glove, so I like the extra room, it gives my troll feet room to swell on hot summer days.

Love my new Birks! I never knew about the soft footbed till my son and his wife visited from Tokyo. And we're wearing soft foot beds. Even better than the originals. No break in time. Thinking of getting another color soon.

I've wanted to wear sandals for a long time, but needed arch support. These have solved the problem -- I love them. I spent the whole day on my feet today and I can still walk! It did take some experimenting to find the right size. My "official" size (even sized by a professional) worked out to be way too big with these shoes.

This is my third pair of Birkenstock's and these are just as fantastic as the others. I wear a women's size 9 and always order a 39 in Birkenstock. I did read some of the reviews for this particular style and decided to go with the narrow width. I am glad I did so. I have normal width feet, but I guess due to the Unisex sizing, the narrow fit perfectly. Zappos, of course, has wonderful service and I received my shipment the very next day.

Love the sandals but I can't keep them on my feet. I bought this item because I have neuropathy and can't feel my feet & calves. I can't tighten them enough to walk without stepping out of them. I didn't want to add more holes because I would still walk out of them.

I LOVE these shoes. I can't believe it took me so long to get them. The soft footbed is amazing, and a must. I have the clog types, without soft footbed, and it's not as comfortable. Also, I have flat feet, so for anyone else with flat feet, these shoes are great.
