I wear these boots 6 days a week, 50+ hours in a scrap yard. So far they have held up pretty well. The first pair I got they ripped in a week but were replaced without question. 6 months later they have held up, great sole..the front toe part is lifting slightly but it shouldn't be a problem.

Great boot, though it fits about one shoe size to small for me. Ordered a 13 Wide but feel I should have opted for the 14 wide. The boot is comfortable with enough space. Can be a bit hot but that is probably due to the waterproof feature of the boot.

I wanted a good hiking boot that provides support yet is waterproof and warm. The boots broke in easily with thick socks. My only criticism was the mesh at the top collar of the boot frayed from where it was seamed into the collar. I feel this is a factory manufacturing error and was pleased that my local shoe store immediately took the boots back under warranty after one week. I eagerly await my new replacement pair. Buying from a local vendor may cost a bit more, but one cannot beat the personal relationship whereby the merchant stands behind and supports the product and ultimately, his customer!. Support your local merchants whenever possible.

I am on my feet all day walking on concrete. I have had them for over a year. They last and my feet still don't hurt at the end of the day. I have not had a problem with any part of this boot up to this point. I do plan on buying another pare when these are worn out.

I build hydro high voltage sub stations. Terrible ground surface. Pacific north west, so in 40c this summer and heavy rain this fall. I am at risk of athlete's foot so this boot being light, breathable and tough looking stood out. I also prefer textiles over leather as in motorbiking a superior product over leather can be produced.
The boot has been fine as I watched my co workers boots slowly blew apart (leather and very popular brands). In general unfortunately, boots last six months here.
I just noticed a crack of failure in the inseam plastic/rubber. I'm trying a expanding glue. This problem affects the waterproofing which in these downpours is important.
I like these boots and hope you guys to keep improving on the durability of the boot.

Bought two pair - had to send one back as they were too narrow for my son. My husband solved the problem by going up a half size larger. The toe is still a little too narrow for real comfort, but we simply couldn't find all the features that this boot offers. Lightweight safety toe, shock hazard, good arch support & overall comfort.

I bought these boots mainly for work wear, I loved them so much that now I use them for everything else. They took about a week to break into properly but now they feel great. I have flat feet and I use extra insoles in addition to Timberland insoles, but they are comfortable by themselves.
I have used these with great satisfaction for hiking, horse riding and general work. I am training for Everest Base-camp Trek and I am going to use these for it as well. I strongly recommend these if you need some comfortable boots for hiking or any similar activity. I have not used them in snow, so that would be something to consider if you are going on a snowy adventure.
Sizing info: I usually need 12.5 wide when purchasing sports shoes but I bought these in 12 medium and they fit perfectly. I have observed this difference between all shoes and boots.

Well constructed. Fit a little snug but after a few days of break in they will work. I do wish I had a 1/2 size larger tho. Comfortable and look great!

This boot is a Timberland product. That says a lot. I wish this boot had fit me properly because the cushioning performance was excellent. This boot has a lot of volume inside. I selected a size 11 which is what I normally wear, in the Medium width. I developed hot spots and blisters from the looseness from the beginning. I believe that normal use of this boot would produce excellent results.
I would recommend this boot to anyone who gets the right fit for your feet. I was using them more for a performance boot rather than a work boot so my fit issues were different than the guy who wears them for work purposes. I would not hesitate to purchase another Timberland product. They have always worked very well for me.

I bought these for back country hiking. I think they are perfect. Other then I wear a size 10 in every other kind of shoe this I had to drop down a full size to make it work. But well worth it. They seemed to be waterproof as I hiked through small creeks not worrying about avoiding the water. Held up well would recommend.

It's been years since I've owned a pair of Timberland anything. From what I see in the stores nothing catches my eye. The Hyperion is a different story all together. This is is the type of product I would expect when I see "pro" attached to the name of it. Basically you have a heavy duty work hiker that is comfortable to walk in. I live in NYC so walking is non-negotiable. The foot bed that comes with the boot is very impressive. Shock absorbing gel technology which contours nicely to the foot. My only complaint (if valid) is the plastic heel support that attaches to the side of the boot and doubles as an eyelet for shoe laces. I believe it to be plastic by looking at first glance but I could be wrong. It could be a little better than just plastic. If it cracks consider the boot gone because there is no secondary lacing system in that section of the boot. If you laced the boots with the eyelets provided below and above the plastic eyelets, you would not have suitable foot and ankle support. As long as it doesn't crack I see these boots lasting a while for me. Offering these boots in soft toe is a great idea. I wish Timberland offered more of their steel toe models in soft toe. I tend to be attracted to them more than their soft toe offerings. The brown/black version of this boot is very cool looking. Please offer a soft toe version! Not listed on Timberland's website only Zappos and Amazon. Comes with two sets of boot laces, red and black. I had the most enjoyable experience dealing with Zappos. Why can't other American companies follow this standard of customer service?

