This is my "go to" LBD. It is flattering, comfortable and can be dressed up or down, The fabric is lightweight but the gathered sides don't let bumps and bulges show (and with Spanx, you will be flawless). I'm 5'6" and a healthy 125lbs.

Cute! Form fitting, but still very flattering. The shirred waist is a nice detail. I liked the pattern better in hand than expected. Due to clingy fabric and style I am uncertain if this could be made work appropriate with a longish cardigan or other cover up.

This dress is a knock-out! Fits like a glove and is shirred to give a very slim-waisted look. It runs a little small, but not much. I got the Small and I usually am a size 2. It is very comfortable as well. I am a little over 5 ft 4 in and it just skims the knee. Excellent little summer evening dress. Paired with strappy red sandals and a red clutch and you have a striking look. Nice enough for most summer weddings.

I love this dress! The fit is wonderful and the dress is beyond comfortable. This is perfect for late spring, early summer days. I wear it sometimes with a thin cardigan that is the same blue. Sometimes I wear it with a well-cut, short dark navy blue blazer. Sometimes I wear it with a dark blue wrap belt. All KAMALIKULTURE dresses are superbly made, beautifully designed, versatile, comfortable, very flattering, and long lasting. This is a breeze to wash on gentle cycle (inside out) and hang to dry. Norma Kamili deserves kudos from all of us who love classy design and cannot purchased high end designer clothes. I am very grateful and have a number of dresses all of which are classic and will be worn for a very long time.

I love this dress and so does my husband! I am 5'6" and about 150lbs and I got the large. It fits perfectly for me--it's still fairly clingy, but not skin tight and the material is extremely comfortable. Yes, it is thin material, but I got the black and I can't see anything through it.

This dress is just perfect! I bought it for a graduation, and ended up no using it, but will keep it anyway because it fits so well. I think it runs a little small. I am a size 4, and based on other reviews, got a Medium. (Small may have worked, given the style of the dress) It is very slimming and does not cling. The pattern is nice for a small person too.

This dress looks amazing on, and the great thing about it is that you can wear it casually with flats or dress it up. It's very flattering and the fit is true to size.

I was ordering a few dress on trial for an event. This dress was not dressy enough for what I was looking for, but I kept it because I am a pear shaped woman with cellulite in the back end. I thought I would have to wear spanks with this dress. Nope, the pattern of the fabric hides everything and it hugs all the right parts. I love it and good for traveling, it can go in a ball and shake out to wear.

When my husband tells me how sexy I look in something, I know it's a keeper. He couldn't stop talking about me in the dress. My body type is curvy / athletic. I have a big butt and thick, muscular thighs so I knew I would need to size up to make sure the dress was going to fit me around those areas. I am 5'7 155lbs and I ordered a Large. I could absolutely fit into a medium because the large is a little roomy but I can wear regular underwear and bra without the lines showing though.

This was a wonderful dress. It makes your body look great but it requires undergarments such as Spanx if you are a little fluffy. I am 5 foot 4 210 pounds and wore this to a high school reunion. The print hides lines from panties or bra very well. I got Many Many compliments. With the help of my Spanx I looked awesome. I am a curvy girl with hips and thighs and a booty but have a tiny waist. This dress showed off that while hiding my problem tummy. It can be classy and trendy at the same time. I went to my 20 year HS reunion then on to clubbing afterward. I wore it with a short black shrug of similar materials and had some bright yellow accessories for pop. With the shrug I was set for our dinner event and catching up with classmates. Once that came off, ready for a night of clubbing. Even hit on by some 20 somethings LOL.

Love this dress, wish I could take it off the website so no one else could have it. I am not an hourglass shape I actually am more of an apple. But this dress is so form fitting and does wonders for my body. It even makes my chest look a little better. I am 36DD. Better than expected!

Total winner. Every woman should own this dress! Fits great, ruches at all the rich places, flattering cut, decent material (easy to clean and no wrinkles!).

I am thrilled with this purchase! I hadn't heard of Kamali before but I love her styles, and am really happy to be able to afford a couple of things from her collection. They style is classic. I ordered it in black as a bridemaid's dress but has quickly become a go-to item in my closet. While it is a very flattering, sexy dress on its own (perfect LBD), the cut is conservative enough (high neck, knee-length) that I can throw a blazer over it for my traditional corporate job. As the other reviews mentioned, this brand runs small. The material is stretchy, but it is also sheer if stretched too much. Definitely consult the size chart before ordering. I am normally a womens small to medium and I went with a large after comparing my bust/waist/hips measurements to the chart.

The dress is absolutely fantastic in every measure: fit, comfort, look! It's a day and night dress. It helps if you are in good physical shape. I have an hour-glass figure and this dress helps to enhance my chest and hips. I am 5'9, 140 lb and I ordered medium. Do not hesitate to buy. Unfortunately the black and res is out of stock. Hopefully, they can get more!

I'm 5'2 ,115 pounds (34 27 37) and ordered this dress in eggplant in the medium and black in the small. I like the fit of the small better, though this color is really gorgeous. The fabric is thinner than a similar Catherine Malandrino dress I ordered at the same time. But this fits well, looks good and the black color hides the fabric's flaws.

This is a stunning dress but if you're busty then it's just not going to be flattering on you. I really wanted it to work. It's very beautiful and made very well but anything above a C cup is a real stretch.

Pretty, form fitting dress. I ordered the small pink flowers version. I typically wear a size 8-10 and the medium fits nice. Good for small waist and curvy hips / bust. The fabric could be thicker.

Great fit, no oddly placed seams that make most dresses hard to fit properly, very comfortable. One thing to know...there is a "seam" in the "fence" pattern down the right front side of the dress that may look to some like a defect. Take a good look at the image online.

I think this dress is really probably best on someone who's built more straight up and down and looking to enhance their curves. I am not sure why other reviews felt this was cheap or poorly made. I got it in black and a print and the quality was good and the fabric is SO comfortable. However, I'm 5'3 and very curvy (34F and size 8-10 hips) with a small waist and I felt like the side shirring made my waist look a lot thicker than it is, and not in a good way. Based on other reviews, I ordered a large (I'm normally a medium) and it felt like it fit right, but wasn't flattering. Just not the right shape for me, but overall I thought the garment was beautiful.

I ordered the black/white leopard print - this material is spandex, like a swimsuit, so I see why the other reviewers mentioned their ribs showing. I am a size 6 and ordered a medium. The style is awesome: I can wear this anywhere: work, out, and to church. Well, maybe not animal print to church. The leopard print has a slight weirdness to the pattern, visible on the model's left leg. It definitely make the dress look asymmetrical, I don't love it, but it's not a deal breaker. There is no forgiveness on this item, my baby pooch is clearly visible. For me, this is a great motivation to work out. It's a keeper!

The fabric used for this dress is way too clingy and does not have any body to it to unless you are stick, stick thin, it will not look good (I am 5'6 and weigh 128)!
