I've gotten these boots a couple of weeks ago. I am expecting to use them in the cold winter we have here in Minnesota. So far I was only able to try them in the mud after a torrential rain and they worked well, but... they are a bit tight and definitely they are made for winter, not summer (but I could not resist the temptation of trying them in summer). As soon as I tried them for the first time I noticed that they were compressing my toes a bit (due to the insulation in the shoe box). I removed the insoles and replaced them by others that are thinner. After that I wore them for 2 Hs in windy/humid conditions with very thin socks with acceptable results. The boots did not feel as heavy as expected considering the amount of insulation and the polymer based construction. Since I'll use them only for commuting to work, I'm keeping them. Hence, my advice to potential buyers is that these boots may compress your toes causing some discomfort if you are not used to (maybe, ordering half a number above your ordinary size or trying them in the store is a good idea). The shoe is a bit rigid and they may feel a bit flat below your arch after long periods (however, recall that I tested them in summer, not winter).

Followed suggested up-sizing from other reviews and felt they were still a bit snug. Overall really nice boot, just not the right fit and comfort for the money. And the next half size up has been unavailable for the past week.

These shoes are light weight and comfortable also very stylish. my husband has a little bit wide feet he prefers shoes that are wide but we decided to try. They were tight across the toes where they meet the foot.

Great boot. Very comfortable. You can definitely feel the warmth inside the boot. The rubber on the outside is soft and flexible. Its design is weird however. The outer shell has about a half inch to a inch of space between the rubber and the lining when I pressed on the toe area. I wouldn't go a full size bigger either. I have regular width. It looks like clown shoes a size up! Literally! I would do a half size up. Unless you like your boots like clown shoes. I returned this item for refund.
I'd also recommend:

I am a UPS driver, so I run through snow all day and these boots kept my feet dry and warm. They are very cushy but run a full size small. I never buy bigger than a 10 and got a 10 1/2 and they are very snug.

I bought these boots for a business conference that I was attending in Colorado because the only boots I own are a heavy pair that I bought from LL Bean 35 years ago. Since they would have taken up half my luggage, I decided it was time. I am very happy with this boot, and have been wearing them for my commute into NYC with recent snowfalls. True to earlier reviews, the boots do run small, and it took a few wears to break them in. I'd suggest ordering 1 full size larger than you might anticipate if you are going to wear heavy socks with the boot. 1/2 size will do with light socks.

Overall pretty good. I bought them 1/2 size up and that seems to work well. They're also a good fit for people like me with narrower feet. The main downside, as far as I can tell, is that there's so much padding on top of your toes. But rather than keeping them warmer, I find that this serves to immobilize my toes and actually makes them feel colder when walking in the snow.

These are nice boots that are warm, and look sturdy. The size runs either about half a size too small, or too narrow. Normally I wear a size 10½, and got the 10½. I wore them for about 20 minutes, and decided a break in period would not solve my issue and elected to return. I wish there were a pair available half a size larger to try, but, there is not.

The last two buckles have not any kind of cushion material in the back so, they can hurt a little if you don't cover them well with the shoe tongue. The cord is not appropriate for the shoes. It should be rounded, not plain. Because the insulated material the size of the shoe is reduced so, I recommend to take at least 1/2 size more than usual. Other than, the relation price-quality is very good.

It's a rugged boots that's at a middle range price. It's warm, solid and water proof. I usually go for slightly loose size fit of 9, but heeding the warning and I bought size 10 and it fits perfectly. Shoot for a size up.

I brought these boots because of wet & snowing weather only. When i recieved the boots i try them on & they fit a little snugged that's because i have wide feet but at the same time diddn't hurt much. i will say buy your true size. So far connecticut haven't snow much & not as cold yet, but one day it did rain kinda hard & the boots kept my feet warm & dry. The boots do have alot of padding around the inside except for the front rubber part. To me they are cheaply made but for the price & purppose they are worth it & the look of the bootis kinda growing on me now. I think these boots will upheld with the snow & cold rainy weather & i will recommend to anyone. Take care & be safe.
