These boots are exactly what I was looking for. Love the grippy soles in the snow. Very supportive and comfortable overall. Plenty of room in the shaft with the laces in the back. Sexy enough to dress up your winter wear. Only issue is that these boots do not keep my toes from getting cold. I have a wide foot and large calf and the 7.5 fits perfect on my 7.5-8 foot.

These boots are quickly becoming my go to shoes! I wore them walking around New York City recently and my feet were feeling great by the end of the day. They are nice and warm so there is no need for thick, heavy socks! I gave them four stars only because I wish they had a touch more arch support. That being said, they are still very comfortable! I have not worn them in heavy slushy snow yet, so I cannot attest to the waterproofness...

It is a shame that these do not come in an option without the zipper. They are definitely not waterproof. They were great for a couple of weeks but as soon as the leather on the shaft started to soften, the rubber outside the zipper gaps open and water runs down into the soles within a couple minutes of wearing them. The top seams leak a little was well. Other than the "waterproof" issue these boots are warm, comfortable, and fit very well.

I absolutely adore these boots! They are both very cute and durable. And definitely waterproof tested! I would not recommend these to someone with a very narrow calf, as I have a muscular calf and lace the ties as tight as they go. No problems with the tongue: just hold onto it while you slip your foot in. I wear pants tucked in or over depending on pant's style, but these boots look really nice with warm leggings. Very comfortable and true to size - I wear a size 9, but sometimes I wear larger for sneakers and clogs. I ordered a 9 based on other reviews and they fit perfectly. Definitely recommend these boots if you are looking for something cute and durable.

Perfect run-around shoe for fall. Feels as good as sneakers but looks more dressy. great with leggings. I normally wear 9.5 in sneakers (Asics) or hiking boots (LL Bean), but in this shoe a 9 fits perfect.

Alright, so these boots are adorable, and super comfortable! I wish it wasn't 80 degrees out right now, because I'd have a better idea of how warm they are going to keep my tootsies in the middle of a Wisconsin winter, but they seem pretty well insulated. Love these boots, and would recommend them to everyone! They are stylish and light enough that I will wear them to class and not worry about bringing other shoes to change into. I did order a half-size up which gives me just enough room for some thick-ish wool socks, if needed. Tight boots don't keep your feet warm anyway....

I tried about 10 pairs of boots and these are the only ones that came close to fitting well and looking decent! You need an engineering degree and several years of gymnastics training to get them on and laced, but once they are on they are super comfy and look great. I have a very high arch and most of the boots I tried were very uncomfortable, but these feel great and don't hurt or rub at all. I do not have skinny calves by any stretch and these fit me fine - I am able to lace them without any gaping. My toes did get cold after standing around in the snow for two hours, but I think the sacrifice is worth it for the comfort and style.

I love these boots. I can easily tuck my jeans into the boots, due to the side zipper and laces. Now that I have worn them a few times, I just slip my foot in with my jeans and zip them up...no need to deal with the laces at all! They fit any calf size, because of the lacing in the back, too. I get compliments on my boots all of the time. The boots are also very warm. I wear these when I am in the high plains of New Mexico, where it can get a lot of snow and easily get below 0 with wind chill factor. These boots are wind proof, water/snow proof and comfy. After I bought these, I took them to a professional bootery/leather (boot/shoe) work shop in Albuquerque to have them professionally waterproofed. I was told there was no need, because the quality of leather and the way the boots were constructed, they were perfect just as they were! They also have super arch support. I generally wear a size 7. I purchased a 7.5, so I could wear a thicker wool sock. I definitely recommend these boots!

These boots a very stylish, and easy to get on and off and it is waterproof so you can wear them in the snow and slosh that comes afterwards. Also the boots are good for those icy days.

Disappointed. The seam inside the top of the boot is starting to come apart right out of the box. Bought the boots for cold northeast winters but the boot doesn't appear to be all that warm. It is cute but I don't think it is worth the price tag.

