First time buying from Zappos app on iPhone . Best experience no issues at all fast shipping and great prices . I initially ordered a size 9 for my husband he is usually a 81/2 to 9 so I ordered him the 9 but it was a bit small on him so I immediately came back to zappos app and had a live chat so I can do an exchange for a 9.5 Customer service was excellent and immediately sent out the half size up with no issues whatsoever and we received them 2 days later as promised. Return was easy no hassle just print out the return label take to my closest UPS and it was all free of charge . Thank you so much Zappos for the excellent customer service , I was very well taken care of and would definitely purchase in the future . Husband is very happy with his Northface Fuse boots he says they are very comfortable and warm since we live in Chicago the Windy City .

The previous reviewers were correct. These boots are one full size smaller. I wear a size 10D, so I ordered 11D and the fit is perfect. It's a comfortable boot that does not feel like it needs any breaking in at all, but that's an individual assessment. These are more comfortable than any other pair of boots I've worn, which includes hiking and work boots. I love it.

The boots for the price I paid are awesome. As other reviews noted, order 1 to 1.5 sizes up from your normal size. I wear an 11 to 11.5, depending on the shoe and ordered a 12.5 to be safe. Just a tad bit big; however, room for heavier socks. Could not be happier with the purchase.

These run about a half size small. My son is a 9.5 and they fit him perfectly. I had my husband, who is usually a 10, try them on, and they were too small for him. Very warm and comfortable.

My husband loved these boots. They do run about half a size too small so make sure to order up. He wears an 8.5 in most shoes and the 9 fit comfortably. They are warm and keep the cold and snow out. They have held up well so far to a snowy Chicago winter.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas a few years ago. He is still wearing them! He said they were tight in the beginning but eventually stretched out. He really likes these boots. We will be purchasing another pair since his are now worn out.

Unreal how comfy and warm these boots are! The traction is top notch and they look great with a pair of jeans, I highly recommend
