Best shoe ever fit perfect! Zappos is so very, very, very fast! They take care of their customers that's for sure. It's nice do deal with someone who KNOWS what is going on! I'll be buying again!

First time purchase from Zappos, and very pleased with selection, price, and shipping. Shoes came and they were exactly what I ordered and fit just right. Will keep Zappos in my folders and will buy from you again!

New Balance is one of the few with a generous toe box. My feet often feel squeezed and crunched in other brands, but my New Balances give me room. I find this more important as I get older with weaker circulation. I guess the hook and loop make it easier, too, but I generally like the fit on this pair better than any that I have tried in the past few years. And if I did not, Zappos gives me free shipping both ways if I want to try another pair. They provide excellent customer service!

Father in law has Dementia and he can easily put on these shoes and figure out how to close them and open them. They offer support he needs to walk comfortably and he thinks he needs to wear them the entire time he's awake even if he's not going outside. Great shoe for the price.

These New Balance Shoes are great in fit and in comfort. Ideal for us men who have issues with our feet, and in my case, I have swelling issues and found that the Velcro Straps are about 1/2"-3/4" too short on the top strap. New Balance needs to get their act together and listen to the complaints on ALL of their Velcro Hook and Loop Shoes since this has become a #1 complaint addressed to their shoes. Otherwise, the shoe is perfect! How hard and difficult is it too add a little more strap? I took my shoes to a repair shop to have the straps changed out to fit. Sort of defeats the purpose of getting a bargain from Zappos. Zappos is perfect in every way toward shipping, customer service and quality, and have no control over the product they offer, but hope somehow Zappos can get the message to New Balance to hear our need and correct it soon.

My brother who has Parkinson's disease says that are very comfortable and good for walking. We ordered a half size larger and wider so that he could get them off easily.

My Dad (93) has complained that shoes don't fit, are too stiff, feel funny, etc. He also is blind so tying laces has been a real issue. These shoes took care of his complaints. The are easy to fasten and allow ample support when walking. Solved the issues for him and for me.

I really like this shoe, comfortable & good looking. But I had to return it because the straps are too short. I have a wide (eee) foot, and it looks as if they use the same strap for every width.

I have been wearing these shoes almost every day and found them to be quite comfortable. The hook & loop work very well. I will probably buy another pair in black.
