Hello, this shoe cannot support in snow and less thank -3 degree celcius. My feet remains cold. I had big expectations from this shoe but it failed. They are absolutely not according to the specs where they say it can work in -30 degree celcius. Not good for New York weather

My husband ordered these for himself and must not have read the reviews. He's a true 12 medium, and ordered that. Felt very small all around so we exchanged them for a 13. The 13 were fine on his toes, but were too narrow and we now returned those and looking for a replacement (reading reviews this time). Must add Zappos customer service is amazing. The order, exchange, and return processes are seamless. Hopefully he can find another pair he likes from Zappos too.

I bought these shoes thinking that I could not go wrong with North Face. Well, that was a big mistake. They are not as light as some other snow boots that I have seen. They are in the medium weight range. Once your feet are in the boots, they feel as if someone is stepping on your toes. I think its the way that the rubber part of the boot is designed. I will be returning these. I wear a 10½ and bought an 11 which fit well.

Not true to size, slightly small. North face out of stock so can't exchange. Hopefully the return goes smoothly and I only lose $7 shipping fee.

Fit seemed tight in the toe especially if wearing thicker socks or doubled up. Soles had a plastic feel and sound and the stitching failed after about 3 weeks of daily use.

Had to return— these were WAY too narrow for my husband’s feet. Sized up at first because reviews said these ran small, but they were way too big lengthwise. Sized down (to his normal size) and they were a good fit lengthwise but were far too narrow to wear comfortably. Really hoped these would work out… we’ve never had issues with North Face in the past.

I do not have fat feet. The right foot felt snug in the size 12. Size 11.5 in North face is always way to small for my dogs. The left boot in this pair must have had too much insulation in the top part of the shoe because I could barely fit it on my foot. Again, I don't have mutant fat feet of different sizes, widths, thickness, etc. This must be a faulty pair perhaps? IDK but if I wore these out for a day circulation in my left foot would have been cut off before lunch time.

I've online ordered size 9 US which I normally wear 8-8.5 US, however, the shoes were so small, so I took them to the Store in Vaughan 35km far, maybe I could find the proper size for me. There was only 9.5 US size at the store and that was also smaller and had 50% discount on the sales price :( They could not refund my money back at the store also as they said the payment was through paypal. So I would be returning them back via the delivery company, luckily prepaid return label was included in the package. So I'll be returning the boots, just thinking what size to reorder or not. Totally confused! It seems like I should order at least 10.5 US for my 8-8.5 Us size foot... Other than that the boots look nice and the same as the pictures...

Bought a pair of shoes and these boots in the same size in the same transaction. The doors are great but these are so small I can't keep them on for more than a few minutes before they start to hurt

Buy at least half size larger as they are very tight due to inner insulation.

Fit was a full size to small. It's as though they didn't consider lining after constructing foot bed. Also too tight across the toe bed. Looking at construction of boot and quality, I was impressed. If they get the sizing issues fixed, I feel the will have a great snow boot.

I have a pair of size 9 NorthFace Chukka boots that I've been wearing for 2 years. They fit perfectly. I normally wear a 9, and I have a narrow foot. For the Snowfuse, I ordered 9 1/2 D width, thinking that the fleece lining might require a slightly larger size. But I could barely jam my foot into the boot; felt like wrapping a tourniquet around my foot. WAY WAY WAY smaller fit than actual size. I'm not sure a 10, 10 1/2, or even an 11 would be comfortable on my size 9 foot.

Ok- We ordered two sizes. One size came in great condition like Zappos always sends shoes. The other pair came extremely worn out. These shoes looked like they were used all through a snow season and more. The sole was worn thin and falling off, the shoelaces were fraying and the whole shoe was dusty. These shoes should of never been accepted in a return as normal wear and tear. I have been buying shoes from Zappos for years and have never experienced this. It really disappointed me. Plus these were for my husband and he now lacks confidence in this company.

I usually wear a 8.5 size shoe. I read the reviews and ordered a 9 and a 9.5, and would return the pair that didn't fit correctly. The length of the boot is correct, I should have picked an 8.5, but both the 9 and 9.5 squish the part of your foot before your toes, cutting off the circulation. These boots are way too tight on the inside making them unusable. I really wanted to like these boots, they are waterproof, look ok, and are reasonably priced but the tight inside makes it a deal breaker. I ended up returning both pairs.
