Great shoes. Really comfortable. However, ordered a size 10-10 1/2 as that is what I wear, but had to return them as they were too large. Ordered a 9-9 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

Love these so much!!!

Classic Birkenstock sandal, plus a softer footbed. These sandals are perfect out of the box, the suede straps are velvety soft and they fit exactly as they should. Looking forward to many adventures with these classics.

Typically with backless shoes/sandals, I order about a 1/2 size smaller and that fits fine. This fit perfectly ordering one whole size down. However, the straps, even at their tightest were not tight enough for me. I had to punch new holes so they would stay on my feet when I walk fast. Now that I've done that, they are perfect. Very comfortable although I have high arches and when I walk sometimes the shoe makes a rude noise where my arch meets the shoe's arch. Gassy feet I guess? I'm hoping that as they stretch out, the rude noises will stop. It's a little embarrassing. Overall, love the shoe. Zappos doesn't have the Arizona in black patent leather so I ordered those from the Birkenstock's site. Those are super cute and basically the same fit as these.

These shoes lasted me quite awhile before the arch and support began to wear down from natural wear and tear. However, before they began to break down, I wore these 2-3 times a week in fall/spring/summer for nearly 2 years. These Birkenstock’s look great with jeans or any casual wear and provide a high level of comfort that won’t leave you with sore feet at the end of the day. Highly suggest buying a pair.

These are my third pair of Birkenstocks... there is no comparison to other shoes. I have lower back pain and the shoes help tremendously. The shoe gets better with time, it pretty much molds to your feet. I still wear all my other birkenstocks, just wanted a different style. The shoes are indestructible, my oldest pair is 10 years old and i still wear them.

This is a great shoe. I had to break them in a bit but now they fit great!

Trendy & very comfortable!

I never thought I would buy a pair of Birkenstocks. Just wasn't my style. But in my search for a shoe for my jacked up feet (I have had surgery on both feet for plantar fasciitis and now have plantar fibromas that are pretty inflammed and irritated. ) I read that Birkenstocks were a good option. I bought my first pair a month ago. Oh my goodness did they hurt trying to break them in. I was so upset and felt I had wasted a lot of money. But I kept wearing them in the house and finally after a week they were perfect and so comfy. They are strictly my indoor shoes. Since they felt so good I decided to buy a pair to wear outside. I chose the Arizona Soft Footbed in Taupe. They were amazingly already comfy out of the box. No breaking in period. I purchased both the narrow and the regular width. The narrow felt too small and gave me no room if my feet swell. The regular is perfect even though the straps are on the last holes. I have plenty of wiggle room. I am a convert. I love the Birkenstock Arizona's and I love Zappo's

Love! 4th pair of birks. Love that these are suede. I’m a size 5 1/2 and ordered the 36 narrow and they fit perfectly.

I am a die hard birkenstock advocate and have worn many of the different styles over the years. The softbed Arizona is by far the most comfortable. Like all birkenstocks, it takes a bit to mold to your foot, but when it does, you'll never want to take them off. The taupe color is very versatile and can be worn with everything. This is a classic sandal and, in my opinion, everyone should own a pair!

Fit and size are spot on as always with Birkenstocks. The navy color is a great option for a neutral color that goes with black or brown!

You can't go wrong with Birkenstocks if you need arch support or need to recover from wearing high heels for several decades. I am 60 years old and had some foot issues from long-time wearing of heels in my profession. These Birkenstock sandals helped heal that damage and are my go-to shoes at home and all summer. The normal width were too wide, though, so I had to return them and get a 39 narrow. I definitely recommend.

I’ve worn Birkenstocks for years but this is the first Soft Footbed pair I’ve had. The difference is tremendous! I actually bought these just for the suede upper and the footbed was secondary. I’ll never go back! Sizing was spot on. I wear a 42 and these were no different. The width option was something I’ve never seen and I found the “narrow” to be a normal width and the “normal” to be wide. Unless you have Fred Flinstone feet stick with the “narrow” width.

This is the third pair of Birks I've owned and thanks to reviews and assistance on sizing from Zappos I think I have finally purchased the correct width! In the past I have purchased medium width in all my shoes but this time after reading the reviews I purchased narrow. I do not have narrow feet. Actually have a high arch. But these narrow Birks feel perfect. I have not worn them outside yet, just around in the house to make sure. I love Birks with the "Soft Footbed" - they are so comfortable and feel great after wearing all day long. However, after purchasing previously they always stretch and become too wide and I have to keep tightening the buckles with new holes . This narrow size seems to fit perfect. I'm also impressed with Zappos. They make ordering online extremely easy. This isn't my first purchase with Zappos and won't be my last! Easier than going to the store!

These sandals fit like a glove right out of the box. The soft footbed is great for my feet as I have both arthritis and neuropathy from chemo. They are about the only shoes I can wear without pain. The suede is soft and not as unforgiving on the top of my foot as the leather. Fantastic sandals!

Birkenstock’s in my opinion are one of the most comfortable brand of Sandals ever. The size was perfect and I’m glad I bought them.

Once again, Zappos, you and Birkenstock have made me happy, happy, happy! I have found that the Arizona style, in regular width, keep my flat, arthritic feet comfortable and groovy at the same time. With the soft footbed there is no break-in time needed...just adjust the straps and stroll on! The blue leather is beautiful, which is an added bonus. Zappos, your delivery time is outstanding, and your return policy is a breeze! These babies will not be returned...once again, you have me smiling!

These shoes are the only shoes I wear year round. I have a nerve injury to my foot along with neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis and these are the only shoes that don't hurt to walk in. I cannot live without them. I was able to walk 40 miles at Disneyworld in 4 days in these. I would size down half a size or maybe more. You really don't want extra room. I'm usually a size 10.5 and I order the 40

Still my favorite Birkenstock and my all time favorite shoe. The soft footbed and the OH SO SOFT suede straps means I never have to break these in at all. Super comfy right out of the box. Straps should be loose so you can easily slide a finger between the strap and my foot. Toes and heel should not come to the edge of the shoe by have 5 mm space. Yes, they are ugly, but I don't care. I'm a 9 1/2 and a size 40 regular fits me perfectly. I do not like the narrow width because the heel feels too tight. Medium with for my B width feet.