I've stood in about 5" of water and didn't even know it. Love that part of this boot. It's also a good looking boot. However, I maybe wore it 6x and the lace loop ripped. I've owned boots half the price that lasted longer. I'd stick with a boot white lace loops are riveted on. More durable. Also the plastic aglet on one of the laces came off and now it looks frayed.

I purchased these boots in summer of 2020. Most comfortable boots ever put on my feet, and I wear them alot, 50+ hrs/week, outside in Midwest weather. And if you live in the Midwest you know that covers just about everything, sometimes in the same week. About 6 months in bottom lace strap broke, oh well still fit great. A few months later leather on toe seperated from toe guard, again oh well getting some age on them. Around the same time an upper lace holder broke, hard plastic one, same thinking oh well got age still comfortable. So after getting a few more months out of them, cause again still very comfortable, bottom soles in great shape for almost a year old & were quite expensive & wanted to get my money's worth. So against my better judgment bought the same boot from another website cause they were so comfortable & got on sale. Well that was a mistake! The first time I put these on my feet & laced them up the bottom lace holder broke again, yes the first time(see picture). I have reached out to the Timberland company & after 2 weeks still waiting for a reply. I mean I work everyday & need my boots replaced or whatever cause my others are getting worn down. This was my 3rd Timberland boot purchased cause they are extremely comfortable & for most part good boots. But customer service is pushing me away from buying any other pair(s) from them. Very disappointing!

At work. But I will say the stitching gives out too fast around toe cap. Boots are so wide that you have to really tighten laces. Which leade to the stitches ripoing faster and in 6 mos or less. The leather cam Seperate from the sole super easy. Maybe a different stronger stitch and material

Great boots, comfort and design ...BUT the soul heel became de laminated within a year. Walking on hot ballast as a trainman, these boots unfortunately broke down a lot sooner than any other boot I've had(redwing, wolverine)

First the good news. Very warm for winter shoveling. The treads are really deep for grip and then being waterproof is great.
Now the bad news. I've worn them, maybe 10x. One of the eyelet's ripped. Not great for a boot that's the price that it is.
I also have timberland White ledge boots that I best the heck out of everyday for work with next to no issues. And they are more than half the price.

Looks very well made... and looks good. But the type of anti-fatigue cushion in the top insole does not work for me as I need to use special insert for my shoes.

Looks good. But Is about size to big. Trying to use the 30 comfort guarantee has been quite painful. After a half hour on hold today at lunch. That was even after speaking with someone. Phone got disconnected and no call back. Then called back and a rude operator Roxy was not very helpful. Could not help me and would send me a email regarding the steps I would need to take.

I don't normally write reviews. Unfortunately this particular story must be told. These were the most comfortable shoes I've ever put my feet in. However I went through the first pair of boots in 45 days. They managed to get wet on the inside and warped the toe part of the boot and made them uncomfortable to wear. I took them back on Day 44 to the place where I got them and they were not happy at all! They swapped them out with new pair, unfortunately the 2nd pair managed to get wet on the inside too :/ I absolutely love how comfortable these shoes are. I just wonder how Timberland tests boots they claim are WATERPROOF? WATERPROOF is usually under water? Which I wasn't, maybe 2 inches max. They should have called them water resistant maybe? 2 Inches of water was about all it took, is that considered too much? I like DRY feet while I'm working. This year I need to purchase NEW WATERPROOF Boots for work. I feel I paid good money for technology that claimed to work and didn't. Will they be another claimed TIMBERLAND BOOT? The comfort this boot provides while working could make it the last boot you'll ever want to buy. Until they get wet... Shucks

Very comfortable but the front lace loop came unglued after 1 week of wear (manufacturer defect). Will see how timberland handles this situation.
