Bought a pair of these in green on a trip to Colorado and then ordered them in black from Zappos when I returned to NY. I love these shoes. They are my 'winter sneakers'. I have ankle problems and walk a lot, and can't say enough about these shoes. No break in time needed.

Love them. True to size, very comfortable. No break in period. Ordered another pair right away.

Love these sneakers, would wear them all the time if I could get away with it. Have had Clarks twice before, they wear really well and are definitely worth the price.

These shoes are great. More like a boot than a tennis shoe. Very comfortable. Good arch support. They did take a little breaking in, but after that, they feel fantastic.

Got for my daughter mainly because they are available in narrow and I am sick and tired of seeing her trying to keep sneakers on by stuffing them full of inserts. She usually rejects any narrow footware I am able to find (not easy) because they are not "cool" but she liked these. The side view doesn't really do this justice, they are nice looking and comfortable. Yippee!

My job requires me to stand all day and these are very comfortable for work/walking.

These are great shoes for the rainy season. I use them with my inserts.

Love these shoes. I was looking for something casual but dressier than a running shoe. Love the navy color since I wear navy a lot. I've received 3 or 4 comments from strangers saying they love the shoe which is unusual.

This product is beautiful but it is not true to size. I ordered a wide and it fit like a medium.Also it is too flat across the toes and does not accommodate people like me who have small hammer toes and need a little more room. I have bought Clarks in the past with great success but have not had any luck this year with Zappos or any other distributor.

I absolutely love these shoes! These are comfortable, supportive, look great on, and have a soft innersole to cushion your walk. They are among the most comfortable, well made walking shoes I have ever owned. They are comfortable right out of the box. They are well worth the money!

Great comfortable shoe well worth the price. Not only do I get compliments, but people actually ask me where I got them, the brand name, and model name.

Bought these at the last minute before a European vacation. They are terrific! Comfortable, light weight and practicle.

I have always had good luck with Clarks. They fit well and wear well. I have three dogs and they get walked twice daily on the often rainy Oregon Coast. I also do dog agility competitions in cold horse arenas and these shoes keep my feet dry and warm!

Love this shoe, great for walking and stylish. I wear a 9.5 to 10 but took a 9.5 in this and it is still a little big. All to say it is a roomy shoe but the most stylish that I have found in this type of shoe; much less clunky looking than so many other pairs that I have bought and won't wear because they are unattractive I would definitely recommend these shoes!

Good looking shoes and comfortable. This is the first time in quite a while that I did not have to order a half size up to get the width I need.

Just received today and do not want to take them off! Fit perfect! Hope they keep making them without changes. I wear a 7 and 1/2 N and the size is true.

I really like the look of these trekkers, and for limited casual wear, they seemed pretty comfy. I ordered them in 9.5 wide and they seemed wide enough at first, and better yet, not too wide in the heels. But when I took them on a 16 day trip to China, I used them as my daily tour shoe. When wearing them for miles and miles of walking I started noticing them rubbing on the outside, just over my small toes -pretty much from the base of toe out to the end. While I never got a blister (I added moleskin) and thought they would "break in" more, they never did. I cut my insoles down a little thinking there might be toe crowding, and that made no difference. Feeling inside the shoe, there is a ridge noticeable. While covered with fabric, it still rubbed. I'm happy that I purchased through Zappos because who else would take a pair of shoes back after they have been around the world? I must say, they still look brand new and the wear is negligible. Perhaps if you have a narrower forefoot, these shoes would work for you.

I am a size 7, and generally fall within the medium width category. However, after reading through the reviews here, I decided to order this shoe in a size 7 wide. I'm happy with how it fits - my toes don't feel cramped and I do not think the shoe looks wider than what I'm used to wearing. The footbed has a very nice cushion for the heel. I ordered this in blue and am very happy with how the shoe looks. The tongue needed a few days of wearing to break it in - it felt a little stiff at first. Overall, a really nice pair of shoes that are comfortable but look nicer than the sneakers I usually bum around in!

Clarks are very nice shoes, but I think I have finally given up on them. My feet just don't seem to fit into them well. These shoes were a bit stiff. I wouldn't be able to walk around in them all day.

My mom has had these shoes for years and they are her favorite shoes of all time! I thought I would try them too! Unfortunately they were way too big on me. I usually wear a 6 and it's rare that I have to size down, but I am going to try the 5 1/2. My mom says these shoes are great for walking long distances and light hiking.

I love the look of these -- they look more like everyday sneakers than heavy duty hiking shoes. I ordered 1 size larger and wider than my norm because other reviews indicated they run small, but they were far too big, especially in the heel (my heels felt like they'd pop out of the shoe any second). I would have exchanged them for a pair in my normal shoe size and tried again, but I also ordered a pair of Merrells with this and those ones did fit perfectly so I still don't know if the Clarks in my usual size would have been a perfect fit. They were lightweight, supportive, very comfy and sturdy. I have problems with my knees and back, so having good arch support and all around sturdiness when I'll be on my feet for many hours is very important, and other than the size problem these probably would have fit the bill.

I was a bit hesitant to order these in my regular size based on some of the reviews stating that they were more narrow. I did order my regular size and felt that if I have done something different that I would have been returning them! So far so good! The only thing that did bother me a bit at first was the stiffness of the tounge however that softened up quickly and is not a problem. I would perhaps like a bit more arch support. I found them to be pretty good right out of the box.

Love these shoes & this is my third pair. I am returning for a larger size as this most recent pair funds smaller…orthodox that fit previous pair (same size) does not fit the new pair, which runs shorter and more narrow.

Looking for a walking shoe that doesn't look like an athletic shoe. These are darling, BUT I ordered both the regular width and the wide. The regular width is too narrow. Will do separate review of the wide.

Color is as shown & size is true to fit. I need a wider toe box & they are little narrower than I expected, but do-able.
