Amazing shoe, like all the reviews say they run a size large. leather is soft and broken in, great arch support and look amazing. I bought these because of how great they look and was very surprised to find they were as amazingly comfortable as they were good looking.

This is the most comfortable shoe/boot/chukka right out of the box. Amazing! I am normally a size 11 so I ordered the dark brown color in a size 10...perfect! I cannot praise these shoes enough and they are well worth the money. Also note that this chukka is from Timberland Boot Company, not the regular Timberland line which means this is a serious upgrade in quality and comfort. This comparison is similar to Mercedes-Benz vs Mercedes-Benz AMG. Both are Mercedes, but the AMG adds a little extra umph! Serious shoe lovers (like me).....do not pass these up. I plan to order the light brown pair as well.

Great looking shoe, and comfortable for having a partly leather-sole construction. The rubber outer heal and sole provides decent cushion and traction. The leather is really nice: soft and gains a beautiful patina over time.

Really clean look, extremely high quality, very soft and comfortable. Runs very large. I reliably wear a 10.5, and the 9 fits me perfectly. if it was an 8.5 it would be snug but not uncomfortable. definitely order a size to a size and a half down.

I've had bad experiences with Timberland boots in terms of comfort in the past, however, these chukas were not only great looking, they're extremely comfortable, I'm very happy with them!

This a great boot. The leather is supple and the footbed is so soft. The sole offers support. After weeks of wearing them, they are like a tennis shoe.

One of the most awesome Chukkas I have seen! Comfortable and excellent rubber sole! Expensive but seem to be worth it. I usually where a 9.5 and a 9 in these appears large! Sp I'm going to try an 8. Therefore, I would highly recommend ordering at least a size down. Thanks Zappos for all you do!

I can't comment on durability, I had to return the shoes because they are one size too big , I usually wear 8 and these shoes were too big, the quality seems to be good and the shoes look great, I'm getting another pair one size smaller

Bought it at Chicago shop. They with held us a sales-reduction which we discovered day later. Why? Obscure. Because we are from Europe? Anyway, made my point clearly to 2 different staff and finally got the refund

I absolutely love the shoes. Wear them to work on a daily basis. Unfortunately, around 6 months in, the laces snapped (while abroad). I bought some cheap replacement laces to get my by, but after returning home, I have been unable to find the OEM laces. Anyone help me out?

Most comfortable boot I own. The color and wear pattern in pictures do not represent the appearance of the actual boots I received. They have more of an even and reddish hue.

These are really nice shoes with a quality feel and look. Nice super soft leather.
This is my second pair, and they've changed a bit. They now have a thicker insole, and seem a little more "production" than my older pair. Still nice shoes.

Very nice.. Wish they had half sizes. Normally I wear 8 1/2 with most Timberland shoes so I got the 9. Unfortunately 9 was way too big -almost an inch of toe space. Had to return... I might try to get the 8.

These shoes fit well and and very comfortable. The only downsides so far are the price, and that they show wear very easily. Though, to be fair, I think that's the point.

I have had 6 pairs over the span of five years...the first 4 i sent back after they feel apart every 2 weeks. the fifth pair finally lasted for one year then got a big hole in them and the water wades at the wood base sucking any life it has left. The 6th and last pair were defective so i had to send them back.
