I normally do not buy slip-ons because they fall off too easily, but I bought these because I thought they were beautiful. Happily,the lip is just big enough to hold these slippers securely on my foot. I am thrilled to own them.

Wear them daily in the house & even in quick trips outside of the house.

thought there would be more arch support. still love my choice

I wear these as bedroom/lounging slippers and find that boiled wool is not too hot on warm days & snuggly on cold days. Since I am prone to falls, this slipper is perfect as it has a "heel cup" that makes it less likely to come off. Even my husband thinks these slippers are very cute. I chose the brown as it was neutral and it is light enough in color that it goes with everything. Would love to have had more color choice: red, sky blue, gold, deep pink. Would have bought the red pair if it had not had a purple sole! Solid red with the embroidery would look great.

I am a senior citizen who is always cold. Living in the northern mountains the temps dip below zero. These slippers are comfy and warm. They came in just before a big freeze. I was so happy to have them at that time. I wear them all the time. I recommend them and will most likely purchase another pair.

Since I had a bout of plantar fasciitis, I wear shoes and slippers with healthy arch support. These fit the bill! I've worn Acorn slippers for several years now; I bought these in XL (I'm a size 9) like the Acorn Chinchillas I've worn - and the Taras are actually sized more XL than the Chinchillas. They are a bit big, but I'll keep them anyway. I love my Acorns!

Love these slippers! Typically I avoid slippers because my feet get too hott, but I haven't had a problem with my Talara mules. The fleecy lining cushions my feet in softness. I wear them at home, and when I'm sitting for long periods of time and my feet tend to swell, particularly when driving long distances. Just sorry I didn't try them sooner.

I use them everyday in the fall and winter. They are easy to slip on and off, nice and warm, and fits with a sock on.
