Ordered 1/2 size to big. Called Zappos.Spoke too a lovely and helpful lady who walked me thru the entire process had correct shoes in 2 Days. Even delivered on a Friday. Most satisfied with the shoe in comfort and fit. Keep hiring your phone support staff. A delight to work with an converse!

Purchased these shoes on recommendation of a family member. They replaced a pair of heavy leather/shearling bedroom shoes that had outlived their useful life. The shoes are light and comfortable. The soles allow me to go out to the mailbox and the backyard without any problem. The hook-and-loop flap makes it easy to adjust the fit and to take the shoes off and on.

I purchased these shoes for my dad because he was having some foot issues. He's quite happy with them. Says they're comfortable and he is no longer bothered by the discomfort he'd been experiencing. Money well spent in my book!

My Dad loves these shoes and as a diabetic they fit all his needs! He always says "you can never spend enough on your back or your feet" and has requested me to buy these for him yearly.

My husband has severe peripheral neuropathy so he is in danger of hurting his feet and not knowing and these shoes are a wonderful comfortable way to safeguard my husband's diabetic toes. Nighttime bathroom calls or the early morning race for coffee in only socks is potentially hazardous. These were the PERFECT answer. Now it's his go-to indoor shoe!

Very good shoes, but Amazon has the exact same shoe for almost 20 bucks less with the same free return policy as Zappos, so price shop carefully before you actually purchase. I did buy mine from Zappos, not thinking that Amazon carried Diabetic Shoes.

I have neuropathy and foot and leg swelling. I've been retired for 21 years and need something comfortable to wear around the house,. I bought a pair of these shoes / slippers 18 months ago. Wear them every single day, all day long. They have been very comfortable and satisfying to me. They look good enough to wear when shopping. I use them walking my dogs -- not as often as before, but they are serviceable for that. With all this wear and usage they look nearly as good as the day I first took them our of the box. They don't provide great ankle support. Who could expect that from such a lightweight and comfortable shoe. I'm replacing my old shoes with new without hesitation. The old shoe has developed a slight separation tear from the shoe body to the sole on one foot. No wonder, after the amount of wear I've subjected these shoes to. And I've got super-wide feet like a duck so there's been a lot of stress on the shoe width. They have been wonderful -- comfortable, good insole, lightweight, good looking enough to not worrying about having them on my feet while shopping locally. Even with this slight tear I expect I'll be able to wear the old shoes for at least a couple of months more. I rarely write reviews but felt this shoe deserved the best I could write. From my experience I sure recommend them very highly.

Great slippers for those looking for easy on and off with a secure fastening. Dark gray color a nice neutral.

These were for my 81 year old dad. He was really happy with these, comfortable and easy for him to put on. He has been suffering from feet swelling and these are perfect. Will get him a back-up pair. Zappos is the best.

I'm pretty much convinced that these are the only slippers on planet Earth that will fit my dad's swollen diabetic feet. I took 4 pairs of slippers that he could not get on his feet and replaced them with this pair. I'd love to double his shoe wardrobe by purchasing another color.

My husband really liked these shoes but no matter how we tried, couldn't make the Velcro reach to close the flap. Needed the Velcro on the one side to go just a little closer to the edge so it would meet the opposite end. He thought if we exchanged it for a larger size, it just might work. Therefore, we are going to try it in a larger size and hope that will work.

My husband is raving over this slipper/shoe after having knee surgery because he doesn't have to push hard to get the foot into the shoe and then the flap customizes the width fit. He has asked for another pair!

Great slippers, and as always super service from Zappos.

Just what I was hoping for. Easily adjustable to fit my 5E foot with a very high instep. Extremely comfortable. The insert is nice and cushy. Only downsides that the fuzzy-ish surface picks up a little lint. Also, unlike some slippers, these look so much like slippers that even I wouldn't wear them for a quick jaunt to then store.

I bought them for my dad who is diabetic and has a hard time getting shoes on. These were a great fit, easy to put on and off and very comfortable. I would recommend. I bought them 1/2 size up.

My husband struggles with edema and for the past five years I have not been able to find proper shoes which fit and were comfortable until now. I did buy them one half size larger in order to insure the velcro to reach and hold. My husband is smiling for the first time when he puts on his shoes.

Excellent product! My dad had extra ankle swelling and these were perfect! Easy to get on and off and he said they were comfy.

Excellent slipper, sturdy enough to wear outside, yet sift and comfortable as a slipper. My husband has wide feet and it is difficult to find slippers that fit. They are true to size and easy to adjust. Highly recommend these slippers. Also extremely impressed with Zappos, ordered another pair and they were too big, returned the other pair without shipping costs. Received them in two days! Love ?? Zappos!!

PERFECT! Bought for my 91 yr old dad and they are exactly what we were looking for: hard sole with good traction,easy on/off, and adjustable width for when his feet swell.

Great shoe! It is easy to put on with strap and insole was soft, firm.

Got these shoes for my father in law. They are the only ones we have been able to find that will fit with all the swelling he has in his feet. These are great shoes, and he can wear them out of the house as regular shoes on days when the swelling is severe. The 5E are impossible to find, but like usual Zappo's has whatever I need!
