I bought and used this backpack for a trip to Italy. I needed something light but sturdy with a good bit of compartments. This definitely fit the bill and I am a fan of the simple style and design.

Cute, durable, comfy straps but the zippers are ridiculous. Very stiff and hard to unzip...doesn't fit my 15 inch laptop and the laptop sleeve is extremely thin. will be returning.

I gave this to my husband for his birthday and he absolutely loves it. He uses it to commute to work. The quality is great and it's just the right size for 13" laptop, small lunch, and everything else he needs to carry to work.

My oldest daughter bought this bag midway through her HS years and it is her go-to bag, perfect size, color and design. My younger daughter is starting HS and wanted the same one, different color. I would say this is a great size for petite bodies, too.

This was my favorite backpack! I got a lot of compliments as not many had seen that pattern. Unfortunately, a couple years later, one of the zippers on the outer pockets broke but I still have it and use it.

Great backpack. Good for travel with kids

This backpack is beautiful and very well made. The zippers are a bit stiff at first, but they loosen up quickly. If you're choosing between several Herschel bags, note that this one has more pockets and organizational add ons than most of the others.

Love this simple basic backpack. It has great detail all while being classic. I'm a mom with a four year old and it's perfect for everything for day trips, running around and great size without being to big.

Bought this for my husband who was in need of a new backpack. He absolutely loves it and has gotten several compliments. It's the perfect mixture of not too large but not too small, and fits things nicely.

I LOVE THIS BACKPACK!!!!!!! It's not too bulky but still fits a good amount, (could manage a night or two worth of clothes/toiletries, etc. + 15 inch MacBook in soft pocket) plus has all kinds of fun secret pockets (full disclosure: I really love pockets). The print is the perfect style of camo and padding on the straps are comfy, too. Also love the fun retro lining and zippers. Super pleased with it all around!

This backpack is really roomy, I can fit my macbook pro, binder, water bottle, pencil case with much more room to spare. The only problem I do have with this backpack is that it's really stiff and the zipper sometimes gets stuck when you're trying to open/close it. Other than that I really don't have a problem with this backpack, although 80 dollars is a little pricey.

I am a second grade teacher, and decided to get a backpack to carry what I need for the day. I am able to fit my coffee mug, water bottle, large laptop and lunch box in it. It also can carry the additional papers and notebooks I need. The grey is a beautiful color, but it does dirty easily. I've washed it a few times, and it does look better.

I bought the dark gray backpack with black leather accents and it's been great so far! It definitely needs to be broken in - it's a little stiff right now - but I know it will loosen up eventually. A lot of space and I love the laptop pocket inside. The only thing that bothers me is that the dark gray looks slightly green in some light. Other than that, though, an awesome backpack!

This is a really nice little backpack. The materials are high quality, the stitching is sturdy, and just enough pockets for the things you need. The laptop pouch is nice...so is the lined little pocket for sunglasses.

This bag is not only made well, it is comfortable and has compartments for just about everything you need in a bag. I'm not one for purchasing trendy bags, but with all of the different colors and style options, there's a Herschel bag for everyone.
