This pair and the Carina sandal were the first 2 pairs of Alegrias I have ever bought and worn. They are the most comfortable shoe I've had on my feet in a long time, putting Birks to shame when it come to comfort and style. This shoe couldn't be cuter but more importantly, the shoe is so well made, stable and comfortable, you barely know they're on your feet. I wear a 7 in most shoes, closed and open, the 7 fit me perfectly.

Love these shoes. Have only worn them 2X but comfy. I have a back issues and cannot wear heels and these have just the right lift and are still "flat". Clunky looking but not when you put them on.

Just received these Alegria Happy Snake Belle in size 37 and needed a 38! I wear, depending on the shoe 7 1/2 or 8. After the reviews, I decided on the 37's. My toe was right at the end. Well, disappointing because I immediately went to order the 38's and as luck would have it, none in stock. The foot bed felt wonderful though and the shoe was very pretty. I'm returning, which is why I buy from Zappos because of the hassle free ordering and return policy. Love Zappos! I have found another pair on sale at the Alegria site that is free shipping so I've ordered them in size needed. Thank you so much for your years of wonderful service. I always return to Zappos for my online shopping for shoes need!

These are my top pick of three Alegria styles purchased to try. They aren't too dorky looking. Husband approved! And they offer great comfort and support. The strap also helps them stay securely on the foot. My big toe does seem to touch the front or top of the shoe and the leather is hard but it's not uncomfortable, just something I noticed. There is plenty of room otherwise so I decided not to go a size up. I'm hoping these will be great for standing on concrete floors for 8 hours, without sacrificing style!

I bought two kinds of shoes to try to help my heel pain: Alegria Belle and Kalso Earth Solar in wide. I have a wide foot at the toes, and the Belle in standard width felt wider, and better, than the Solar. The Belle fit like a glove. I think the Solar fit okay too, but they're less convincing. I tried to pick out the best size for me in both, and it was a bit of guess and gamble. I bought 9.5W in the Solar and 40 in the Belle. I think they both are the right size for me, but the Solar seem really long -- they look more than half an inch longer than the Belle. They're both kind of clunky-cute, quality looking shoes. I like the strap configuration a little better on the Belle. I'm keeping both of them because I'd like to see how they do after wearing them longer. The real test will be which one can make my heel pain feel better in the evenings. I haven't worn them enough to judge that yet. If I had to pick one of these at this point, I'd definitely go with the Belle, which are also significantly cheaper.

I have very wide, small feet, and they are very picky about shoes! These shoes are extremely comfortable and the width is great. They are quite "boxy" at a small size, but since they're so cute that's okay. The only thing I don't like is that they squeak! I swear they are paid for, too.

After trying several styles, polloma, these belles work for me! Cute, light, and so so comfortable! I ordered the cognac color...and they go with everything! Thanks Apps!

Wow! I look forward to more of these shoes. I've been wearing them every day this week since I got them in. I am being treated for Plantar Fasciits in one foot and a neuroma in the other. I was looking for a supportive shoe, preferably mary jane style, in black, that had a wide toe box and sort of 'rounded up" from the ground at the toe because a pair of sneakers I have does this and it doesn't make my neuroma spot "trigger". These fit the bill! They are more comfortable for my feet then shoes with my custom orthotic. One of my issues is that I can't seem to help walking on the side of my foot (the one that has PF) w/o thinking about it b/c it protects the painful spot- but that is causing other parts of my foot and leg to bother me! This shoe aligns my foot so properly that I cannot roll to the side of my foot AND my foot doesn't really hurt all that much while wearing them. I feel stable, totally supported yet STILL cushioned. My toes have plenty of room. I wear an 8W and ordered the 38W. My foot is "slightly wide" so I wasn't sure if these would be too wide. Sometimes a wide is too wide for me. These work! I do have some room for sure, but they aren't too wide on me. I can wear them with socks or without. I didn't get any blisters wearing them w/o socks- no "hot spots" at all. I like that I can buy replacement insoles. I'm very pleased with these shoes as far as comfort and functionality goes and I think they are cute. I've received many compliments too. I think this is a good shoe to wear with skirts or pants, socks or not. Where I live its cold in the winter but not too cold that a pair of wool socks with these works out just fine. I plan to get more sandals for the summer!

