I love the look of these boots when I saw them. I purchased the grey because I felt that they were more neutral. If you're interested in a boot with a lot of support, these aren't the boots you want. They style is such that it's loose around the ankle and not very supportive there. They are very comfortable but keep that in mind if you have weak ankles. I am keeping them because they are super stylish and very unique.

These are super cute and super comfy, Great everyday bootie. They are cute enough to wear with a dress but would go great with jeans. The heel is low and the leather is soft so I think these will be great. I will say that if you have a wide foot these won't work. I have a narrow foot and they are a little snug. I have another pair of shoes by Eric Michael and I found the same to be true.

I bought these boots to be everyday boots. The kind of thing you throw on in the winter instead of sneakers or sandals. The are soft as butter and required zero break-in time. The heel is low enough that they are comfortable for walking, going to the store, etc. The grey-ish color means they match plenty of outfits.

I wanted only leather with a wedge heal for comfort. I originally ordered these boots in brown and loved them enough to order a 2nd pair in black. I'm tough to fit and normally wear a size 40 (8.5) but ordered size 39 and they're perfect. The leather is supple & they're comfortable to wear all day. They're dang cute too with unique detailing. Lots of compliments!

These are very cute boots. The leather inside and out is very soft and moves easily with your foot when you walk. I'm on the fence on keeping or returning them. The foot bed feels really hard or thin - not sure what - but not really comfortable. I'm concerned that after walking for a while (especially on sidewalks), they will become uncomfortable. I think if stayed on carpet, like at the office, they would be fine. Other than the footbed, they are overall comfortable boots.

These boots are awesome in several ways. They're comfy and stylish with a little bit of toughness to them. I'm a size 10 and sometimes have trouble with the euro sizes. I ordered a 41, and they're fine with a thicker pair of socks (I also have very narrow feet).

I tried these boots on in Seattle while on a trip and wanted to buy them, but I ran out of time. Fortunately I thought later to check Zappos, and there they were! Your price was less with no shipping charges, so it was wonderful! I love the boots!

A bit snug across widest part of foot, have to wear thin socks

I sent these back because I have a moderate to high arch/instep, so I couldn't get into them. Maybe would have been resolved with a larger size, but I just didn't want to commit to that. Leather was soft and pliable, so I'm sure it would have been a good boot. I ended up going with the pikolinos I got in the same shipment.

Liked the shoes, but the toe area in the left shoe arrived with a huge wrinkle/divet in the toe box. Unable to keep as not sure how this will wear over time. And it bugs me looking at it.

I have the Lena in both black and wine. I needed shoes to walk long distances; and, that I could wear for work with pants or skirts. They are extremely comfortable and stylish. I get compliments on them a lot. I gave the comfort and style five starts. The only reason for the four stars is the leather. It scuffs very easily - especially the wine color. Every time I wear them while driving, the color on the back heel rubs off and fades. I have to polish before every wear to hide the fade mark. I had even applied a waterproof coating before wearing so they'd be more durable. Regardless, I love the boots and have no regrets on the purchase. However, I would be cautious about buying another pair that had the same type of leather.

To me this shoes will make everybody satify , soft leather, very comfort, hell height is perfect for middle ages snd older.Except the price is too high.

These are lovely booties, would work for office or social, and I wish I could keep them, but they are just too small for my feet. I regularly wear 38 in Danskos, and ordered the same size in these, but just felt a little tiny. Definitely no room for thin wool socks, which I live in Nov-April...

Super cute boot, very stylish. The leather is buttery soft. The problem for me is the width. This boot is just a little bit too narrow for me. I wish I could have kept them!

Not very comfy. My foot tends to slip forward inside of the boot, I tried insoles and thicker sock but it dies not quite feel comfy. I gave them many tries..... I use them when I know I won’t be too active. They look a kind of vintage..... cute.

The bootie is very stylish. Based on the reviews, I ordered a half size larger but when I actually tried the shoe it felt a bit loose. I did not bother returning them because all I needed to do was add a comfort insole and it was just fine. At least I know it would not be tight even with thicker socks or tights. The height of the wedge is just perfect! I wish the opening had a more secure fit but all in all I love these booties.

Very comfortable although a bit narrow at the toes. I bought the gray pair and oddly enough, the straps are black and not brown as pictured online. I decided to keep them even though they aren't exactly as pictured.

Loved the shoes. They fit like gloves. I love shoes and these shoes are most gloves like shoes I've ever tried, no one of them, just THE best. My only complaint is the color matching. I ordered brown and the shoes color matches the pictures shown but the straps are black, I would love the darker brown straps because it would make the golden buckle stand out. These shoes are pretty otherwise. Separately, the grey color looks like dark brown, I wish they have the true gray, in which case I would get that too! So pretty and so comfy!

Love this boot! It's incredibly soft leather and can't wait to actually wear them. The one reason it got a 4 overall instead of 5 is that they came scuffed up on the side. I did not want to miss out on them and decided to keep them as is. Would still highly recommend them.

I love these booties. My feet and my knees kill me most days, but these boots are very comfortable. I have had them a few months now and the leather has gotten softer and they still fit. The arch support is good. I have very little cartilage in my knees and arthritis and would love to find more shoes like these which look good and are comfortable. I'm 60ish and feel stylish wearing them.

Beautiful boot. It was just too snug. I'm an 11.5M and would have kept them if had more wiggle room for my foot.
