The shoes were used. I was so disappointed on the condition of the shoes that were being sold as new. The shoes were not the correct color and it was obvious the shoes had been worn.

the shoes came all chewed up can't believe someone would package shoes that were all chewed up.

One shoe was clearly mismarked. Yes I know one foot is smaller than the other on humans but this was crazy big. I have worn Birks for 50 years never had a mismatch before. Will try ordering directly from the manufacturer. These need to be tossed. Packaging was not like new shoes either. Possibly these were stretched out from someone and resoled I am not sure but they are going back.

Zappos has terrible quality control. This is the 3rd pair I ordered from Zappos in the past week and 2 out of the 3 looked used. The first pair i got was great but a but a bit small, so I ordered another and the quality didn't compare. Returned and ordered another, same problem. You can seen in the picture the different in footbeds on all 3 received. Order directly from Birkenstock to avoid the hassle.

I was so excited to get these sandals. However, I was disappointed when they arrived as they appeared to have been worn or either tried in before because there were toe imprints on the footbed. Also, I don’t know if it’s standard for this shoe to not come in its original Birkenstock box or what. But they were in a a plastic bag inside a plain cardboard box. The soles didn’t appear to be worn any so I didn’t return them but was just terribly disappointed! Will think twice about ordering anything else from Zappos.

This is not the narrow so it is way too big. I ordered the narrow.

The color and size I needed was out of stock. However, only one became available. I ordered and the box itself is torn up, and the sandals have been used. Can’t believe Zappos would put customer in such hassle and inconvenience. They don’t care.

I have 6 pair of Birk Arizonas…this pair delivered today came in a box that was in pieces…the entire package was flattened. The suede of the shoes is Mink color but dirty….the soles look like they are just glued on. I will buy at my local department store. Return on the way Zappo’s. Quality control is dismal.

These are FAKES. Don’t bother with getting these from Amazon or Zappos. Obvious glue clumps on the suede 1oz heavier per shoe than real Birks and cheap hard plastic soles that are slippery I’m disappointed because it’s such a waste of my time. I’ve tried three ways to get Birks on sale: REI: they only carry narrow width Amazon: FAKE ZAppos: FAKE

My foot is pretty wide so I went with the wider fit. I hate these sandals and I wish I never purchased them because they give me blisters. I thought they would be super comfortable, but I’ll never purchase them again.

I purchased these for a trip to Cuba, thinking that they would be comfortable for walking. I followed Birkenstock sizing advice of adding 31 to your regular shoe size, chose narrow width. However even with tightening both straps to the last hole, these shoes were too big! Beware of unisex sizing - if I had more time before travel to send shoe sizes back and forth, I probably would have found a better fitting size.

They need to break in. Thereafter, excellent fit. Superb German engineered sandal. BMW of sandals.

The suggested size is for men's not women. You need a size smaller for women's Birkenstock.

Very comfortable, but suede upper collapses and makes slipping one’s foot in difficult.

This is my sixth pair of Arizona sandals . . . these did not disappoint. I bought them for the color and took some time figuring out the right shade of brown. I am very happy with the suede consistency.

Exactly as expected. Great. Husband loves them. We buy the same ones once his “in use “ ones get worn out. Quality does not disappoint! Thank you Zappos!

I love this style Birkenstock, but I’m not able to slip my foot in the shoe without bending down every time I put them on. The straps are really soft but don’t hold their shape when removed. I will order the oiled leather ones.

The material is a soft suede so it is comfortable. I actually buy the Birkenstock because I needed good support in my foot and these work quite well.

Material is great. Fit is good.
