these shoes fit my husband perfectly including he can use the appliance he needs to put into the shoe. he loves them, they are comfortable, true to size, takes a very long time to wear out. i just bought him 2 more pair. great shoe even better when they are on sale.

these are the only shoes that will accommodate all my husbands severe foot problems and still leave him comfortable wearing shoes. the fit is perfect. we also called to speak to a representtive to check how many shoes we had ordered previously and the representatvie was lovely on the telephone.

I take a size 12 B narrow. the fit was true to size and narrow but not too narrow was a good fit, so sick of stores with everything wide and no narrow so thank you NB and Zappos. I highly recommend them plus they look good.

I always order New Balance shoes since my wife first found their site. I have unusually sized feet with some problems. Other shoes used to hurt. NB offers me a shoe that somehow accommodates my foot problems. I rely on them every day!

These shoes now let me walk pain free for the first time in six months. They are very comfortable, but do need to be broken in a little. They also make a squeeky noise when I walk but I don't care because I use them solely for my daily 4 mile walks. Not the most stylish, but who cares given the comfort.

This is the 7th or 8th or 9th consecutive pair of New Balance 577 (and predecessor numbers) Velcro sneakers I've had over about 10 years. Haven't found anything even close in quality, comfort or convenience. Don't pass up the opportunity.

working in a hospital for over 30 years I had problems with my left knee. My doctor told me to check with a local chiropractor. I when to their web site and they had a list of shoes they recommend for different things. The first shoe on their list of many was New Balance. Checked walking and ordered a pair. It's only been a little over 2 weeks and I notice an improvement in my walking and less pain in my knee. 5 Stars

I purchased these shoes for my husband when he was having trouble finding a supportive shoe that had a wider width for his feet. He has had two knee surgeries, and these shoes are his favorite. They even offer an extra wide in this shoe for those who need it. I really appreciate the shoe companies who offer not just length choices but width choices too! Also I love Zappos and have been a customer for many years!

Purchased this for my 91 year old Dad. This is his go to shoe. It is easy for him to put on and fasten and it is secure around his foot. He is a young 91 year old - still drives and works. But this shoe is a blessing for him. It isn't as easy to do things as it was 10 years ago.
