I have been through countless brands of boots. the last two pair were the more expensive pairs I have gotten. I was looking for my last pair of boots. HH Brown then Timberlands. Both comfortable gave me functionality and support but after heavy use, HH's couldn't take the wear, seams leaked, stitching loose and soles wore quick. Timberland wore well on the craftsmanship, the tongue and toes started chaffing. Short story, I couldn't wait to get them off. I wear my Ariats between 12-17 hours per day. By far the most comfortable pair of footware (sorry Lucchese) I have put on. I can honestly say I enjoy and look forward to working in them. I know I will never have issues with the tongue and the toe is unnoticeable. Great traction on all surfaces, only complaint is that the soles hold too much snow...If you are considering or need replacements for your trusted, tried and true boots go into a store and try a pair of these on, you may just have found what you've been working for. Note though, non-steel toed you'll want a half size smaller. I will check back in about 6 months from now. Until then,I couldn't recommend a better product.

I was lookin for some nice square toe waterproof pair of boots and I had been working in a small town and the ones withmossy oak print weretheonly pair they hadin my size-9but I thought thelookedreally cool. The mossy oak is really more my style. Anyways I'm still wearing them, I bought them in April and have worked at least 60 hours a week doing industrial construction work, which is hard on boots, and mine have held up great. I like them so much I went to your website and ordered the exact same pair so ill have a fresh pair to start the next project.

Have been wearing these boots daily for the past few weeks. Really comfortable and well made. Slip resistant soles could be a little better as they are a little slick on greasy surfaces, I work in a kitchen and have slid once or twice since buying these boots. They fit well, though started out a little tight when brand new. They have loosened up as they've worn in. Overall, I'm glad I decided to purchase them.

Heavy duty boots. Not good for a lot of walking on uneven ground, but great for walking in moderate ground, fields, garages, etc. wearing them for a couple weeks. When I can keep my socks pulled up I love them. They are water proof, I e tested them working in shallow creeks cleaning clogged culverts. And already hit them with barbed wire no issues.

Bought these for my son 13 yo for Christmas he has been wanting Ariat boots for at least 3 years. The price was hard for this school teacher mom of 3. He loves them. Only issue he said was tough to break them in. We conditioned them with mink oil and that helped. He has worn them for one month now and loves them. We shall see how long they hold up!

I really enjoy these boots, the comfort level is great with the additional protection of the composite without the added weight of a traditional steel toe. I did find that once they relaxed I should have gone with a half size smaller. It's getting cold here so thick sock and there is no issue. Will buy again.

I've worn these boots for years now. They are great in almost every way. My only gripe is the insole. They are very thin and flat, leading to sore feet and legs. I replace the insole and these boots outlast every other brand I've tried.

I've been daily wearing them for 1 year and they still fell great the only problem is the back of the sole starts to tear apart but it doesn't affect the boot

The sole is comfy but a little too soft. Lost its shape. The toe width runs a little skinny.

Bought boots a couple weeks ago. So far they are holding up well and definitely waterproof (stood in some puddles to test).
I tried many different companies of boots and Ariat (along with Caterpillar) had the best fit for a slip on boot. Roomy but still clung to the heal to prevent slippage.
Break in period was 2 days of slight discomfort and now they are good.
I would have preffered a half size smaller in a wide option but it is difficult to get my heel in (very easy to take off). This is my only concern as i can see it wearing the heel in overtime when i struggle to get it on (may buy a long shoe horn to see if it helps). So now the boot is a bit too roomy for the work i do so they will be for the slow days.

Heels are loose. wish they had a heel size option for different feet. They are amazing boots apart from a mild issue. I feel like i can do everything in them besides two things; run and dig.

I see and know a lot of people who come in with the problem to find a good boot that isn't steel toe, composite toe are well the #1 pair I tell everyone about, it's more durable and doesn't bother your toes if anything is dropped. I've been told so many stories where they have had their steel toe actually snap and bend on them.

I assume it will last as long as my previous pair of Work Hog Steel toe boots.
Positives are the appearance and apparent build quality. Negatives are 1) it feels a bit tighter width wise than my previous pair, 2) it seems a bit warmer than my previous pair so my feet sweat more, 3) it is taking longer to break in than I recall the previous pair taking, and 4) the shaft of the boot around the calf is bigger than before. The shaft is too big in my opinion. I'm not a small guy. I'm nearly 200 pounds at 6' tall and wear a size 9 in these boots. There is no need for that much space in the shaft. It pokes my jeans out a bit. Hopefully after the leather breaks in it will bend in closer to my leg.

The heel liner broke down and eventually made it quite a chore to get out of the boots. The welt broke down and the boot eventually lost its waterproof quality. Very comfortable right out of the box though! Next to no break in and the ATS tech worked well for my feet.

Had these for 2 months and outsoles are already deteriorating as well as the insoles starting to peel back on the heel. Comfortable boot for long hours but was expecting to last longer.

Fairly comfy, but after 10 hr day I'm ready to take them off. Only had them for about 3 weeks they're broken in and seem to be doing better but would like something more comfortable for long term days.
