Love these! I had tried Alegrias at a local store and gave up because of sizing. I am between their 37 & 38 - the 37 being too tight across the top and the 38 being too sloppy in the heel. I decided to order the 38 and as soon as I placed a gel heel pad they fit perfectly. I typically wear a custom orthotic and it would not be a good fit; however, I do not feel the need for it. The foot bed is quite supportive and comfortable. I've worn these with pants and dresses. Love the iridescent blue on black. Will definitely consider another pair of Alegrias.

I am down to this shoe as being my go-to shoe. I have problem feet with bunions, spurs, etc. and this is the only shoe I am able to wear. Please make more colors in 8 1/2 Wide. Colors like dark green or neutrals in browns. Just please, please do not quit making this shoe just the way it is. My feet are at peace and happy.

Love the wide toe box. Comfortable right out of the box. Will definitely buy another pair.

Love this shoe!!! runs about 1/2 size small for me. Thanks to zappos awesome exchange policy, i had my 2nd pair in no time! Excellent arch support, roomy in the toe box, and extremely comfortable. I'm already getting compliments on my shoes too! Love them!

Great shoes! I had tried 2 previous pairs and returned them because they weren't the right fit. I had no issues returning them. Three is the charm and now, when I have the money, I'll try more.

I love the Belle and its lower heel. I just wish that they would make them in suede. This is my favorite Alegria for comfort. Alegria is a bit hard to fit, but once you find your right size, it is a dream.

If you're going to use your own insole, this review is for you. I ordered my usual size (8.5 W), and it fit perfect before I took out the insole. The cork insole is huge. It's very thick and when removed, the shoe was a whole size too big. It was even too long. I got a size smaller and I love it. Super comfy and bouncy and cute cute cute. I got the black crinkle and it's shiny like patent leather. Oh well. Kept it anyway. Good excuse to get a second pair!

I received the shoes fast. The shoes are too cute and super comfy. Fits a little small so if you are a half size go up to the next size. I will buy more of this style.

I love this shoe. Alegria is the only shoe I wear now. Just wish they would make more colors in the Belle, and maybe leave the strap off. Colors like: Dark greens, dark teal, dark browns, and some light browns. A lot of people wear the Belle style, so come out with more colors please! Thank-you Alegria for making the best shoe around. And a big thank-you to Zappos for just being the best ever.

These shoes are super cute and comfortable! The strap is adjustable on both sides allowing me as much room as I need, which is nice since I have quite a high arch. They are really well made and comfortable from the get go, no breaking in required.

I recently bought the Alegria Grid Blue. A really pretty blue that goes with almost anything. Alegria is a bit hard to fit for me. Always a bit too small or a bit too big. I have settled on the too big. May have to add a heel pad if there is any stretch. These shoes work really well for my multiple foot problems. I always remove the straps and they look wonderful. That is more my style. These are a sturdy, supportive comfortable ballerina flat. Lots of toe room which is a dream. I have a yard-working pair, run around town pair, and a Sunday pair. Love Alegria shoes.

I just bought these exact same shoes. Tan Belles. I had two surgeries in my right foot and have had trouble wearing any shoes. These shoes are amazing. They are comfortable with a wide toe box and stylish. I have only had these for a short time but so far I love them!

I love these shoes. I love Alegria shoes because they are so comfy and possess a little height. The arch support is great for a short walk to the grocery store or for running errands. I purchased fours pairs of different style of Alegria and possess very happy feet.

The Belle style has become my favorite. The heel is the right height, arch support is good, and I love the Velcro fastening on the opposite side from usual! The grid blue color was my second pair in this style and I can safely predict there will be more!

I have the Paloma in 39. I call them Frankenstein shoes. They are big, held on by the straps. Usually wear 7.5 double wide to accommodate my neuroma and I need thick soles with arch supports for the planter fasciitis. The Paloma are one of 2 shoes that don't kill my feet. Tried 38 W in Bell, because they seem dainty in comparison, but are really too small.

This is a comfortable, attractive, casual shoe that is suitable for jeans or slacks. ( don't wear skirts, so I cannot speak to that.) The red color goes well with brown, black, gray, and navy. I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding shoes that (1) are comfortable in themselves and (2) keep my feet from aching if I am on them for a while. I walked in these shoes over 2 miles before they were "broken in," and they felt as good at the end as sturdy sneakers would have felt. I like that the Mary Jane straps open from the inside and the outside of my feet.

I love these! They are oh, so comfortable, with plenty of room in the toe box,secure heel, super-comfy insoles, and fun colors. I am so happy to have found Alegria! I wear a 39 in Birkinstocks, so that's the size I ordered initially. After wearing them around the house for a while they started to feel small. I went up to 40 and they are perfect. Thanks to Zappos' amazing customer service, I had the right size the next day.

I've gotten this shoe before in the flat black, and really liked it. The shinny Black Crinkle with the white thread seam was just to loud. The shoe is Great, I just need to re-order

Love this brand of shoe! I need to wear comfortable shoes with good support because I stand all day long on a concrete floor. This is the fourth pair of Mary Janes I own by Alegria; I prefer this style because my heel is narrow and I can adjust the straps to make it fit well. The toe box is roomy, allowing my toes some wiggle room. Very comfortable, and I get lots of compliments when I wear any of my various pair of Alegrias.

I absolutely love these shoes. I am a registered nurse and work 10-hour days. These shoes support my feet, legs, and back. They're also cute, much more attractive than most nursing shoes.

This is my second pair of Alegria Belles, and my fourth pair of Alegria shoes. The black is my go-to shoe for work, and it lasts a long time. I put a replacement insole (available here) in the last pair and wore them for two years before getting a new shoe. Recently purchased in red also. Can count on Alegria for being comfortable right out of the box. I wear a size 8.5-9 shoe and need a wide toe box, the size 39 works for me. I put my new pair on and they fit as if I had had them for months, no break-in. Although it doesn't look it, the strap is Velcro, so quick to get on and adjustable, which accommodates my narrow heel. Very comfortable.

This shoe was not flexible at all. When I put them on the hard leather started digging into the side of my outside ankle bone. Just walking around the house started to cause blisters in that spot on both feet. I read great reviews of this shoe, and wanted to try them because of the rolling motion of the shoe. I have worn Mbt's for work for the last 4 years and loved them. Unfortunately this particular shoe does not suit my foot. The shoe itself was good to walk in. If it was not for the sides digging in, I would have kept them.

I first ordered the 8-8 1/2 because I usually wear 8 1/2 in flats. They were just too small. When I got my 9-9 1/2 they were perfect. They've been such a big help for me at the end of long days on my feet on concrete flooring.

I love these shoes; they are very comfortable with the exception of my toe touching the front; I had plenty of room otherwise; I normally wear size 8 (this order was 38); I am thinking that a 39 would be too large, so I am ordering a different style. I am a nurse and do 12 hour shifts so I have to be able to make it in comfort.

These shoes are great! I have several pairs of these in various colors. I picked this style because it's a very simple mary jane. Goes with everything. Very comfy. I wore them around the house in thick socks for a bit and now they are perfect.