Great shoe. I have the Pesca and have tried the clog, several times. This one is nice. Lower profile than some. Good support. Double velcro strap is great. So is the pad at heel. It does not rub. I have narrow heels that tend to slip. These two features help a great deal. The red is pretty. Looks nice with jeans. I wear a 42. Looking forward to getting the black as well.

I am on my feet 8 hours and walk 5-8 miles a day at work. I had severe pain in the ball of my left foot and these shoes took the pain away. I get a little rub on the top curve but I can stretch the leather with my fingers to alleviate it. I love these shoes.

I can't say enough - a shoe that is kind to my embattled, much-operated-upon feet. They are amazing. Am rushing off to order all the leather pairs they have (I don't go in for embossing), and wish they would have left all the leather versions unadorned, like the Bordeaux. The Cognac burnish are beautiful, but the stitching on the top really detracts from the simple beauty of the shoe. The Bordeaux is the only traditional-leather-look Belle available. Please, more colors in this finish! Simple, flat-finish, unembellished leather colors. I'd buy a dozen of those.

These shoes are great. Took them to Disney World in case the weather was cooler. What a life savor. Wore them with socks and my feet felt fine after walking for 12 hours a day. Great arch support. A little rubbing but with that much walking just used and band aide and all was well.

There is very much room in the toe area for my duck feet to spread out. I wore them to work with no socks because they felt great at home. By the end of my work day I had a blister on the right baby toe and the beginnings of blisters in several other place where it rubbed. I think with socks that will not happen. I do like this shoe a lot and hope wearings socks or peds will help as I cannot return due to wearing outside of the house. I am a 7 and these were true to size.

I bought these shoes for my mother. They are fancy without being overpowering. This is her second pair. I have a pair in dusty blue. I really like the Belle style as it is vey comfortable, the straps are very adjustable in two different ways. I have eight different pairs of Allegria shoes. Zappos' shoes are in perfect condition!

I love my Alegria Belles...they are super comfy and go with many items in my closet. I've had quite a few compliments already. I think they are very stylish and recommend them to all buyers.

P.S. Forgot to mention, the style I have is the Allegria Belle in black crinkle.

Love these shoes. My first pair of Alegria got the Belle. Have not taken them off all day and am on day two. Most comfortable shoes I have worn in years. Need another 6 Wide and can't find one. Want to buy all I can to stock up! Art teacher and artist stand a lot!

I love the finish on these shoes! I have another pair of Belle's and love the fit. These are the same size 38 but bigger. Almost too big. I would give them 5 stars as I love these shoes but sizing is off.

My new favorite, fresh out of the box! I am a true 8.5 and often take 39 in Alegria. Based on other reviews ordered a 38 and it is perfect! Beautiful black color and texture. Amazing comfort. Looks cute with skirts, shorts, jeans. I have neuromas, plantar fascitis and high arches. Alegria has spoiled me for most other shoes.

Love these shoes! First time wearing them and they feel like I've worn them a dozen times already. Highly recommend. I'm an 11 and slightly wide - no problem at all. There's even arch support.

This is my 4th pair of the Belle style shoe. These shoes are so incredibly comfortable and fun that I look forward to wearing them. I have had foot issues in the past and these shoes make walking nice again. Thank you...and I really mean it!

These are cute, comfortable shoes. I have received many compliments on them. The first time that I put them on I thought it looked like I was wearing the shoe boxes, but apparently not so. I really like the Alegria brand in general, they fit well and feel just as good as they look thanks to a carefully engineered removable insole.

I love these shoes! I own two pair and I get compliments on both of them every time I wear them. They have been so comfortable from the first time I put them on that I could walk miles in them. I am on my feet 10 hours per day and my feet and legs are never tired when I wear these.

Just got these today, and absolutely love them! I was looking for a comfortable shoe since I stand all day at work. Sometimes I have trouble finding the right shoe width because regular often feels too tight, but wide seems loose. These medium-widths are wide enough in the toe that they don't squeeze my foot at all and were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I really want the blue ones shown in the video, but I didn't see them offered so I hope they come back. Zappos is a perfect company to shop with! Excellent help, and fast shipping! I am a pediatric nurse and have worn many different brand shoes over the years. These shoes ROCK! They are by far the most comfortable work shoes I have ever worn. I get lots of compliments on them, too.
