I have worn Columbia fleece jackets & vests for over 20 years and this last jacket I ordered was NOT the great quality fleece I had expected. The fit was unusual.......Ordered an XL allow for layering..The body fit snug for an XL and the sleeves were 6 inches too long ! Sorry, Columbia.....

When i recieved my fleece it was perfect to size after washing it once and not drying it it still was the same size. If you are afraid of it shrinking then do not dry it.

I am most pleased with the color and quality of fabric. I wish it came in petite sizes. The sleeves are long for me but plan to shorten them for a better fit. Will get much wear from this jacket.

Both my daughter and I love this jacket....my favorite. Warm, cozy, lightweight.

This was my third Benton Springs fleece in the Sea Salt color, the other ones having worn out because of, you guessed it, the zipper breaking. I was willing to get a new one because I like them so much, but this redesign presented a thinner version of the fleece - the light color is actually see-through - and higher-cut armholes that fail to accommodate any sort of thickness underneath. Wish I had not thrown out the old one and just had the zipper replaced, like another reviewer did. Will be switching brands now. So long, Columbia.

I have two new (Fall 2013) Benton Springs Full zip fleece jackets, and six more which were purchased in previous years. They wash and wear remarkably well. I especially like them for travel because they always look neat, no matter how they were packed. The full zip pockets are generous enough to hold a smart phone with room to spare - maybe even an iPad mini. I keep my credit & debit cards, driver's license & insurance cards in the second pocket, which means I don't have to carry a purse. Further, the fit is great. I'm 5'1", 129 lbs, with 39" hips (wearing jeans) and the fit at the hips is neither too loose or too tight.

This is my third Benton Springs purchase and I love everything about this jacket. Love the way it fits; I am tall and the sleeve length is perfect as well as the body length. I bought the brown(bark) and love this color for fall.

The large is too big for how I prefer to wear this particular fleece. I am 5'4" and weigh 148 lbs. with a small muffin top, so I decided that I better go with the large after reading reviews. It looked too sloppy. I reordered the medium, it arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly! Now I can continue to walk in the cooler weather and maybe get rid of the rest of that muffin top.

I ordered a medium and the jacket body fits fine but the sleeves are too long. I am tall and lanky and do not have short arms. So I am not that happy with this jacket. Considering the cost and hassle of a return, I will keep it but would never buy another or recommend it to a friend.

Really cozy and soft, as it is described. Size M suits me a bit large (not the same other products size M i've boutght).

It runs a little small, but it still fits. I love it, but if i wear something underneath its kind of snug fitting. Other than the fitting, it overall is an amazing fleece!

I love my new bright blue fleece. I ordered the small and will keep it but may order medium for my next. I am 5'7" and 125 pounds - the small is a little shorter than I would like however sleeve length was perfect! The weight is good for our CA winter evenings!

I needed something for fall and spring. This fleece jacket is perfect for that.

I bought two full zip Benton Springs and they fit very well. Very comfortable, warm, and overall my favorite sweater.

you can always use a jacket like this to throw around, great in the wash!

Gave these as gifts and everyone loves them!

Love the "Benton Springs" fleece,, I already had eleven of these, but this order disappointed me. I ordered size Large in the Bright Red and Dark Compass. The Bright Red one was marked (L) but was either a small or a medium. The Dk. Compass was correct size, but the color was a bright blue teal, not as it looked in picture. Can't find anything to wear with this color, so am returning.

I have this jacket in another color in the looser fit you used previously. I do prefer it to the slimmer one that you have now. I use it for travel, and at home in the winter, and the looser fit allows for wearing it over bulkier clothing. However, the quality of this jacket cannot be matched for the price.

We got this for my wife and had to return it due to a faulty zipper. It is sad that we had to spend $10 to return an item that was defective. When we wanted an exchange, we were told that they do not do that and that they would credit our card. So in the end, we have no fleece and spent $10. I would reconsider ordering Columbia online. We buy a lot online and this was the most disappointing experience we have had.

This jacket is nice and warm and absolutely perfect for me. The "bark"-brown color is very practical, it looks good and it doesn't disturb wildlife while I am outdoors with my camera. I prefer loose fit and Large is roomy and comfortable for me (5'6" and 145 lb) Zipper could be better. I had to exchange it, and the customer service was exceptional. All over, I am very happy with all my Columbia garments.

I have five of these jackets. As a rule I would purchase a medium but ordered small this time. It fits great, but for winter wear, will go back to a size medium. I love the colors, who says you have wear dark colors in the winter?

This product ran a little large, almost big enough that I would go a size smaller except the next size down was too small. Besides it being a little big, it works wonderfully. The side sinch doesn't quite work.

I am very pleased with Columbia products. They are true to size and ship very quickly.

I have four of these fleeces now. The oldest one is about four years old and still in great condition despite how often I have worn it. These fleeces are the perfect weight (perfect alone on a cool autumn or spring day, and a great layer under a jacket in the winter!), super soft, great quality, and an extremely reasonable price.
