I have just returned to my Birkies. I have six pair including this one. I like the ease of just slapping my foot into the shoe. The cushioned footbed is great. I recommend this shoe.

I bought a pair of Gizeh sandals, and decided to go full Birkenstock and get the Arizonas in the taupe suede. The soft footbed is great. They're perfect with skinny jeans or shorts. I'm a size 9 and ordered size 40, they fit great.

I wear a size 9 in all of my other shoes, so I ordered a size 40 Birkenstock sandel. Unfortunately, it was too large and I had to send it back. I was really disappointed that they were out of stock in the size I needed. Liked the look of the suede. Zappos makes it very easy to make returns.

LOVE these sandals but they weren't available anywhere, online or in stores. So happy to find them at Zappos! They arrived in less time than I expected and fit perfectly, due to the legwork I put in at the mall. Have to say Zappos delivered just what I wanted in record time. I'm definitely going to be a repeat Zappos customer.

I've been buying any/all styles of Birkenstocks that come in narrow widths for decades (same for Dansko). I have this style in both of the colors in 40N. Comfortable as expected and perfect fit. I only wish that more styles of Birkenstocks (and Danskos) came in narrow widths.

I have been wearing them now for about a week. I love them! I love the soft footbed, they are so comfortable. I have a problem with my sesamoid bone in my foot and my podiatrist said that Birkenstocks are the shoes that I should be wearing. Birks have great foot support. I have worn Birks for a number of years...but haven't for awhile...I am right back in the swing of wearing them again. Well worth the money to spend on them and Zappos is the place to buy them.

I normally wear a 6 1/2 or 7 and have slightly wider feet. The 37 narrow width were perfect for me. I think the 'regular' width may pertain more to a unisex fit. I initially tried the 38 but these are supposed to hug your feet a little more. Your toes and heels should fit snugly...close to the edge of the sandal yet still in the sandal. You shouldn't have a bunch of extra room - More important with these than standard sandals because of the nature of the shaped footbed. If you haven't tried Birkenstocks and are on the fence I can't recommend these enough. I personally think the soft footbed are the way to go and the suede are so soft. You won't want to take these off! The taupe is great neutral color...will go with anything. Zappos was wonderful as always. Fast shipping and fast no-hassle return with the pair that didn't fit.

Hi, very comfortable sandal. I have been wearing this brand since I was a teenager. I am in my 40's now. Timeless sandal. The soft footbed is awesome. You won't regret having the extra comfort. Well worth the money.

I've worn Birks for most of my adult life, so I knew what to expect, but I love that they updated their styles a bit this year!

I have worn Birkenstocks for years and love that there are styles for every occasion. These shoes run wide so I always order a narrow width. I am already on the last set of holes, as these shoes stretch out I will have to punch new holes in the straps.

Great fit, same old Birks! Narrow fits really true to size as well as the length. They do rub a bit on the top of the foot, but should break in nicely.

Four family members chipped in and bought these sandals for a birthday present. Recipient was THRILLED. The soft footbed is beyond comfortable and the black color goes with everything. The order was shipped and received in just a few days! What a gift.

I love these Birks. However, if you buy the regular width you MUST have a wide foot. I am typically an E or EE and the regular fit is ample space - My straps are on the last loop. In terms of length, I am a size 11 and the 44 was perfect. Zappos is the best place to purchase shoes. Service is second to no other on line retail outfit.

I am obsessed with this one! Ordered the mocha color. The splatter of paint makes it one of a kind! Also went with narrow after reading comments about it being big and I have wide feet but I took the chance and ordered narrow - it fits absolutely perfect!

I figured I would write a review given the trouble I had on which Birkenstock to get. I bought 3 pairs and only kept 1. I first tried the Gizeh because I have high arches and that was the one recommended. It was ok but the hard foot bed was uncomfortable at the toes. Then I got a soft bed Arizona suede taupe in a 38 narrow. I'm a true 7 and my running shoes I wear a 7.5 - the 38 were too big! So finally I decided on a 37 Narrow soft bed Arizona taupe suede and they are perfect. I really like the soft bed. It's like little air pillows on my feet.

Perfect fit as always and so comfortable. Thing is, I decided to try the suede and it is so floppy that I can't slide my foot in and have to lift both sections of the top to put my sandals on. Sounds lazy but one of the things I love about Birks is that they are quick to get on yet are stable and supportive. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I will reorder in regular leather or Birkibuck.

This is my 2nd pair of Birks and this time purchased the soft footbed style. So amazingly comfortable with zero break in period and worth the extra $. I am a solid size 8M, in regular shoes and I wear a 38 narrow in Birkenstocks. The narrow is really a normal width and the regular is a wide so unless you have wide feet get the narrow!

Love. Suede and soft footbed are super comfortable. Fit is great in the narrow width. I usually wear medium width, but could be considered as slightly narrow, and these fit perfectly.

These sandals are great, comfort-wise. The straps on these seem to fit better (close tighter) than on the black suede ones I had before. I had to add two holes on those, whereas these are fine closed on the last hole. They're a bit more colorful than they appear on the picture, (there's bright blue right in the front of one, and the pattern is scattered so the two sandals don't match (one is more fall color, the other more spring), hence the 4 stars for style. I kept them anyway as I was tired of black and also hoping these wouldn't show up as much dirt (which they don't). But there are probably enough ratings out there on Birks! What I'd really like to write about (the real reason for bothering with a review) is my experience with Zappos. Awesome is not the word! I originally ordered a different version of the Arizonas, and though they arrived speedily, they were the wrong width. The rep on the phone (yes, I reached a live person at around midnight) was great. Acknowledged their mistake (Zappos failed to mark that particular model as only having 1 width option), emailed me a return label and processed my credit immediately. And then came the best part: to compensate me for the inconvenience, they gave me a coupon for my next purchase! I went right back online, ordered these Arizonas, and got a bargain! Could not have been more thrilled. Will most definitely shop Zappos next time I need shoes!

I love these sandals! They were comfortable right out of the box. I am an 8½ and got a 39 and the fit is perfect, a 38 would be just too small. The one thing that I would change is have the straps be a little more snug because they have stretched out a bit over time.

Love these Birks! Very comfortable. Like others, had to go down a size. Also had to exchange due to sandals being slightly different grey color but customer service was excellent! Will definitely use Zappos again.

Love these Birkes! They fit perfectly, and the color is coooooool. I wanted something that was different, and a little off the beaten path. That is exactly what I got. The colors are subtle, and a little different, but not obnoxious. I also love that the colors are not the same exact pattern between the right and left sandal. Awesome!

I love these. I got a blister the first day that I wore them. I was walking around a lot that day, though, about five miles total. I adjusted the straps and made them a bit looser and since then I have not had any issues. They are really comfortable, and an all around great pair of sandals!

I recently rediscovered my 20 year old leather Milanos, which are still in remarkably good shape, but when I saw that Birkenstock now makes a "soft footbed" I had to bite on these suede Arizonas. Oh wow, am I glad that I did. The new footbed is instantly very comfortable. For sizing, they do run big. I wear a 7-7.5 women's and got the 37 narrow. They fit like a glove. Very happy with my purchase.

Love this shoe. I wear a 9 AAAA and this fits well in the tightest holes. Great arch support and comfort. I think the suede could take another hole and possibly even be cut off if it stretches over time. I'm thrilled. Happy to see Birkenstock making a comeback with great colors and textures.
