Definitely made of woolen felt. Scratchy and extremely hot unless it's January. Strap is shorter and thicker than expensive. Still most neutral (without being beige) and least ugly shoulder bag I could find on this planet. Lots of big secure pockets. What's with the buttons to nowhere? Overall reluctant props I guess.

I liked this bag, but decided to return it for a couple of reasons. First the strap is wide and comfortable, but not adjustable at all, so you pretty much have to wear it across your body (I like the option to keep my purse on just one shoulder). Other reviews mention the strap being the wrong length, but for me it was fine across body and I'm 5'4". The other reason I decided to return it was there was not enough organized storage. A zippered pocket on the back would have been nice, also the pocket in the front is almost useless because it is so hard to get to. The padding in the iPad pocket is nice, but does take up a significant portion of the main pocket, leaving less room for other items. I ended up purchasing the Kipling Europa large crossover bag, which has enough organization, and is big enough to fit my iPad with a water bottle and more.

This is a great travel purse. It has a lot of space in it, even with the padded divider in the middle. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was that the strap was too short on my body. Using it as a shoulder bag works well, just not cross-body. I think this would be a great travel bag but not something that I would use every day.

Super cute bag but it's just too short. I prefer a crossbody bag to sit lower on my hip. It felt uncomfortable to be able to get in and out of because it was so high up on my side and that was without any kind of coat on. Disappointed because I liked the look of this bag and the price was great.

I should have listened to the other reviews - I'm 5'6" and the non-adjustable cross body strap is way too short.
The way the bag laid across my body was awkward and uncomfortable, which is too bad, because the purse is otherwise adorable and I loved the color and style.

Super cute bag but strap is WAY too short and I'm 5'3. The bag hangs above my hip and is super uncomfortable, definitely sending back.

The felt that the outer part of the bag is made of pills all over very quickly and becomes hideous and unusable. Even when the bag is new, the strap is too wide to be comfortable and the felt is hot (yes, a purse can be hot) and scratchy and not fun to carry around. The pockets on the interior and exterior are poorly designed, making for less room inside even though it's a big bag.

I LOVED the style of this bag. However, it has some major faults. First of all, the strap is not adjustable. So, if you're tall and would like to use it as a cross-over it doesn't fit well. Also, the fabric is really stiff. It's felt, so in hindsight the stiffness makes sense, but it just felt like I was toting around a box all day.

The strap is so short I can’t even believe they call this a cross body purse. I’m short and this thing sat so above my hip it was so weird.

Fabric is stiff and a little itchy... the front pocket is useless because buttons are very difficult to open. It had a nice interior but the strap was uncomfortable.

Bag is way too padded and as a result, barely fits anything! The tablet pouch is stupidly padded. It doesn't need THAT much protection! I was disappointed. The size from the outside is right but the padding is nuts.

This bag is super cute but is not a true cross body bag unless you like to wear it under your armpit. If the strap would be adjustable then it would work better. Very disappointed that I had to return it.