I thought I had found a great pairing of comfort, style, and warmth. Alas! The back lacing actually has a typical tongue under the laces. I could feel cold air coming in at my heel as I walked inside. I give these a vote of no confidence for deep snow and real cold.

These boots are wonderful! Very comfortable and warm, and very much waterproof. I've spent hours playing in the snow with the kids and my feet stayed dry and warm. As a big plus, they look really cute. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love these boots! They are very warm and look great with all different kinds of outfits. The actual color of them is just slightly darker than the picture - it's a very nice color brown.

These boots are great! Here in Chicago, I need a pair of boots that will stand up to the winter weather. They are waterproof, no leakage whatsoever (I even stepped in a huge puddle to test it out) and they are warm. I also think they're pretty cute for a hardy, winter boot.

Just got these boots and really love the style - waterproof and sturdy which is great for snow and winter weather, but clean edges and stylish enough to wear without the snow. I would have gone a half of a size down, but they are all out - nothing thicker socks can't fix. I also may add arch support/ inserts since they are pretty flat in the inside. The inside is not fuzzy like an Ugg boot so it likely will not stretch.

I bought these boots for walking to/from work in winter (in Wisconsin). They are extremely comfortable for walking long distances, and have kept my feet warm in single digit weather. They have excellent support and keep you upright whether you are walking on dry pavement, slushy snow or ice. I typically wear a size 9 or 9½ depending on the shoes. I bought both sizes, and the 9 fits perfectly, even with two pairs of socks. The 9½ was too large. If you purchase these, definitely unzip the side when you take them on/off so you do not have to tie/untie the laces each time.

Super comfortable to walk in. They have kept my feet and calves very warm even during the 30 degree weather we are already experiencing in Chicago! Highly recommend this boot - well worth the cost.

These boots are awesome! I was looking for something comfortable, stylish and warm and these boots fit the bill. I can wear these all day with ease. I am 5'1 and a size 5 and these boots are the perfect height on my petite legs. The cut is very flattering and my husband even thinks they're sexy. I bought these in brown and the color is much darker and richer than in the picture- almost like dark chocolate brown. They are cute with skinny jeans or leggings/tights and a dress. No trouble with the tongue as others have commented.

These boots are awesome. They look good, feel good and are warm. I usually wear a 9 shoe, 8.5 boot and I have wider feet. I ordered these in a 9 and they fit perfect. I wore them to a professional football game it was 40 and raining. I had them on all day on concrete and my feet were comfy, warm and dry. Easily tucked in base layer and tapered leg jeans. Love them.

Love my shoes! Can hardly wait for some cold weather to wear them! I live is California and there isn't too many boot days in the area I live in! I don't know if these would be warm enough in real cold weather! The fit is pretty true to size. These are a size 9. I also ordered a 9-1/2 but were too big. The calf is a little loose. That surprised me as I run and have a pretty good size muscle in my calf, but I think once I tuck in a pair of blue jeans they will be perfect! The color makes them look very casual! (My lifestyle) By the way, I ordered them on Sunday and received them on Tuesday! Pretty darn fast if you ask me! By the way, if you do have a large calf it can be adjusted some with loosening the back via the shoestring. In my case I have them as tight as I could pull the shoe strings!

Perfect for the snow. I wanted a cute boot for my ski trips. These were perfect. By far the cutest I have found.

These are warm, cute and comfortable. I've been searching for a stylish boot that is warm and waterproof to wear traveling and walking in the city in winter. The arch support is good too!

Very comfortable. I wore these for a week straight on my trip to South Lake Tahoe (in January). I leather is of good quality and therefore a bit stiff, specifically around the ankle. I know as the leather wears in it'll be more flexible. Based on the other reviews I purchased a half size larger, I think my regular size would have been fine but I decided to keep the larger size so I can wear thick socks and add a gel insert if I desire. I wish these had better arch support but then again I do have very high arches. I wore these boots snow shoeing and they kept my feet dry and warm. I do plan to seal the leather for longevity purposes.
