Very bad product sweater felt like a hard rug and was not true to size felt cheap for an expensive

terrible material terrible fit and the color came out totally different

The company was absolutely unreachable, by chat, email, or phone, when my November order sat in Portland limbo for a month and a half.

I bought similar fleece jacket few years ago which I'm happy with it. Quality is so poorly made. Thin product and no way that it will keep you warn so I returning it.

The color is not the wine red. It is more like a soft pink.

I ordered this jacket to give it to my wife on Christmas, When she tried it on, It did not fit. I ordered 4 jackets for her one for when it very cold out and the other lighter jackets. They were XL, but fit like the were small

I didn't like this jacket at all.

I am 5'8" and normally wear M/L. I ordered XL for extra room and length. The length of the Jacket's body hit me at the hip bones. The arms were very long and covered the tips of my fingers. I don't mind long sleeves since the arms of most jackets and shirts are short for me. And I like to be able to pull my hands into the sleeve to warm them up. But the arms from the elbow on were so tight and almost tapering to a point, that the shape and proportion looked ridiculous. It was difficult to bend the elbows and the elastic in wrist was so tight that it was digging into my flesh. It is also made of a loose weave fleece which is not quite as warm as the tighter weaves. I have three Benton Springs Hoodie vests which are made of much better fleece and have better proportions. Unfortunately this is not a functional Jacket for me. Back it went.

needs sunglasses if you buy the fuscia. Way too cheap looking and big.

I have a fleece jacket that I've had for a number of years which is a lot heaver than your brand. I thought I could wear this on cool fall days but is to light. Not happy.

Tropical pink looks nothing like what it does online. The hoodie is great I have it in grey, but the color I just returned was awful. It makes the jacket look cheap.

very snug fit cannot zip up! Ordered for my wife and not the quality I have seen in the past even though I ordered same size about two years ago. What has changed with your pattern?

To start off I was not satisfied at all. The quality is horrible and I've washed my jacket a few times but I wasn't expecting for my jacket to have small fabric pills and the zipper is broken. I got my jacket just about 3 months ago and I wasn't expecting for It to be in bad quality this fast. And needless to say I don't find it warm at all. Also I got this jacket in a medium and it is feels large. I'm just about 5'5 and about 110 pounds and I feel like the medium is like a EXTRA large to me.But the worst part of it all. I'm not sure how but some how it feels like it Velcros onto my hair and it is very painful and I have experienced it breaking off my hair on one side in the nape. I'm totally switching to north face.

Very disappointed in this purchase. Runs very large and the quality is subpar. My daughter will not wear it.

Do not purchase if you're not willing to spend at least 10 minutes learning how to RE-zipper: There is somewhat of a knack that usually works -- but you must be completely relaxed/focused/and have plenty of time/and expect one day very soon to be left out in the cold UNzippered. And Don't choose Charcoal Heather as it sheds onto any color that's lighter than it is and makes your apparel appear soiled; very miniscule particles rub off. Definitely up a size--I'm 102 lbs. and thankfully, chose large, due to other reviewers. Oh! and the one-sided 'Cord-Tightening-Lock' doesn't. You can simply slid it up and down without using the release. I'm only keeping it as it's too late in the season - but as soon as I see them in the stores - this one is history. And so is Columbia.

I bought two coats since I have used and abused my original one that I've had for a few years. The one thing that I loved about my original one is the fact that I could tighten the waist straps. With the new design, the straps are a waste. The clips won't hold for more than two seconds. So frustrating. If I could return them (I washed them before I realized the problem), I would do so in a heartbeat. So disappointed.

The coat is a neon green, like the color on traffic signs or vests people wear when not trying to get hit by traffic. I will be returning it.

I have worn Columbia fleece jackets & vests for over 20 years and this last jacket I ordered was NOT the great quality fleece I had expected. The fit was unusual.......Ordered an XL allow for layering..The body fit snug for an XL and the sleeves were 6 inches too long ! Sorry, Columbia.....

This was my third Benton Springs fleece in the Sea Salt color, the other ones having worn out because of, you guessed it, the zipper breaking. I was willing to get a new one because I like them so much, but this redesign presented a thinner version of the fleece - the light color is actually see-through - and higher-cut armholes that fail to accommodate any sort of thickness underneath. Wish I had not thrown out the old one and just had the zipper replaced, like another reviewer did. Will be switching brands now. So long, Columbia.

Love the "Benton Springs" fleece,, I already had eleven of these, but this order disappointed me. I ordered size Large in the Bright Red and Dark Compass. The Bright Red one was marked (L) but was either a small or a medium. The Dk. Compass was correct size, but the color was a bright blue teal, not as it looked in picture. Can't find anything to wear with this color, so am returning.

We got this for my wife and had to return it due to a faulty zipper. It is sad that we had to spend $10 to return an item that was defective. When we wanted an exchange, we were told that they do not do that and that they would credit our card. So in the end, we have no fleece and spent $10. I would reconsider ordering Columbia online. We buy a lot online and this was the most disappointing experience we have had.

Advertised as navy blue however it is actually a medium blue color. Very disappointing since I needed navy blue!

I was about to return the jacket but had to donate it to a local charity as I had lost the return slip. I can not wear any fleece except Polortec. And then every one starts changing the style. Sorry it just DID NOT work for me.
