Overall very impressed with this bag! It's very sturdy and it fits all my books for college with plenty of room. Only complaint is that the straps are rough, so if you have bare shoulders and are carrying a heavy load it rubs a lot. Very cute though!

This backpack fits "most" 15 inch laptops but it definitely does not fit the bulky PC 15 inch ones. I bet it only fits the Macbook 15 inchers.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and overall it's a fantastic bag. I'm in law school and have VERY large books to carry around (and a long commute!) and this is by far the most comfortable backpack I've had in terms of how it distributes weight and how the items fit. The laptop liner is soft and fantastic, the sunglasses pouch is great, and the front pocket has a nice organizational system. It's really attractive, too. I got the gray and it's a nice, rich color. The things that keep me from giving this five stars: 1. the front zipper is REALLY stiff. This sounds silly, but you cannot open it one-handed, making it kind of useless for go-to stuff like keys or ID. 2. No waist buckle 3. No water bottle side pocket 4. Bottom is getting heavily scuffed/dirty already, and I just know it's going to start peeling. Really disappointing that they use such cheap material for the part of the bag that gets the most wear.

I bought about a year ago. It has a very nice inside and several different compartments and I really enjoyed it but the strap broke near the bottom where it connects and I can only carry with one side now. I didnt even carry heavy stuff in it so it failed in a short time.

I ordered this backpack in the color "grey." I put "grey" because honestly the picture is not very accurate to the actual product. The picture looks like the backpack is a light grey, almost more of a silver-white. In reality, the backpack is a super ugly, super dark grey color that I never would have chosen had the picture been more accurate. Also, the zippers on this are insanely difficult to work, as you have to really push the thin flap covering them back, and this is not made of a material that is very easy to move (very stiff). I loved the way the backpack sat for me (I am rather short and have trouble finding packs that don't sag too far down), and liked the organizational pockets. But overall, between the color and lack of functionality of the zippers, I had to return this item. Would not recommend to someone who wants a backpack that is easy to get in and out of all day.

Sturdy, reliable bag, but with one complaint - the zippers are difficult to quickly access because they are hidden under the fabric. It's probably great for longer trips but I was looking for a commute-type bag, so I need something to quickly get train tickets, etc, in and out of. contemplating returning to buy a different style. Otherwise though - great structure, well-made, and has personality.

Imagine sitting in a classroom; the professor begins lecturing while you fiddle with the zippers of your backpack in an attempt to get it open so you can extract your laptop. You curse at Herschel Supply Co. and the 37 previous customer reviewers of the "Pop Quiz" on Zappos: how could they possibly have got it so wrong? Why is each of the two larger zippers covered with a flap of very stiff fabric that makes it frustratingly difficult and awkward to open? Admittedly, once you've got the pack open, the laptop sleeve is sweet: well padded, a nice fit for a 15" macbook pro with retina. But of the 5 different laptop backpacks (5 different brands) I ordered from Zappos, this one was the least functional; I expected so much more for this price (and got so much more with the other packs). Zappos rocks - it's almost unsettling to have find a box at my front door 28 hours after I've ordered something - but this backpack doesn't.

This bag looks great. It's functionality is pretty good but after only a few weeks the it has already shown signs of wear with small tears beginning in multiple spots.

Bought this exactly a year ago. It's a nice bag but the zippers are very poor quality are are not smooth at all. The front zipper began to fray after only a few months and has now completely detached. Waste of money as I now need to buy another backpack.
