I cannot believe that I finally found a pair of heels that are actually comfortable. I honestly never thought it was possible. I love the look of heels but I hate wearing them. Even kitten heels - I find them all so uncomfortable. Every time I have to wear them I am counting the minutes until I can take them off. I am hosting a big cocktail party in a few days and was desperate to find a pair of stylish low heels that I could withstand for five or six hours. I live in New York City and went to 10 different stores - from Bloomingdales and Saks to the smaller boutiques - with no luck. The shoes were either uncomfortable, or they cost a lot. Then I found these on Zappos.com for a decent price! After reading the reviews I ordered a pair in plain black leather. The minute I tried them on I was so shocked at how comfortable they are that I just ordered a second pair in black patent leather. I absolutely love Zappos. The shoes arrive overnight and the shipping is free. I am beyond happy with this purchase! If you are a high heel hater like me, give these a try! For reference, I am a size 9½ medium width. I am usually comfortable with a slightly wider cut shoe and these in a medium are perfect. The shoes may run a little large for some people (like not a full half size - but almost), but because I am more comfortable with a slightly wider cut, these were perfect for me.

These shoes are extremely comfortable and works well with my wardrobe. This is the must have nude shoe for a woman who can not wear heels. Love, love, love!!!

These shoes are way too tight. I am a pretty too 10M. They are pretty and I prefer lower/kitten heel, however, to me these would look better if they were higher.

I have trouble with shoes and most irritate my bunions on my feet even with WW width shoes. These have a small heel which allows my foot to remain flat and no pressure is put on the bunion. I love them.

I love these shoes. They are wide enough across the ball of the foot, but not in the toe box. I have to wear rounded-toe shoes... Oh well.

I wear a size 6AA, so you can imagine the difficult time I have finding shoes in my size. The Paulina style is exactly what I needed - a stylish design with a low, yet chic, heel. I currently have 5 pairs in different colors of the Paulina. I wish that Zappos carried the full line of colors in this style (there are about 10 or more). I hope Trotters will continue to make the Paulina, as I think it is a winner. One caveat: The toe box is narrow & low, so if you have any problems with bunions, hammer toes, corns, etc., then I would not recommend this style for you. It is not a roomy shoe.

Zappos saved the day by expediting 2 pairs of Paulina/nude & black, for a business trip. Nude ran slightly wider than black calf. This was easily remedied with foot petals. Both ran true to size (7.5 slim) in spite of the pointed toe. Thanks Zappos!

I usually wear an 11 but I don't wear pointy toe shoes until I had the luxury of having so many sizes. The 11W was just a little short in this style so I got the 12B and that worked for me. No toe pinching and no foot cramps. No pain at all. I got the flat version of this shoe and the 12M worked for me in that, too. I will just put some mole skin on my heels to fill out the shoe so it doesn't come off my foot.

Shoe is really pretty but runs large. I usually wear a 7 or 71/2 wide or ww, I ordered a 71/2 ww and it was way too large. The width on this shoe was great. It looks like a quailty shoe. I love that there's no toe cleavage

Great quality shoe. I received these and they are nice looking professional shoes. I will need to exchange them for 1/2 size up. They are a bit of a tight fight. Overall professional and classy.

This was a great shoe with the exception it has an extended toe. Kind of like the pencil toe but not as long, but still longer than a normal toe. Had to return them because of that. Bummer! because I really liked them.

I have very wide feet and was pleasantly surprised when these extra wide shoes really fit. I was worried the low heel would look old ladyish but my husband liked them and said they made my legs look great. So a good fit and stylish what more could a girl ask for. Comfort yes that too.

These shoes are so comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and morton's neuroma but I can still wear these shoes all day long from the very first day. The leather is so soft.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I own and hold up extremely well. The kitten heel allows for a relaxing wearability. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who wears heels all day long.

I love the look of this shoe and have received many compliments when I wear them. It's really hard to find a dressy work shoe that is both reasonably comfortable and cute. I wish there were more options for women like me.

Needed these shoes for a big event. Ordered on a Wednesday and received them 2 hours before the event on Friday. They fit and looked great. Glad I can finally get narrow shoes that fit. Thanks.

I wore these shoes to a semi-formal event. The red patent leather brought the perfect pop of color and touch of class to my black and white dress. I received many compliments. I walked, and talked, and danced literally all night in these shoes and never once had the urge to take them off. Quite the feat for these feet.

Holy moly, I did not expect to like these as much as I do. To note, I hate heels and these are the most comfortable I have purchased. No toe cleavage and they aren't cramping my digits. I have a slightly wider foot, and these look great and slimming. Can be easily dressed up or down; a complete workhorse shoe. Definitely picking up a red pair next paycheck.

These shoes are very nice looking and quite well made. They are cut right on my bunion tho so I cannot keep them.
