I love Keens and was very excited about this boot, but so disappointed because one fit a lot looser than the other. I love the look, the feel, the quality. By the way, my feet are the same size, I don't usually have this problem. The right boot was not larger but looser, a fact I couldn't ignore. So, although I hate to do it, I must send them back.

I love these boots! Super casual with a little height, and they look great with skinny jeans and skirts, too. After reading the reviews, I almost ordered a size larger, but I stayed with my usual 8, which is a good thing. They are roomy enough to wear with thick socks. There's a snap on the side, making them easy to put on. I wonder if previous reviewers didn't realize there was a snap? Great, comfy boots for every day. I'm so happy!

Keen nailed it. I have been searching for years for a fashionable shoe/boot by Keen I can wear with jeans or to work. Love this one. I have the worst feet in the world (bony and narrow with very high arches) and for some reason Keen shoes are very comfortable for me, so I almost exclusively wear them. These simply work. My foot can actually slip in and out of almost all Keen shoes (including these), but they do not move enough when walking to bother me at all. The foot is pretty snug once inside, so for most it may be a little narrow. For wider ankles I can see it being tricky to get on/off, again, no issues for me. Very comfortable to walk or stand in. I will probably get the High boot as well!

I generally love Keens as they fit my wide forefoot, and I currently own a pair of Keen hiking shoes, hiking boots, Mary Janes and sandals. I was looking forward to adding these casual boots to my collection, but alas, they do not fit at all like my other Keens. I ordered them in a size 7, just like all the other Keens that I wear, and they did not even come close to fitting. I could barely get my feet in them. And unfortunately, I do not think that going up a size would help much with the narrow cut of these boots. I am sending them back.

I love Keen shoes, they always fit right away with no break in period for me. These boots were no exception! The toe box is not quite as wide in this style as most Keens, but still fits great and makes for a sleeker look. The boot has a side snap. I could wear these shoes all day without a problem, but probably not on a really long walk.

I love these booties. I have a wide foot, so they were a little uncomfortable at first. But after wearing them a few times they stretched out and feel great. They are even cuter than they look in pictures.

I found these shoes extremely comfortable! THey come with insoles that you can take out or leave in, and for me, my foot trouble is in the balls of my feet not the heels so I took them out and my insoles from the podiatrist fit perfectly! Walked over 3 miles the first time I wore them!

This boot has everything I love about Keens -- plenty of toe room and comfort. In other shoes I wear a 7.5, but in Keens I always order a half size larger. Like another reviewer noted, the heel does move when you walk, but it is very similar to the Zermatt clog which is my all time favorite shoe. These boots were comfortable from the first wearing. The only thing I didn't love about this boot was the light spots of cork in the sole. I wish they had made the sole a solid color (the lighter spots look like you have something on your shoe). That being said, I would buy this boot again, spots and all. Now, if Keen would just make a sandal on this same platform.

These shoes are very cute and required no breaking in time at all. The side button was a bit difficult to open and close at first but now I've gotten the hang of it. Has a slight olive tone to it which I like.

I am very happy with these boots. They are very comfortable to walk in for long distances. I've worn them with jeans for casual wear and with dress pants for work - very versatile!

Love these but go up 1/2 size or so, especially with socks.

Love the look and feel of these. Just got them in the mail, and I'm wearing them in the house to make sure they fit. Feels like the upper will stretch a bit across the toe box, which is perfect for me. They seem maybe a bit shorter than a typical 10, but I don't wear heels/wedges much and I KNOW a 10.5 would be too big for sure. I got the black, and though some people here have said they look gray, I don't see that (it's just that they're suede, not shiny). Some folks have also said the heel is too loose, but my heel is narrow compared with rest of my foot, and these fit great for me. The top of the boot hits at a very flattering spot, just above the ankle bone. Can't wait to wear these with skirts/dresses and slacks. What I love best is that I've always wanted clogs, but the way they're built, I end up twisting my ankle. These have that clog look I love, without the teeters sensation. Love them so much, I'm ordering the "Miles" color while it's on sale!

Bought these boots based on the reviews and I love them! Cute, comfy and my custom orthotics fit very well. I am going to order another pair in a different color.

These boots fit great and are really really comfortable. They're holding up really well too. A bit hard to pull on, but it's not a big deal.

Who knew Keen put out such a fashionable yet super comfortable boot? I no longer wear heels if I can help it, but I like the look. These boots have a nice wedge, but are very easy to wear. Nice leather, soft footbed, good looking heel and sole. Highly recommend!

These are to die for! I love Keens, and for me, these are high heeled shoes! I'm on my feet for work, and these are totally doable. And so cute, people say so all the time.

I have several Keen boots and so far these are my favorite! Most of the time Keen has thick and bulky shoes, great for rough weather but not for everyday wear. I love these! I tried the Born wedge boot and I love Born but they were too tall for me. These are the perfect height. They are very warm on the inside, my feet almost got too hot! I wear a lot of Lole clothes and they go with everything. Flare leg bottoms to my skinny black jeans. Oh, and did I mention they are super comfortable?! That's a given with Keen.

I am always a 6.5 but the 6.5 Keen Akita Ankle boot is too small on me. Love them so am returning for the size 7!

Awesome! Comfortable, easy to wear - not too high and not too flat, and its modern styling can be worn with so many looks. Soft landing, so your feet aren't fatigued after wearing a few hours. I reach for these again and again.

These boots are terrific! They fit true to size and are comfy even with my bunion. They look great with skinny jeans and skirts, and I can wear them all day with ease. I love them!

Adore these boots! The picture doesn't do them complete justice. They were comfortable from the first minute I put them on. The heel size is perfect and feminine and I walked in them for several hours in complete comfort. I got the brown and it's the perfect color with all my blue jeans. This is the boot I'll live in this season and since they're "Keens" I'll have them for countless seasons to come!

I love this boot. The Miles color is very different...a dusty reddish brown that is very neutral and will go with everything. The Slate Black is definitely a grey color. The heel tends to be a little wide for me but with the right socks will be fine. I like a little height with my jeans so this was perfect for me.
