Great shoes. Really comfortable. However, ordered a size 10-10 1/2 as that is what I wear, but had to return them as they were too large. Ordered a 9-9 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

Love these so much!!!

Classic Birkenstock sandal, plus a softer footbed. These sandals are perfect out of the box, the suede straps are velvety soft and they fit exactly as they should. Looking forward to many adventures with these classics.

Typically with backless shoes/sandals, I order about a 1/2 size smaller and that fits fine. This fit perfectly ordering one whole size down. However, the straps, even at their tightest were not tight enough for me. I had to punch new holes so they would stay on my feet when I walk fast. Now that I've done that, they are perfect. Very comfortable although I have high arches and when I walk sometimes the shoe makes a rude noise where my arch meets the shoe's arch. Gassy feet I guess? I'm hoping that as they stretch out, the rude noises will stop. It's a little embarrassing. Overall, love the shoe. Zappos doesn't have the Arizona in black patent leather so I ordered those from the Birkenstock's site. Those are super cute and basically the same fit as these.

These shoes lasted me quite awhile before the arch and support began to wear down from natural wear and tear. However, before they began to break down, I wore these 2-3 times a week in fall/spring/summer for nearly 2 years. These Birkenstock’s look great with jeans or any casual wear and provide a high level of comfort that won’t leave you with sore feet at the end of the day. Highly suggest buying a pair.

I love my Birkenstocks, I own three pairs. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to send my recent purchase back. I ordered the Taupe Suede and it's a very different color than pictured, much darker than I was looking for and a rather odd color. Anyway I shall return and order the black instead. Already own the gray in the suede which are gorgeous!!

These are my third pair of Birkenstocks... there is no comparison to other shoes. I have lower back pain and the shoes help tremendously. The shoe gets better with time, it pretty much molds to your feet. I still wear all my other birkenstocks, just wanted a different style. The shoes are indestructible, my oldest pair is 10 years old and i still wear them.

This is a great shoe. I had to break them in a bit but now they fit great!

I never owned a pair of Birkenstock sandals, so was anxious to try them. I have say I am very disappointed in them. I’m sorry I spent so much money on them. They are very stiff and uncomfortable. They hurt my toes when wearing them with no socks. The first time I I find them very stiff and uncomfortable. They hurt my toes if wearing them without socks. The first time I stepped outside in them my foot twisted off the side and now am suffering from a twisted ankle- very sore- hope I didn’t break something. ??

These are the classics. I love them but they don’t love me. I will have to stick with the Florida and Sydney style which somehow fit perfectly. I am a 7.5 B. Wear a 38 regular. The narrow is just a tiny bit too narrow.

I usually buy size 7-1/2B shoes, as one foot is 7 and the other 7-1/2. I have fallen arches and have been unable to wear sandals for two years, since I had difficulty finding any that did not hurt my feet. So thinking how Birks mold to your feet, I thought I would give them a try. I ordered size 37 narrow, and they fit perfectly, even though they are recommended for size 6 to 6-1/2. European shoes always run big on me, so I knew to order down. I have worn these for two days now, and no pain! I am delighted to shed the running shoes and socks for the summer months! The soft footbed is wonderful. I may have to get a second pair. Yay!

I never thought I would buy a pair of Birkenstocks. Just wasn't my style. But in my search for a shoe for my jacked up feet (I have had surgery on both feet for plantar fasciitis and now have plantar fibromas that are pretty inflammed and irritated. ) I read that Birkenstocks were a good option. I bought my first pair a month ago. Oh my goodness did they hurt trying to break them in. I was so upset and felt I had wasted a lot of money. But I kept wearing them in the house and finally after a week they were perfect and so comfy. They are strictly my indoor shoes. Since they felt so good I decided to buy a pair to wear outside. I chose the Arizona Soft Footbed in Taupe. They were amazingly already comfy out of the box. No breaking in period. I purchased both the narrow and the regular width. The narrow felt too small and gave me no room if my feet swell. The regular is perfect even though the straps are on the last holes. I have plenty of wiggle room. I am a convert. I love the Birkenstock Arizona's and I love Zappo's

First of all, Kudos to the Customer service department. I tried three pair of sandals before settling on these. I really wanted a smaller strap size, since these strap have always seems quite large to me. However the previous pairs that I tried cut across my toes un-mercilessly. These soft foot bed sandals are super comfortable, will be great friends in no time. The blue leather is beautiful and different, they were true to size, I wear a 9.5/40 these were a great fit right out of the box. Super adjustable straps make the regular width extremely versatile. These are the most comfortable Birkenstocks I have ever owned. I have very difficult and sore feet and these sandals do the trick for fit and comfort. Love the soft footbed and soft leather.

Love! 4th pair of birks. Love that these are suede. I’m a size 5 1/2 and ordered the 36 narrow and they fit perfectly.

I am a die hard birkenstock advocate and have worn many of the different styles over the years. The softbed Arizona is by far the most comfortable. Like all birkenstocks, it takes a bit to mold to your foot, but when it does, you'll never want to take them off. The taupe color is very versatile and can be worn with everything. This is a classic sandal and, in my opinion, everyone should own a pair!

These are just a little bit too wide, but very comfortable

I should have listened to the other reviews and gone with a narrow size. I usually get women’s wide shoes but these regular ones are very loose. I think I would not even take them off if they were tighter. I plan on purchasing a new pair this spring but will go for the narrow size and update how the fit feels.

Awesome as always! So happy to go back to a regular width. Much more comfortable than the narrow. Hope they last a long time as they have in the past.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for 30 years now and this is my first pair with the soft footbed. I love them. I got the Velvet Gray suede. The color is beautiful and the suede is so comfy. Sizing: I'm a 7.5-8 womens narrow, for this style (and Milano) I wear 39N. In the Salina and all plastic Arizona styles I wear 38N. I have high arches and these provide great support.

If you have a normal foot, I highly recommend getting the "narrow" width. I ordered the "regular" width and they were way to big side to side - my foot did not fit snugly at all and I had a hard time walking and keeping them on my feet. The Narrow is just perfect.
