This is a very comfortable sandal. The straps allow for customization which helps the sandal to conform to your feet. I highly recommend this sandal.

I wear these sandals around the house at all times instead of slippers. Have had a lot of foot problems and certain shoes recommended. These are the best, comfortable, easy slide, love them.

I bought these shoes for my daughter in law for her birthday. She absolutely loves them. Thinking maybe I need to order some. These do run large so make sure you order a size down. My daughter wears a 7. I ordered the 37. They fit perfect.

Great shoe overall. Have had many Birk's in the past but the footbed in this pair wore a bit quickly this time.

Bought these for my hubby because one of our boys "borrowed" his old favorite pair of Birks. He loves his new ones and says the new soft footbed is the best. These shoes are "the bomb"...they "rock"...enough said.

I am a longtime fan of Birkenstocks, and this is my first pair of Arizonas with the soft footbed. That's because my last pair is about 14 years old, before the invention of the soft footbed. They are fabulously comfortable and of course, completely dorky! I have cuter shoes, but when I want to be really comfortable, it must be the Birkenstocks! They do run wide...I wear a 38N in this brand, and a 7 1/2 or 8B in all other shoes.

These are exactly what a Birkenstock is expected to be. Totally comfortable, easy on/off, and great support.

This is for people with somewhat wide feet, but not super wide. I've tried Birkenstock in the past, and it never worked for me. I always felt the regular width was too narrow with an annoying bump toward the back but not at the heel. Tried the wide width and it was too wide. Now Birkenstock seems to have shoes in regular width and narrow width. Plus the soft footbed. So I went ahead and tried again. First off, don't go by the sizes in parenthesis. I went with the 36 marked as 5 to 5 1/2. No way! Huge! Sent them back and got the 35 (4 to 4 1/2) which makes more sense (35 is usually right for me). I'm about a 5 1/2. Fits great -- still slightly long in the length, but works great. And the width is much better than before. Plus the soft footbed is great! Got rid of any possible lumps and bumps built into the footbed that bother me. So the message is if you're like me with somewhat wide feet that didn't work in the old Birkenstock widths, the regular will work great now! And order down a size for sure.

I am very pleased with these sandals. My wife encouraged me to try them, and I'm glad that I did. Highly recommend them to others.

I've worn Birkenstocks for over 40 years. They are just made for my feet! There are no other sandals like them.

After trying many different types of sandals, these are amazing. I have had several pairs, through the years and they wear like iron. The support, never breaks down, which gives your feet a terrific feeling, right out of the box, or two years later.

My husband and son both wear a narrow width and ordered these in a narrow. However, because of the lip on the sandal they did go up 1/2 a size so the four toe would not rub or hang up on lip.

Great birthday gift to my husband. His old one were taped up he loved so much. I got the soft sole this time and he loves them. Fit just like the old one but did not have to break in.

Stinkin' awesome! I love these sandals so much! I wear them everywhere and I just can't get them off my feet! Super awesome comfort, and super awesome look! I am a middle schooler and everyone loves them! That says a lot.

Love these! Gives the perfect little boho edge to a feminine dress. Feels like you're walking on pillows! Comfy, chic and a little granola. Can't beat it. They go with everything! I would suggest if you typically go with the regular width in Birkenstocks to switch to the narrow width in these. I had to add a few extra holes to the straps to keep my foot in place. That has never happened with any of my other Birkenstocks, just think these run a tad bit wide. Still highly recommend.

For narrow feet, sandals that come in narrow and actually fit! I do have to use the last hole on the straps though. Typical Birkenstock comfort for all day wear.

I love these shoes! I had so much trouble with my feet that I could hardly walk. I have flat feet, a very large bunion and heel spurs and had been wearing nothing but running shoes for about 6 years. I am 69 years old. I have been wearing these for about two years now and most of my pain has gone away! I have never had a more comfortable shoe. Thank you Birkenstock.

I purchased these for my husband. He loves them, but they do take some time to break in. His last pair lasted him years.

I had always had Birk clogs. I had never had the sandals. I got these, and initially, I had trouble wearing them. But people told me, ease into them, wear them around the house and they will be great! I stuck with these sandals and they are the best and most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned. What my initial problem was the leather hitting against my foot horizontally, just under the big toe. I broke these in by wearing them with socks, and then without. These are absolutely the best shoes ever!

I love Birkenstocks! I ordered the mocha and they are perfect! So comfortable and so cute! Soft Footbed is the only way to go!! Also, it seems that Birkenstocks always run a little big. I usually wear a 9 in most shoes, however I always wear a 39 (8-8.5) in Birkenstocks. I just love them! Thank you Zappos!

Shoes were delivered very fast. Wonderful customer service. These shoes are so comfortable. I normally were a 7 1/2 to 8 in regular width and I purchased these in size 38 (narrow). Perfect. The orange color is so much fun. Have gotten lots of compliments. My daughter loved them and also purchased a pair. Will be back for more colors.

This is my second pair of Birkenstocks, and I love them. I have metatarsalgia, and these are the most comfortable things on my feet! My first pair are identical with the normal footbed and are just as comfortable. Shopping with Zappos is awesome!

This was my first pair of Birkenstocks, had some intrepidations, along with a closet full of shoes that I can't wear well. The arches were a little hard to get used to and for the first week or so I wasn't sure I had solved my shoe problem but then all of a sudden I put them on and by the end of the day my Birkenstocks and my feet became one. I have worn them everywhere, another pair will be in my home soon, these will be my shoes for life. It takes a bit for the Birkenstocks to conform to your feet but when they do -- magic.
