Just the right amount of cushion and grip! I'm going to use these running shoes for road/ trail mix and think they're a perfect combination. They run narrow, I ordered wide and don't typically need wide.

I bought these for zumba and cardio dance. They are very roomy in the toe area which I've read from other reviewers is really good for running. However, for zumba I'd like my shoes more snug to help with balance. Not the shoe's fault; I will buy sole inserts. I also ready other reviews saying this shoe was really tight, but that was not the case with mine. I have another pair of Asics which fit just right (not as roomy in the toe like this one is). Overall, happy with this shoe, and especially love the cushioning and colors.

I just got these yesterday and I love them. Bright colors, nice fit, haven't gone running in them yet and these are my first pair of Asics; so far I love them and Zappos shipped them to my house next day air for free. Shipped them out almost immediately after I ordered them. They are amazing. I will definitely be ordering from this web site again and again. Very pleased. Everyone should buy shoes from here and Asics are my new fav!

Awesome shoe. Fit is great and the look even better. I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on a pair of running shoes. The orange color seems to speak to people.

I have had six surgeries on my right foot, and still have foot pain. I find it extremely difficult to find a comfortable pair of shoes, but these shoes are very comfortable.

Beautiful shoe - very comfortable. I wear a 7N but I go a size up in sneakers. I got an 8B because the other reviews said the shoe seemed narrow. I have flat feet and these shoes have a good arch support. I'm going to buy another pair. I like to alternate my sneakers.

I love these Asics! The bright orange is very bright but I love it, and the gray helps keep the shoe looking new as opposed to white which gets so dingy so quickly. I would say they are a half size too small and very narrow but Inhave very narrow feet so I don't mind. I wear a 7 normally and a 71/2 in this shoe is perfect.

I really love these shoes, love them so much I bought a second pair so that I have them on hand. I stand at work all day and they are very comfortable to stand in as well as walk in.

Love the Gel-Kahana 6! I have 3 pairs and have the previous numbered ones as well. I have hurting feet and a back condition that sometimes causes pain when I walk. These are the only ones that are incredibly comfortable for me. I am on my feet all day teaching and I don't know what I'd do without them!

I love these sneakers! They fit like a glove. I have narrow feet and it is always hard to find sneakers that fit just right. I finally found a pair. They also feel very supportive and I have bad knees so I need support.

These felt great from the moment I put them on and there has been no "break in " time. I've had good luck with Asics and wear my true size with their shoes and they last a long time too.

These are the best shoe for the money! No need for inserts, as they support your foot. I'm on my second pair and will continue to purchase more! I went up one half size and they do tend to run narrow, which is good for me. Love them!

Love these. The colors are smashing (black, grey, & purple) and they're comfy for running. I'm an 8.5-9, so I went with the larger size (as recommended by other reviews) and they fit great. I haven't gotten any blisters from running in them. They're comfy for living-normally-walking and running. (I don't run long distances -- it's usually around 3-mile runs. I can't give a good recommendation for longer runs.)

I ordered these sneakers in a 12W, not expecting anything exciting other than nice looking shoes that I would have to put my own insert in for more cushioning. Boy was I wrong. These are the only sneakers that I've ever tried on that immediately made me go A-HA! These are the sneakers that I have been looking for! They run true to size, in my opinion, snug but not overly snug, attractive colors (I got the grey and orange one), and an insole that made my feet feel all cushiony and comfortable immediately. Even after a long day on my feet, I could still feel the cushiony goodness! My feet ached a little but that is just age and weight issues. I will be looking forward to buying more of these shoes when another color becomes available in a 12W. Thanks, Asics, for sneakers built for a tall, plus-sized woman with achy feet!

Love them!!!! My feet are extremely flat and hurt when exercising. These shoes make a tremendous difference for me. I will buy these again.

These are the most comfortable running shoes am tempted to buy another pair. The fit is perfect, arch support is excellent and the padding and cushion is solid. Thankful am now back full steam working out and exercising like crazy. Excellent services as well the first pair I bought were to small sent them back got another size immediately Zappos has excellent customer service which is all a part of good brand.

Very comfortable and I use them for everyday wear. Fit very well! I like these because I can use my orthotics in them and my feet still fit in comfortably.

This is my sixth pair of Gel Kahana shoes, and I love them. They fit right out of the box and felt just right.

I took these shoes one full size bigger than my normal shoe size. They are a pleasure to wear and the support is great! I am not a runner but an avid walker. Highly recommend them!

I love these shoes, they are beast on the trail. I usually buy Brooks Adrenaline, but now I'm going with Asics Gel Kahana.

These are a good replacement for the ASICS GT-2150 Trail, which don't appear to be made anymore. They are as bright as they appear. I think the orange is growing on me. They fit my insert well, although i don't think they are as light as the GT's

I normally wear a 9W , but as often occurs with shoes, I needed a 9.5W to accommodate my orthotics. Very comfortable shoe.

These are very supportive & light walking shoes. The gel provides good cushion for my heels, which is needed with my history of Planter Fasciitis. The bright orange & reflective material is good for the street walking that I am forced to do in my neighborhood. Shoe does seem to run a bit smaller & narrower, so order accordingly.

I am 33 year old restaurant manager, wear Asics all the time these are winners, feel super comfortable and no break in necessary!
