I already had the same pair in the regular size but they were too wide so I ordered these in narrow. The narrow is more of a medium fit, which was perfect. So comfortable and as always shipped promptly from Zappos.

The fit is good, although I had to make an extra hole in the straps , to make them fit snugly. Over all, I love them!

Wear them daily....Love them!

Returned my replacement defective pair and never got a refund. I’m out $140. Poor job Zappos

The fit is wider than expected...if you have narrow feet, it will be somewhat loose on the foot even when tightened on the sides. one would have to add another hole to make it tighter. i'm afraid this didn't work as i hoped and i need more arch support / cushion. i'm waiting on the closed toed version and hopefully it'll be more cushioned or i have to try another brand. i like the soft suede feel as it doesn't irritate my skin though.

This was my first pair of Birkenstocks....now I know!

Fit a little larger and wider than my previous Birks. I ordered a 39, which I've had before and felt like a 40. I kept them as I'd already worn them, but suggest trying a half size down

Very genuine and authentic

I've had many Birenstock's but the bed felt narrower to me. I can feel the rims on the side. I normally wear this but maybe the unisex is more narrow then the women's??

I ordered "normal" width and they were unusually wide - I have wide feet and these were overly wide.

Suede was very light weight

The color and size I needed was out of stock. However, only one became available. I ordered and the box itself is torn up, and the sandals have been used. Can’t believe Zappos would put customer in such hassle and inconvenience. They don’t care.

Color faded but Zappos sent me a new pair

Surprisingly uncomfortable for what I thought was supposed to be a famously comfortable shoe. I can't walk in these long distance without having considerable pain in my arches and weirdly, the tops of my feet. I've never had this issue with any other shoe. It feels like I have to splay my toes out to walk in these even when they're set in the tightest position. I have somewhat wide feet so it doesn't make sense that these would be too wide.

So birks can sometimes run a size large but these ran two sizes larger. My husband wears a size 10, but measures a birk 9. The 8 size 41 is what we ended up with. Buy accordingly. He loves them.

I have 6 pair of Birk Arizonas…this pair delivered today came in a box that was in pieces…the entire package was flattened. The suede of the shoes is Mink color but dirty….the soles look like they are just glued on. I will buy at my local department store. Return on the way Zappo’s. Quality control is dismal.

I love these Birkenstocks, I just ordered the wrong size. Women's size 9, is a 40. I realized that after I ordered them. I love the color and softness of the straps.

The only issue I had with this sandal is that the color is off. I was looking for a brown suede color as it looks on the digital image. The actual sandal was closer to a dark khaki or olive green. So I returned the item due to the color being way off.

This is my second pair of these classic and casual sandals. Love the soft bed for true comfort and Perfect fit. Unless you have a wide foot, I suggest ordering the narrow. The suede is super soft and requires no “breaking in”.

A little wide, I may need to punch additional holes so my feet don’t slip. I have worn Birkenstocks for years and have many different styles. I went up one size as I want to wear heavy socks with these in the winter, the length is good, but the width is a bit loose.

I love my birks with the soft suede. They fit perfectly and feel so comfortable. I have worn them for about 45 years and presently I have three pair. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants comfort and good support.

Love the soft footbed Arizona sandal! I didn’t notice these were the unisex size which seem a bit wider than the women’s. The color is an exceptionally soft taupe and so flattering. I wanted to keep them but knew after wearing them they would be too loose.

It took me 3 “tries” to find my Birkenstock size and style! But, am really glad that I persisted. Figuring out your Birkenstock size might be a little tricky. DO NOT GO BY YOUR USUAL SIZE!! Follow Birkenstock’s sizing guidelines. And: there are 2 FOOTBED OPTIONS! There is the original, and also a “ soft” footbed. (“Soft” is a relative term). You can check on a variety of websites to learn how to break in your Birks, and you DO need to break them in. I was skeptical, but now the sandals are beginning to mold to my feet. This after 2 weeks of wearing them with socks. Who knew it was such a process?! I’m about 40 years off this trend, but: better late than never…
