These shoes are perfect for working on my feet all day! I wear size 8-8½, and the size 39 is perfect! Zappos customer service is outstanding, as always!

Love this Birkenstock soft footbed sandal in suede. The suede is so soft that it molds to your feet right away without any breaking in time like the leathers and nubucks require, so no red or sore toes. Wish that Zappos carried this sandal in all of the other colors that they list on their website like Jasper, Avocado, Velvet Grey, and Blue suede. I'm on the waitlist for the Black suede as well. Can't wait till they come back in stock. As always Zappos does an excellent job with getting shoes here fast and with their return policy for those of us with tricky to fit feet. Love these Arizona Soft Footbed sandals in suede! If you feet are a C width I suggest you get the regular width in the unisex styles and if you are in-between sizes go down to the smaller size if you choose the Regular width.

Straps were extremely loose making them hard to walk in. Other then that I loved them. Very comfortable. End up just putting an extra hole in my straps. Giving them a tighter fit.

Beautifully made! No surprise there, as a former Birkenstock wearer, I received just what I expected. The gray is aptly termed as "velvet"...dark, and supple. I will need to have two new holes made on the straps, as they don't quite tighten enough for barefoot wearing. This is typical for my thin-ish feet, no problem. I must comment on the arch support, which is really why I ordered these---fantastic! I have unusually high arches, and am on my feet, teaching, most all days---the arch in the shoe meets my own perfectly. Finally, as always, Zappos service is second to none. Thank you!

Very comfortable, great support. Ran big so I had to exchange for a smaller size. The nature of the shoe means they need to fit perfectly, otherwise the cradle of the heel and toe doesn't hold the foot properly. Getting these too bit won't work at all.

These are as comfortable as I'd expected - after all, they're Birkenstocks! Once I received these I finally disposed of the pair I've had (and worn) for...40 years! These are lighter and softer on the foot, while providing terrific support. Not to mention the Charcoal Grey color is beautiful! One of my best purchases!

Finally...finally Birkenstock made their footbed softer. True to size and great comfort on day 1. I love the color too.

Got em quick, haven't had them off. Got the"narrows", glad I did. Plantar Facitis issues at bay with these. Love them!

This is my fourth pair of Birks. Love the Arizona footbed. It does take awhile to break in. I still wear mine constantly from the minute I receive them, so obviously not a problem! This dark suede color rubs off on my feet, even after I waterproofed them. So, not a fan of that. Only had them for two weeks so I'm not sure if it'll stop once they're worn longer. I have joint problems and arthritis so I wear these for comfort, not style.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn! Wearing these is more comfortable than walking barefoot. They do have to be broken in. The style is a splattered paint look and they look cute with shorts/jeans.

In my 20s I always wore 4+ inch sandals and now as a mom of 4 comfort is key! A really comfortable sandal. These Birkenstocks are heavenly on my feet. I have a wider foot and I always wear a 6.5 and I ordered a 37 narrow in these beauties. I purchased the flower crush mocha suede and they go with everything.

I recently had foot surgery and have not been able to wear any sandals or anything at all with an open-toe until I got these. They are hands down the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I'm on my feet all day and I have zero discomfort at the end of the day now. I also like that they come in a narrow option as this only adds to the comfort. I can't recommend these more highly! I want to get the mayari ones as soon as they are available in my size as they can be 'dressed up' a bit more than the Arizonas.

It's been a while since I've had Birkenstocks, but I'll always wear them now. The Arizona is the classic men's sandal, and so comfortable. This suede is very soft and does not need breaking in. Very supportive, even for heavy walking. I recently took them on a trip where I planned to wear my running shoes most of the time, but write these instead. My feet were just add supported and cooler! Love!

My last pair were 16 years old, just got rid of them. Replacing them with a new pair was a no brainer. Great fit and comfort.

I love the way they look - exactly like picture. I wear a size 6, but in Birks I wear a 36 (which they call a size 5), the buckle on the top towards my ankle hurts my bone when I walk. Hopefully I will get used to it! I love them!

I have just returned to my Birkies. I have six pair including this one. I like the ease of just slapping my foot into the shoe. The cushioned footbed is great. I recommend this shoe.

I bought a pair of Gizeh sandals, and decided to go full Birkenstock and get the Arizonas in the taupe suede. The soft footbed is great. They're perfect with skinny jeans or shorts. I'm a size 9 and ordered size 40, they fit great.

I wear a size 9 in all of my other shoes, so I ordered a size 40 Birkenstock sandel. Unfortunately, it was too large and I had to send it back. I was really disappointed that they were out of stock in the size I needed. Liked the look of the suede. Zappos makes it very easy to make returns.

LOVE these sandals but they weren't available anywhere, online or in stores. So happy to find them at Zappos! They arrived in less time than I expected and fit perfectly, due to the legwork I put in at the mall. Have to say Zappos delivered just what I wanted in record time. I'm definitely going to be a repeat Zappos customer.

I've been buying any/all styles of Birkenstocks that come in narrow widths for decades (same for Dansko). I have this style in both of the colors in 40N. Comfortable as expected and perfect fit. I only wish that more styles of Birkenstocks (and Danskos) came in narrow widths.

I have been wearing them now for about a week. I love them! I love the soft footbed, they are so comfortable. I have a problem with my sesamoid bone in my foot and my podiatrist said that Birkenstocks are the shoes that I should be wearing. Birks have great foot support. I have worn Birks for a number of years...but haven't for awhile...I am right back in the swing of wearing them again. Well worth the money to spend on them and Zappos is the place to buy them.

I normally wear a 6 1/2 or 7 and have slightly wider feet. The 37 narrow width were perfect for me. I think the 'regular' width may pertain more to a unisex fit. I initially tried the 38 but these are supposed to hug your feet a little more. Your toes and heels should fit snugly...close to the edge of the sandal yet still in the sandal. You shouldn't have a bunch of extra room - More important with these than standard sandals because of the nature of the shaped footbed. If you haven't tried Birkenstocks and are on the fence I can't recommend these enough. I personally think the soft footbed are the way to go and the suede are so soft. You won't want to take these off! The taupe is great neutral color...will go with anything. Zappos was wonderful as always. Fast shipping and fast no-hassle return with the pair that didn't fit.

Hi, very comfortable sandal. I have been wearing this brand since I was a teenager. I am in my 40's now. Timeless sandal. The soft footbed is awesome. You won't regret having the extra comfort. Well worth the money.

I've worn Birks for most of my adult life, so I knew what to expect, but I love that they updated their styles a bit this year!

I have worn Birkenstocks for years and love that there are styles for every occasion. These shoes run wide so I always order a narrow width. I am already on the last set of holes, as these shoes stretch out I will have to punch new holes in the straps.
