Absolutely in love with the velvet grey color

I love this shoe, but even the narrow width is wide. I ordered to pairs and one was very stiff and the second pair felt like each shoe was two different sizes in terms of the straps. Too much variability to order online. Both were returned.

Love this comfortable, casual sandal! (I've worn out three "Arizona " sandals previously.) The look is clunky classic, but I find it works with my casual wardrobe: It even works with a longer casual dress or skirt. I was pleased to see it offered in a narrow width, which is sometimes hard to find.

The shoe was not as comfortable as Id expected. The sole was stiff even tho the footbed was comfy. Also too wide for me

These are the Birk's I should have ordered in the first place. Like one of the reviewers, my first pair was purchased in 1980. Fast forward 37 years. My feet no longer love the regular foot bed, but the soft foot bed is perfect. Firm and not squishy. The suede straps are more comfortable for me than the oiled leather though both are attractive. Easy return of the first order yesterday, and the new ones just appeared this afternoon after only one day. Very pleased.

These shoes are awesome. I really had a hard time deciding whether to buy the knock offs and save money or just get the real thing. I am REALLY happy i got the actual birkenstocks. they complete my hippie/laid back style and are like heaven for my feet. i just got them yesterday so i am still breaking them in, but i have a great feeling they will be 100% comfortable. more so than they already are. these sandals are worth every single penny.

Those with wide feet, these shoes do fit but rub a little right on the arch. After a few wears the rubbing decreased. I recommend getting suede protector and cleaner right away.

I started wearing Birkenstock sandals years ago, suggested by my doctor. They have eliminated painful heel spurs because of the strong support they give. The Suede Arizona Soft Bed are the most comfortable shoes which do not irritate my bunions. I wear them everywhere and will continue to wear them (with socks even during the Iowa winters)!

These shoes are excellent. Great comfort!

I have worn Birkenstocks for over 40 years. I put them on feel like my spine is in alignment . This is the first soft footbed I have tried and I find them even more comfortable than the originals. I wear an 8 to 8,5 but the size 38 fits my foot perfectly

They are very comfortable and perfect for everyday wear no matter where you live. They don't stain and can be brushed off to get rid of dirt and grime. The color doesn't fade.

You can wear these 24/7 without any trouble. perfectly comfortable for someone with plantar fasciitis like me. Great for indoor, outdoor, everything. This is my second pair. I bought my first pair about 7 years ago and literally wore them down to the ground I wore them so much. Hope to do the same with these. My only teeny tiny complaint is that I felt like the color represented in the photo on zappos was a slightly different tone that when the shoes arrived.

I was so happy when Birkenstocks finally decided to make narrow sandals. However, upon trying these on, it was obvious that they were not going to work. I found them profoundly uncomfortable with a very hard and high arch support. Also, they made my feet look like duck feet. My toes were spread out. If you have flat feet, you are going to want to stay far away from these sandals, at least this style. I guess I have to go back and start my search all over again for comfortable narrow sandals before the weather gets really hot.

I bought theses for my daughter for her birthday. She has worn a similar pair for years but is so thrilled with the new comfort foot bed! I am going to order a pair for my self.

I wear an 8-8.5 across most brands but have to go up to a 9 (40) in Birkenstocks. I own a few leather pairs but this suede pair is my far the most comfortable across the top of the foot. No break-in period needed; these shoes are comfortable out of the box. The black suede did rub off coloring onto my foot the first couple times I wore the shoe. Just FYI.

I really like these shoes, but I feel as though the straps are rather larger on my feet, but maybe I should have gotten a "narrow" width. They are super comfortable!

I am usually a ballet flat person but was determined to find a supportive pair of sandals because I will be pregnant well into warm weather this year. I am a true 7.5 Medium and needed a 39 in these. I have almost non-existent arches and had initially tried the Granada style Birkenstocks, which were incredibly painful due to their level of arch support. The Arizona Soft Footbed is the most comfortable style I have found in the Birkenstock lineup, and they have provided comfortable support for hours of walking. I can tell once I step out of them that I no longer have the arch support, but it does not cause discomfort. I have the suede strap buckles on the tightest setting even right out of the box (even with pregnancy-related swelling), so I am concerned the suede may stretch over time and I'll have to have another hold added to maintain a proper fit. Overall, I'd recommend because these are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn.

First of all... Zappos customer service is the best!!!!!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and called about 3 days later, they found the order halfway through the shipping process, reversed it, and sent me the correct size A DAY later! These birkenstocks are especially comfy, I have super high arches and these shoes protect my knee's and joints walking at least 3 miles across a college campus every day. The heather grey color goes with everything!

I normally wear a 9.5 to 10 in women's and I got a 40 and they fit perfectly. The taupe suede is trendy, and the suede material is absolutely wonderful! I wear these shoes around the house, or when I walk for hours around the mall. They are very supportive and comfortable.

Love my Birks! I wear a size 7.5-8 shoe normally and I always wear a size 38 regular width in Birkenstocks. The fit is great and they are the most comfortable shoes. With the soft footbed, there's really no breaking in time. The black suede color did rub off on top of my foot the first few times I wore them, but hasn't happened again.

So much more comfortable than the regular foot bed...like walking on pillows! Love the taupe color, goes with everything. I wear a size 6-6.5 but had to exchange for a 36 narrow (which is narrow at all...more normal than narrow) instead of a 37. Of course zappos returns and exchanges were so painless!

I did a ton of research to find a good pair of sandals to walk and travel in and after trying 3 different pairs of the Birkenstock Arizona's, I landed with these ones and I am sooo happy. I was hesitant to keep them since when you first put them on, they're pretty uncomfortable, but I looked up if the break-in process was worth the shoe online, and everyone agreed that it was. So I decided to dedicate myself to the process and I've been wearing them for just two days now and they already are super comfortable and I am so glad I kept them!! They are molding to my feet and I have high arches so they really feel good. My first pair, and I'm a new fan!

I love them so much !! I had to buy a black pair as well. So comfy and it pretty much goes with everything! I have pretty wide feet so if you are like me than this is your shoe.

These shoes are so comfortable! Birkenstocks are "in style" again but they're never going to win any awards for style in my book. That said, they are very comfortable. Make sure to break them in as it will take some time for your foot to adjust to having proper support. Much better choice for my feel than flip flops this summer!
