unfortunately because they're unisex they're too wide even if i tighten the straps... please make the suede for women and men separately!

If I had known that the Unisex model was wider, I would never have ordered. The straps stretched out quickly.

Cant say I love these. Can’t slide my feet in them because the suede straps collapse. They look ten years old after one day. They are ok, but overall I am not particularly pleased. Maybe I should have returned them.

Had to return sandals because 38 was slightly too small and 39 was too large. My foot slid around because I couldn't tighten the straps any more so my toes would hit the hard shoe frame material. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8 in other shoes.

Very disappointed. The insoles in these seemed to completely deflate leaving me with a very sloppy pair of shoes. I have somewhat low volume feet, but when new these felt fabulous on the tightest buckle setting. After three or four months the soft insoles flattened out. At 118 pounds, I am not a big person. The black outsole is also slightly spreading as if it is slowly melting. If the straps had more holes I could make them fit better. A lot of people say they love the soft footbed. For me it’s a fail.

The color is MUCH darker than pictured. It is more of an ‘olive’ color. I love it, but want to find a lighter color with all of the same qualities.

I was so excited to get these but they came damaged and not in the original Birkenstock box. For $134 I want the box and there should not be stains. Zappos needs better Quality Control. The fit was great though.

I had very high expectations for these sandals because of all the raves. I wear a size 8 US women’s and ordered these in 38 because the 39 was way too big. The 38 fit better; however, my feet keep sliding whenever I walk and I've tightened the straps all the way, but somehow it stills feels a bit loose. If I ordered a size smaller it would then be too small so I guess Birkenstock's just didn't work for me =(

Suede straps were rough in texture and not smooth like the other pair in the same style.

I have very high arches and was hoping this shoe would provide the support I need. Birkenstock soft footbed was recommended by my doctor. I tried it on and felt support in my arch, but was in a lot of pain immediately on the top of my foot when I walked forward. The top strap dug into my foot no matter how loose or tight I adjusted the buckle. Wish it had worked for me.

I have been waiting too long to get a pair of these and was excited to get back into town to open my new birks, however once i arrived home to finally open the package, it wasn't in original Birkenstock box and its very evident they are a used pair by the wear on the footbed. I will try to order a new pair but im very upset i paid $150 for a used item. The wide feels too big anyways so hopefully the narrow ones will be a better choice and not a used pair this time.

I love Arizonas. I have another pair which I bought last year. The new ones I just got are as comfortable as my old ones though with one problem which makes me not want to wear them at all. The straps are so flimsy and thin that they’re always collapsed on the footbed and whenever I want to just slip my feet into the sandals, I can’t easily do it. I must first sit down and use my hands to slip them over my feet. I noticed I don’t even want to wear them any more. Sadly they need to go back.

Unisex regular width is way too wide for a standard woman’s foot. Loved the color and suede!!!

Overall, I love these sandals. But they are stain magnets! Or I am terribly clumsy. Or both. Either way, they pick up stains really easily. This was my second pair due to staining and opps I’ve done it again. I think suede is not my friend.

Birkenstock unisex sizes do not work for women. Birkenstock needs to make more sandals sized specifically for women. This is the second pair I've tried in unisex and my foot hasn't changed, the sandals just don't fit comfortably. I regret having to return a second pair and will head to the nearest Birkenstock store to try and find a woman's sized sandal.

Color (latte) was much more brown than the photo - it appears almost buttery yellow in the picture, but definitely is, well, latte. But I returned them because of the cheap plastic buckle. It adds nothing to what are, basically, an ugly shoe that you wear because it's stupidly comfortable. But the plastic felt brittle and nothing like the durable metal buckles on other colors. I was worried I'd break it in the first week, since I usually have to tighten the straps three times while they break in as the suede stretches. Very disappointed.

Before purchasing these shoes I read many of the reviews. Most customers said this shoe runs big. I normally wear a size 9 1/2 in most shoes so I went with the size 40 (9-91/2) they were too small. I returned those and ordered a size 41 (91/2-10) in the women's oiled leather and found they fit perfectly. If you are a woman and have a more narrow foot then don't order this shoe in unisex. Only order women's in the narrow. I also get a sore lower back and have planters fascitis and after wearing this Birkenstock Arizona soft footbed show everything feels better!

I love all my Birkenstocks, but this pair in Jasper seemed to run a little small (short, to be more precise). My toes were hitting the top ridge of the footbed & was really uncomfortable. That never happened in all my other Birkenstocks. I ordered the same size I always am, but somehow this pair ran small. Exchanging for a different style (leather in tobacco), that I know fits well...because not sure if it's the suede ones that run small or what? I could exchange for an exact replica, but don't want to be hassled with another exchange after this second one.

This shoe had too much arch support. I have flat feet, and immediately was in pain when I put the shoes on. The suede straps were also rough on the edges, so this pair of shoes is being returned.

No way, never again! I can not see how anyone considers these sandals outstanding footwear. In fact, they are the most uncomfortable apparel I have ever put on my body. These are not for long-term wear, only very casual short-term wear such as a walk around the block, casual gardening or a short trip to the park or mall. I made the mistake of wearing these to an all day outdoor festival. I have worn sandals in this way before without much of a problem, but by the end of the day I had water blisters on my feet and the straps were severely irritating the tops of my feet. There is this horrible high arch in the center mid section of the sandal that is just very uncomfortable. My guess is this part of the sandal would be better off made a different material which is more flexible than the surrounding soul.\r\n\r\nThe positive is that they look really nice and are okay for short term use, but at this price, one would certainly expect much more comfort from the sandal and much for usability. I will be keeping the sandals for short walks and short trips to the grocery store, but I really can not recommend them at this price.

Would not purchase again - can't wear left sandal - Ordered two pairs, one for me and one for my sister. It took about two weeks to adjust to these sandals. You have to buckle the straps loosely in order for the sandals to fit properly. My right sandal fits perfect, something is wrong with the left sandal. It hurts the arch of my left foot and I can't stand wearing the left sandal. If I knew this would happen I would have sent my pair back. Since I wore these sandals outside to break them in I'm stuck with them. Wish I could have the left sandal replaced. I feel there is a manufactures problem with this left sandal. My sister had no problem with her pair, said they are very comfortable & don't hurt her arch. I also purchased two pairs of the Milano soft footbed sandals for the two of us and neither one of us had a problem with them. The left sandal does not hurt my arch so this is the pair I'm wearing----they feel great.

Arizona not up to expectations - Length and width of the footbed are appropriate. Had to punch an extra hole in each strap to get them to fit. Arch support is very high. Not a comfortable shoe, especially at the price.
