My foot is slightly wide so I ordered both the regular width and the wide width. It was a tough decision. The regular was a bit too snug and the wide was a bit too wide. But I decided to stick with the wide and just wear an extra pair of socks. That has worked out well. These shoes are so comfortable. They are my favorite shoes. I love them and I wear them every day.

I love these! They were comfortable right out of the box, they look good, and provide good support. I had surgery due to a fractured ankle: plates, pins, and screws. My feet were still swollen from surgery so I ordered these in an extra wide. They fit great - even on my good foot. The strap adjusts to proper fit on each foot.

I bought a pair of these shoes about 10 months ago, but a recent trip to London has inspired me to write a review of them. I wore these shoes nearly every day and walked 10-15 miles. I never had a blister, sore feet, sore back or anything. I mostly wore them with tights, but have worn them with trouser socks as well. Sooo comfortable! It helps that they are cute as well!

I can't begin to tell you how extensive my search has been for comfortable shoes for work. I have run the gamut and price ranges and am so happy with these Mary Janes! And the price was in the lower end of all that I tested and ordered and returned! Very comfortable first time on and good support, heel height, etc. I am wearing them today with a dress and tights and hope to get a ton of use out of them with slacks, too.

These are so cute. I love the color and the classic Mary Jane shape. My feet are slim width, and the narrow fits me pretty well. It is a little loose in the heel and a touch tight across the ball of my foot, but that's due to my odd foot shape. Overall, they are pretty comfortable. I did a little bit of walking in DC with them, and my feet felt fine. I bought some low-cut hidden liners, and they work great!

These are great shoes, comfortable yet feminine. Only wish they had the pretty double strap of last year's Alter Mary Jane design and not the velcro strap.
Please keep making shoes with these great soles....I wore my Alter Mary Jane to the ground last year after foot surgery.

I love these shoes. The support is great for walking and standing. I work as a cashier and my feet feel great while standing for long shifts. The color is super compatible and the heel is very thick so I imagine they will last a very long time.

I have a relatively small shoe size but very wide feet and high arches, so finding comfortable, cute shoes is very difficult. I ordered my size in the Extra Wide width and they fit like a dream. They're super comfortable, flattering, and very cute and not at all orthopedic looking. I love the strap which helps keep my foot in the shoe (really high arches after all). My only complaint is that they only come in black and brown! Please, please Hush Puppies! Make this shoe in more colours- red, maybe, or a pretty pearly cream (like with the Soft Style Corrie, which are cute but not as comfortable or well-fitting).

I love these shoes! The toe box is perfect for my wide feet, and there was no breaking in period. I'm a flight attendant, and these will make it easier for me, when I'm on my feet for hours at a time. Such a great buy, that I'm buying another pair!

Bought these for travel, and standing for long periods of time. Great shoe, but very hard on the bottom so I replaced the insole with insoles from a pair of cross trainers. I normally wear size 5.5 but with the insole, these size 6 were perfect, and perfectly comfortable, straight out of the box. Love it. Wish they would make more, and in more colors. Style wise - great pair of Mary Jane's - goes with almost everything that Mary Jane's could match with.

Perfect business-wear shoes if you need to stand all day. I often travel to work at trade shows where I need to wear a suit and stand in a booth for long hours. Very nice shoe. I have problems with my knees so a comfy shoe with good arch is a must. These walk easy. Plus they seem to make me walk more correct because of their sole shape -- land on heal and roll to push off on toe. And strap is long enough to fit nice if you have a thick foot.
