Received my Birks very promptly and of course, fit perfectly and could not be happier with the service from Zappos.

I have pairs of Arizona soft footbed sandals in navy, dark gray and coral suede and never had dye stain the skin of my feet like this pair of black suede Arizonas did the first two days of wearing. Awful! I don't use creams on my feet and didn't walk in rain, so cannot explain the dye transfer in two dark stripes across both feet. Soap, water and vigorous scrubbing could not entirely remove the marks. This is the first time I'm returning a pair of these for dye transfer, but it was a real problem.

I wore these shoes in college in the early 90's. I was surprised when my 15 year old daughter asked for a pair but knowing the quality and comfort of these sandals I purchased a pair for her. Birkenstock continues to make quality sandals. The new narrow width fits women much better and the soft footbed is an added bonus. The suede is extremely soft and these shoes are comfortable out of the box. The only struggle was finding the right European size. If you wear a women's size 9-10, it is hard to decide if the 40 or 41 is right for you.

This is not my first pair of Birkies but it is my first pair of Narrow and Soft Footbed. I always felt the medium was a bit wide, and the footbed was a bit hard. I took the advise of other folks, and It worked out very well. These will be great for a Hawaii and California summer.

LOVE THESE! Color goes with everything! Ran large though. I normally wear an 8 but I got the 7-7.5 size and I got them narrow and they were perfect!

Color looks prettier online. But otherwise, this is the comfiest shoe I have ever worn! Can't wait for summer, so I can sport my Birks every day!

Birkenstock gave me a gift, a hope that I may have decent looking, COMFORTABLE shoes! Being a nurse I worked 17 years 12 hrs shifts on my feet. Now even WW width does fit me. But Birkenstock does. I even drive with my shoes on - which I didn't do for years! Thank you.

My foot measures: 9 5/8 long x 7 1/16 all the way around at the widest point. I have mild arthritis in my right big toe. I was apprehensive, but these fit and they feel great. Lots of support...very little to no pain. It's a change for me from my ballet slippers and my skimpy sandals...but I have no choice. These are funky and cool and I'll be able to carry them off with jeans or a casual summer shift. They're adjustable so I can wear them "hipster" style with socks. I like this color because it kind of blends in with tan legs. The "Narrow" does make a difference.

I absolutely love these! I am typically a 7 or 7½ with a very high arch. I purchased these in a 38 with narrow width and they are perfect!

I purchased these Arizona Suede Soft footbed (Taupe) size 38 Regular width. Fit could not be more perfect! I normally wear a size 8½ women's regular width in regular (sports) shoes, but sometimes I buy wide shoes if I can find them. These feel like they were made for my feet. I am not real crazy about the color, although they are better looking than I thought they would be. They have been out of the color I wanted so I decided to get these. I bought them in the middle of winter - so I will only be wearing them around the house until weather improves (I live in Washington State - so that could be May!) My feet hurt so badly after wearing flip-flops last summer that I decided to get some sandals that actually have proper support. I like them so much that am planning on purchasing a second pair. Zappos was quick about getting them here. I ordered on January 28th and got them on February 2nd. As they fit so well, these are not going back - so I cannot comment on the return policy - but I was counting on it if I needed to return them. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I resisted this shoe for years, siting its unflattering style (for me). Until now. I find it's still unflattering but I've NEVER found a pair of shoes that makes me happier (from a fit, contour, arch and comfort point of view). Exceptional doesn't begin to describe it. I mostly wear with socks. I'm a U.S. size 7. I have 2 pairs now, sz 38 and 37 - the 37 is better but both definitely work. The 37 is narrow and I love that too. The suede is fabulous. I wear them mostly with socks (although it's winter now). If you care about or maintain your arch, this shoe is PERFECTION. And best of all (besides Zappos), Made in Germany.

Was finally able to get the proper size. Zappos is the only place that I've found that carries my size. I've bought many shoes from them and they always have great service.

I was on a mission to buy a pair of Birkenstock for my upcoming trip to Asia. Thank goodness for Zappos easy return policy. I ended up buying 6 different pairs of Birkenstorks. I tried the Mayari and Gizeh, and tested out the Birko-flor. I ultimately decided on this pair of Arizona soft footbed with the black suede. Being able to compare all the shoes side by side, these were by far the most comfortable of them all. I am size 6.5 in sneakers and size 6 in Uggs. I have normal width feet, but took the other reviewers advice and tried out the "narrow" after I had to return all first bath of size 37. I finally got the size 36 "narrow", which to me was a true fit with normal width...perfect. Thanks Zappos for carrying these!

My favorite shows in the whole world! I have another pair that I wore everyday of the summer last year. I love the brand and what they stand for so I got a second pair. The suede is so soft!! I love wearing them with socks in the winter! I could walk a thousand miles in these shoes. I've never had more comfortable shoes. Order yours today!

Why did I wait so long to pamper my old feet? Normally wear 10AAA. Had to size up to 42 to accommodate toe issue, and punch 1 more strap hole for best fit. And now they're perfect, just like Zappos service!

I normally wear a 7.5 and had to order the 6-6.5 (37) shoe after the 38 was too big. But overall these shoes are very comfortable and totally worth the money.

Love these shoes. There is no need to break them in - they are soft and comfortable. I ordered a regular width and should have ordered narrow, but punched an extra hole in the strap and they are comfortable. I'm going to have bunion surgery and these shoes will work for me before and after surgery.

Always love these! Comfortable and sturdy. They fit well and are neutral enough to wear with almost anything. I can't do without my Birks!! Not stylish but wonderfully good for my feet.

I love the Arizona. It's my third one over the years. I got the Velvet Grey color and I really like it. The black was too dark. I am usually a 10 or 10W in women's shoes and I got the 41N size. I tried the regular and my feet were swimming.

I now have four pairs of Birkenstock Arizona sandals, but this is my first with the soft footbed. VERY nice and takes no breaking in. This model (black suede) has been out of stock everywhere, and I didn't think I'd get it until next year (2016). Asked Zappos to alert me when they got it in stock. Imagine my delight when they contacted me months before I expected to hear! And just in time to help me through bunion surgery recovery. I'm very happy with my Birkenstocks. I normally wear a size 8 and sometimes 8 1/2 and after ordering and returning a size 39 I settled on the size 38 and they are perfect.

Awesome. Best sandal, so comfortable. The suede is soft right away...no break in needed. Iconic!
