Zappos - you are the best! I had to return a Nine West boot because it was just too narrow, and this Born shoe arrived the next day as I was handing the Nine West boot box to the UPS man! Thank you for your amazing customer service! And now, about the shoe... GREAT Born shoe, just like a pair of slippers - but better. Perfect heel height - great width, (my feet are wide so someone with very narrow feet might find these a bit big) Stylish and cute without being trendy. comfortable right out of the box - no breaking in necessary. These are keepers and my old feet love them. One caveat, the TAN color online is a bit brighter and redder than the actual shoe - but it isn't a deal breaker by any means. The shoes are bit more brown - still a great comfortable bootie type shoe. I'm thinking of getting the black as well. Born is really nailing the comfort plus style look. And Zappos remains the best online store. Period. xoxo

These are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Right out of the box they are perfect. They are true to size but do stretch a little bit. I wear a 7 1/2 and that's what I ordered. Fit perfectly, now after wearing about six times they are stretched a bit, but I like that I can now wear a thicker sock. I have a narrow heel but medium width across the ball of my foot, and a bunion on my left foot. This makes it very hard to get a good fit; usually if it fits in front the heel slips too much. Bought them in Brown and ordered another in Black....and they are really good looking - I wear them with skinny cowboy jeans, straight jeans, and even with tights and a skirt. Very versatile style.

I have other Born shoes that fit me very well, even ordering a medium width. I loved this shoe but with my wide foot the toe box was a little bit too small. Ordering a half size larger to see if that will help.

I love the shoes~the look and fit. I received them right away and was pleased to find out how comfortable they are. I have "hard-to-fit" feet as my feet are narrow. These fit comfortably and not loose.

These are the best looking, best fitting and best feeling shoes I have ever owned. The heel is perfect for walking for a long time. They are very stable but the nice soft leather makes them so comfortable. Plus they are very stylish! I got them in black and tan also.

Very comfortable and stylish. These might be my favorite pair of Borns and I have several. True to size, they were comfy the minute I put them on.

I was hesitant to order shoes online, but the positive reviews convinced me to try these. I am thrilled! Out of the box comfortable. Stylish too. I will order other Born shoes and from Zappos.

Cute, comfy and true to size. I received these booties one day, and wore them to a "barn dance" the next (it was a themed gala for a nonprofit organization) and they were comfy the entire night. Note, I have bunions and picky feet, so it is a big deal that these shoes worked so well for me!

Hated to give up my Born sandals at the end of the summer, but when I slipped these on I realized that the Born comfort could continue all year round. They feel as great as they look!

These are nice, cute shoes, but just a warning the rich tan color shown is not the color that arrived. Mine were a darker tan, not the lighter tan that I was expecting. And no these were not the tobacco color. So don't know if this was a fluke or what. I'll have to decide if I'm keeping them. Alas. And could only give the comfort 4 stars instead of 5 because I only tried them on, but they seem quite comfortable.

I wear these shoes nearly every day at work. They are comfortable on my oft-injured flat feet, and have a nice balance between casual and polished. I tend to find Born shoes on the narrower side, and have returned other styles that I have purchased for this reason, but this pair has stretched out to perfection. I run around all day at work and it is nice to not to need to think about my feet; they are taken care of.

I absolutely love these shoes! This is my third pair of Born shoes and once again, I am totally impressed with the comfort and quality of Born shoes. They are one of the few shoes that I can wear with any kind of heel that do not hurt my feet. I have had surgery on both feet for plantar fasciitis and what I can wear is very limited. These are about as high a heel as I can go and in most brands, I cannot even wear any kind of heel. Borns are just so comfortable right out of the box. On these shoes, I ordered my normal size 8½. I actually had to exchange them for an 8. My foot slipped a lot in the 8½, which surprised me since I wear 8½ in my other Borns. I got these in Tobacco Suede and just love the color. I just cannot say enough good things about these shoes or this company. Thank you, Zappos, for carrying such a great brand and getting the new size to me so quickly!

Wonderful, comfortable shoe. True to size, the only thing is the color is very, very dark. Looks great with jeans!

Love these shoes. I have wide feet, and they worked well for me - I just ordered up a size. They are comfortable and stylish. I teach school, and can walk around all day in them. Spray with suede protector though!

Love these! Comfortable from the start. Very cute, too. I like the fact that they work with socks and I don't have to limit myself to thin socks either and they are still comfortable.

The shoes are so cool and so comfortable. I need comfortable shoes and wanted something I could wear with skirts. I didn't want old lady looking shoes. These are fabulous and kind of funky.

I loved these when I saw them on the website and I knew I had to have them. I was not disappointed in any way. They are super comfortable. The leather is excellent quality and they look great with jeans. I'm normally a size 8, but I had to get these in 8.5.

Incredibly comfortable! They are a bit cowboy-ish and I am not; however, I kept them because they are so amazingly comfortable, with the type of sole that is not hard to walk on.

Great boot -- stupid feet! I love this boot style and heel height, but alas, the width is too narrow for my right foot. I left the pair unzipped and walked around on carpet to try to loosen them up...no luck. They remained stiff. In comparing them to my other boots, it appears Born's pair narrow towards the toe earlier than my other styles, in the exact spot that I need width. Drat! Sending them back.

Really cute shoes and SO comfortable! They fit true to size as well. So happy with my purchase, I bought them in brown as well as black!

These shows are the ultimate in comfort and style. They just arrived as my anniversary present to self and I couldn't be happier- walking around the house in them with pajamas on and don't want to take them off! true to size and comfort 100% AND they arrived in about 2 days.

Very comfortable work shoes -- I mostly keep them at my desk to change into, but they look more professional than I expected and they're extremely comfortable (no surprise).

Love these shoe-boots! The dark brown distressed color looks great and bonus, won't show dirt and scratches easily. I wear thick socks so usually get an 8.5 medium and these fit perfectly. Very comfortable right out of the box and I have already received many compliments on them. Nice!

I love these shoes! The fit is great. I'm between an 8 and a 8.5 and chose the 38 in these shoes. I wear them with all my skinny jeans and love the look.
