This is a wonderful buy. My usual size is 6.5 to 7 extra wide. I have a high arch, average heel width, very wide forefoot with hallux rigidus bunions. Sadly, most of the shoes I fit into are matronly looking so I was happy to find something stylish that worked for me. I ordered the 7 extra wide. Many wide shoes are not made wider, just deeper. These are both. They fit like a dream. The toe area is elongated so that the taper kicks in without crunching my toes. On me, a size 7 shows very minor toe cleavage but is preferable to a 6.5 so that it doesn't hit my bunion. I give it 5 stars for comfort, but keep in mind this is considering it is a kitten heel and not a comfort shoe. Don't expect it to work for all day site-seeing. Very happy with this well designed shoe.

I have long, narrow feet and have very difficult time finding dress shoes that fit, are comfortable, attractive and feel stable. These met all the criteria. I even bought a second pair in another color.

So happy I found these. I was looking for a black suede kitten heel for a long time. I am tall enough without having to wear 4-5 inch heels, especially to work. I wear a size 11.5 - 12M. I ordered the 12 and placed foot petals in them. Wore them all day at work today - total comfort and style...hopefully my size in the Brown will come back.

This is the cutest shoe.I am always on the lookout for navy shoes because they are hard to find or too old ladyish. The heel is low, but doesn't look dowdy. I feel dressed up, but comfortable. The textured leather adds a little interest. I like these shoes so much that I ordered another pair in red with the stacked heel.

This shoe is extremely comfortable and very classy. The craftsmanship is impressive and I will definitely buy this brand again.

I wanted a pair of comfortable, classic pumps to wear to job interviews. These pumps are fantastic. All day comfort with classic styling -- I absolutely love these.

These kitten heels are beautiful! I purchased the nude and love the color. They are comfortable as well as elegant. A soon as I tried them on, I knew they were the heels for me!

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I shopped at a few large, well known, department stores. I was looking for a black pump with a heel no more than 2" tall, and in a narrow width. None of them had narrow width shoes. When I got back home, I went online to Zappos and found what I wanted. Since I was going to wear them to a wedding in mid-September, I was very pleased when they arrived in about 4 days. They're a perfect fit and are exactly as pictured and described.

These shoes are awesome! Beautiful fit, pointed toe yet extremely comfortable. For those who have a wider foot, don't let that deter you. Your foot and leg will be comfy and look elegant in these beautiful shoes. The kitten heel has always been my fave, a throwback to the early 60s, but really trendy now. Another great feature is that the material is synthetic, not leather. Get a pair!

Beautiful shoe but run really long. I have terrible wide bunions! I order the 8.5WW but it was too long! The width is perfect so I would recommend ordering size down. I couldn't believe how big they are in length. I'm returning and placing another order for 7.5. By the way, I normally run between 8.5 - 9. 9 because of the bunions.

I haven't worn heels in years, however, I became the mother-of-the-bride recently and a long dress and heels suddenly became necessities. I ordered this shoe in two sizes and sent back the one that didn't fit (thank you, Zappos, for free and easy return shipping). These shoes are very comfortable. I thought they were too large at first because there was a space between my heel and the back of the shoe. However, once I inserted a gel pad under the ball of my foot, any slippage was eliminated and the shoe now fits perfectly at the my heel. The leather is soft and the heel's size and shape are stylish. They are the perfect plain black leather pump, which is exactly what I had been looking for.

I ordered 4 pairs of this shoe after purchasing my first pair a few weeks ago. This little pump looks so good in my bootcut jeans that I had to order more colors. The nude snake pair went back because the snake print looked painted on and cheap. The leather on that color is very stiff. The black snake print was also nice but I needed to exchange sizes and my needed size is out of stock. The patent lizard in both blue and black are the winners. The leather is softer and has more give it and were instantly comfortable. They shine without being plastic looking shiny. I hate that kind of leather. The blue looks incredible with jeans and really has a nice, rich color. These are the best kitten heel pumps I have ever owned (at this price point).

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe. It is the most comfortable pair of heels I have ever worn. Front is very pointy so I had to go up to a 9. Put inserts in and this should work. Wore them around the house doing house work for over an hour and they were so comfortable! They have what feels like air cushioning so the inserts are strictly for sizing purposes.

To be honest I have not worn these outside due to our weather. Inside they are true to size and I love the heel as I can not wear a high heel. I do not plan to return these shoes.

Ahhh...now we're getting somewhere! I've been searching for an attractive yet comfortable plump and as I've had not just one but two double foot surgeries, comfort is key. These do run a bit narrow at the toe/forefoot but overall they fit at the back much better than many other shoes have and the insole seems quite comfortable. I've just ordered a second pair in a different color and I just got these today, so it's encouraging!

Where have you been all of my life? I HATE heels but feel like flats look frumpy with my business suits. Trotters made a comfortable low heel that looks great. My husband said they were sexy too. The nude snakeskin is a perfect neutral without being blah. Getting more colors!!

With a bunion on both of my feet, and not wanting to keep carrying a pair of heels with me to the office, I searched high and low for a comfortable shoe. This shoe fit the bill! The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was from the blister it caused on my right heel. It rubbed so much that it broke skin and, bleeding, I couldn't wear it for awhile. This was due to walking from the apartment to work, commuting via subway, BUT when I wear it all day in the office, it's very comfortable and doesn't bother my bunions at all. I thought I had wide feet, but found out after trying on a lot of shoes via zappos that I'm actually a medium width. I would still buy from Trotters and am waiting for more colors to come out like a pretty nude or blush.

I am a 10M. In the rare instance a 10 has been too large, the 9 1/2 is too small. However, that said, I think I could size down in Trotters; a 10 was that large! I literally walked right out of a 10M in Paulina. I ordered 2 different Trotter styles and returned both for size. I really liked both styles and will give it another try by ordering a smaller size. I do not know about other sizes, but if you are a 10, it's worth ordering both a 10 and a 1/2 or full size down if you have never worn this brand.

I ordered these shoes and the Estee in the nude patent leather. First, this color is not nude. It is a sort of odd café au lait color with a dash of yellow. Second, the pumps seemed to be very poorly made Right out of the box, there are noticeable puckers along and instep of the right shoe. I was very disappointed. The flats might work in a different color, but the pumps also seemed very tight and narrow. I have feet that are usually somewhere between a narrow and a medium, and I thought they were very tight and the toebox comes up very high, which makes my feet look very long and like I am wearing witch's shoes.
