These shoes are very nice looking and I have received compliments.I ended up with a 39 instead of my usual 38 and the reason is it is tight across my high instep and the toe box is a little more curved across the small toes and it was immediately apparent, more so than other Danskos. I really couldn't get my foot in the 38 without a shoehorn, who needs a shoehorn for Danskos? I read the other reviews about them running tight and smaller so I ordered both sizes because Zappos has a great return policy-Free Shipping both ways! These do feel a little different that the professional Dansko shoe but they are comfortable, I wore them all day at work with any problems.I really love the style and am glad I purchased them.

I bought this shoe along with 2 other Dansko styles. By far this is my favorite pair, and I did not expect it to be. I was fitted for the shoe in a professional shop and had never bought Danskos before. The salesman explained that Danskos are supposed to be slightly large, with one finger fitting between the heel and the back of the shoe. I am grateful for his expertise because I would not have gotten the size right without him. This shoe has changed the way I walk and I cannot believe how much it has strengthen my ankles! Love it, love it; and I will buy it in black now too. :-)

I'm 63 years old and it's no easy task finding an attractive shoe which can go anywhere with anything. I can wear it all day and my feet (and legs; okay I have a few little varicose veins) are very very happy. This clog feels good from the second I put it on until I take it off, hours later. Love this style. I hope they will make it in more colors...please?

Love these! I just got them yesterday and am wearing them now. No break in needed. One was a little tight as I put it on, but by the time I left the house it felt great! They are so cushy on my plantar fasciitis feet with falling arches. Hoping they keep my feet from hurting long term. I've had people tell me for years that these are the most comfortable shoes to wear for long periods of time, so I finally invested and these are comfy and stylish! A little slick on the bottom, so I don't know how they'll work come winter but overall I'm very happy.

Rarely would I ever write anything negative but these shoes were such a painful disappointment, that I had to come search out my order to write an honest appraisal of them. They are the most uncomfortable, blister-giving shoes I've ever worn and I typically love this brand! I was so surprised. There's no "give" in the shoe at all and you feel like you're walking so rigidly and awkwardly. I returned them! And the soles are black and everywhere you walk, there are black marks on the floor. These shoes were a nightmare. Ruined me on Danskos and I have several pair of them; however, this was too awful an experience and not worth the risk of choosing this brand any longer.

I own these shoes in two colors. They have excellent support and I will wear them on days when I am doing lots of walking. The black pair is slightly more snug then my brown pair, but I hope these stretch out a little.

I bought a pair of these when I started teaching last year, and I'm so glad I did! Teachers are on their feet all day everyday, and my feet/knees don't feel tired at all come Friday. I wouldn't want to wear them on a hike, or a day of sight seeing, or any sort of power walking-- but if you're a teacher or nurse or somebody who stands and paces for hours at your job, these will do splendidly. They are a bit stiff at first (especially across the top of the foot), but after several wears the leather begins to give a little. These will obviously hold up for years-- I've had them a year and a half, and they still look brand new. I like the Hailey style because they look like nice normal leather shoes, if worn with long trousers, as opposed to having the definite "Dansko-look." The clog-like soles are sure funny-looking, but it's a small price to pay for all day comfort.

These shoes have truly changed my life. I wear a 10.5 and it's very hard for me to find comfortable shoes that I feel are attractive and don't make my feet look like giant boxes. I finally decided to quest for the ultimate shoe that would be truly comfortable. After trying several brands and reading many reviews, I found these and I am so glad I did. These look great for work, are well made, and feel so good.

I am a teacher and this is a great shoe with excellent support. No breaking in required. Very cute, too.

I have a number of pairs of Dansko shoes and sandals, but these are my first clogs. The "professional" sole never fit me very well. These are great! I'm really happy with them. I've worn them on travel days with airports, walking, standing around, and they're great. They really support my feet well.

These are just the best shoes ever. Narrower/more fitted than the professional, so less clunky. Extremely comfortable for long walks; however, they are narrower at the heel, so less suitable for uneven surfaces.

I just got these shoes on the recommendation of my podiatrist. I went up one size thinking they might run small but actually they don't at least to me they don't. The 39 was too big and the wonderful Zappos customer service shipped me the 38 and they fit perfectly. I don't often buy shoes online but I think I will from now on since I had such a good experience with Zappos. These are very cute, nice looking shoes and my feet seem happier.

This is a really cute shoe! It is exactly what I was looking for and they are very comfortable. I did order it in a 37 which is what my other Dansko pair is but in this shoe I needed a 38.

This is my first pair of Danskos. These were comfortable right out of the box. They have great support for my feet. As others have mentioned, they run small. I wear a 9 or 9.5 in regular shoes, but the 40 was too tight and too short. The 41 fit correctly.

Great, very comfortable shoes! I'm hard to fit and these felt great the second I put them on. I've been a Dansko fan for years, but these take the cake. Love the design and the fit! They are definitely a clog, with excellent support, but enough cushion to make feet feel like they are walking on softness.

Finally fall arrived, couldn't wait to wear these Dansko clogs. I've always had a pair of Dansko clogs in my wardrobe and worn a size 40 for years. This pair felt snug everywhere, even in the heel.

I first tried these a little over a year ago and they didn't work for me. I think it was just too soon after foot surgery. Now I really like them. Since my foot surgery I just can't stand any shoes that require breaking in. These were comfortable after about 1/2 hour of wear. The toe box is a little smaller than usual, but not uncomfortably so. I ordered these in my usual size 40 and they fit great! They are just the cutest clogs in my closet.

I love these shoes. Not only are they cute, but they fit well. I like the higher backing that this shoe has. I have a hip problem so my doctor suggested I wear better shoes, such as Dansko.

As soon as I put these on they felt great. I have an average width, so if your feet are very wide, they might not work for you. I have a medium arch and the support fits my arch perfectly. I wear a size 7 US and size 37 in these fit perfectly, so no heel slippage and plenty of room in the toes. They are also pretty stylish compared to other Danskos.

A winner! I have arthritis and it's hard to find comfortable shoes. I love my Dankos. There is enough room in the toe box not to cramp my feet, but they don't look like duck shoes. Dressy enough for slacks, but casual enough for jeans. Would definitely recommend.

Really comfortable and cute enough to wear with a skirt. Run a little smaller than the average sandlot clog so I ended up with a size bigger than I usually wear.

These shoes are absolutely adorable, even cuter in person. They are very comfortable too. They were too small though, so I am returning them to get a larger pair. I can't wait to get them back. They have so much support and cushion, I was amazed!
